Abstract

The new design has an independent split-leg design and the flexible adjustment system. The foot can be separated for different leg training requirements for different part of muscle groups. With multiple angle adjustments, and magnetic attachment design at the bottom, it can be easily attached to different metal structures, allowing for safer and more effective training.
