Abstract
Claims
1. A graft useful in surgical repair and reconstruction procedures which treat a body feature of a subject, the graft comprising:(A) a main body;and(B) two or more heterogenous features which form two or more regions of the main body, each region having a physical property which is different from a physical property of at least one other region; or(C) two or more components, which are combined, connected, or attached with one another to form the main body and which may comprise the same type of material or not and which may at least partially overlap one another or not; or(D) both (B) and (C), wherein each region of the main body is, optionally, commensurate with a respective one of the two or more components or not.
2. The graft of Claim 1, wherein the types of heterogenous features include: expansion features, lack of expansion features, thickness, fluid egress features, type of material, degree of decellularization, cell viability, degree of delipidization, and degree of crosslinking.

The graft of Claim 1, wherein the one or more physical properties are selected from: flexibility, elasticity, tensile strength, mechanical strength, weight capacity, load-bearing capacity, expansion capacity, coverage area, density, compression resistance, suture retention, and tear resistance.2026204964 25 Jun 20264. The graft of Claim 1, wherein the main body has a generally planar shape prior to implanting and comprises the (B) two or more types of heterogenous features each of which forms a region of the main body, each of the regions having at least one of the one or more physical properties which is different from at least one physical property of the other regions.
5. The graft of Claim 4, wherein the first material comprises a tissue derived matrix produced from one or more tissue samples recovered from one or more donors.
6. The graft of Claim 5, wherein each of the one or more tissue samples includes one or more tissues types selected from: dermal, adipose, submucosal, fascia, and other planar tissue types.
7. The graft of Claim 4, wherein the body feature being treated by the surgical repair and reconstruction procedure is a breast having a lower pole and an upper pole and the main body of the graft has a lower pole region and an upper pole region, wherein when the graft is implanted the lower pole region of the graft at least partially aligns with the lower pole of the breast being treated and the upper pole region of the graft at least partially aligns with the upper pole of the breast being treated.

The graft of Claim 7, wherein at least one of the two or more types of heterogenous features comprises at least one type of expansion feature which is provided on the lower poler region of the main body.2026204964 25 Jun 20269. The graft of Claim 8, wherein the at least one type of expansion feature is selected from: cuts, slots, slits, meshing, and fenestrations, at least some of which extend or pass through a portion of, or the entire, thickness of the graft.
10. The graft of Claim 9, wherein another of the two or more heterogenous features comprisesa lack of expansion features on the upper pole region of the main body.
11. The graft of Claim 10, wherein, during and after implanting in, on, or proximate to, the body feature, the graft reconfigures from the generally planar shape to a three-dimensional shape which conforms to the size, shape, or both, of the breast being treated, or a portion thereof.
12. The graft of Claim 8, further comprising (C) two or more components, which are combined, connected, or attached with one another to form the main body, wherein a first component of the two or more components forms the lower pole region and comprises a first type of material and a second component of the two or more components form the upper pole region and comprises a second type of material which is different from and has at least one physical property different the first type of material.
13. The graft of Claim 12, wherein the first material comprises a tissue derived matrix produced from one or more tissue samples recovered from one or more donors.
14. The graft of Claim 12, wherein each of the one or more tissue samples includes one or2026204964 25 Jun 2026more tissues types selected from: dermal, adipose, submucosal, fascia, and other planar tissue types.
15. The graft of Claim 12, wherein the at least one type of expansion feature, provided on the first component which forms the lower poler region of the main body, comprises a plurality of one or more of: cuts, slots, and slits.

The graft of Claim 15, wherein another of the two or more heterogenous features are provided on the second component which forms that upper pole region of the main body and comprises either a lack of expansion features, or at least one type of expansion feature selected from: meshing and a plurality of openings have a grid, a honeycomb, a reticulated pattern, or a combination thereof.
17. The graft of Claim 16, wherein, during and after implanting in, on, or proximate to, the body feature, the graft reconfigures from the generally planar shape to a three-dimensional shape which conforms to the size, shape, or both, of the breast being treated, or a portion thereof.

The graft of Claim 1, comprising the (C) two or more components, which are combined, connected, or attached with one another to form the main body, wherein the two or more components comprise:a first component comprising a first material;a second component; and,optionally, one or more additional components;2026204964 25 Jun 2026wherein at least one of the second and the one or more additional components, when present, comprises a material which is different from the first material.
19. The graft of Claim 18, wherein each of the second and the one or more additional components, when present, independently, comprises a material which is different than the first material.

The graft of Claim 18, wherein the first material of the first component comprises a first tissue derived matrix, and wherein the second and the one or more additional components, when present, are each, independently, formed from a material selected from: at least one tissue derived matrix of a same or different type as the first tissue derived matrix, at least one natural material, or at least one synthetic material.
21. The graft of Claim 18, wherein the first material comprises a tissue derived matrix produced from one or more tissue samples recovered from one or more donors.
22. The graft of Claim 21, wherein each of the one or more tissue samples includes one or more tissues types selected from: dermal, adipose, submucosal, fascia, and other planar tissue types.

The graft of Claim 18, wherein the one or more physical properties are selected from: flexibility, elasticity, tensile strength, mechanical strength, weight capacity, load-bearing capacity, expansion capacity, coverage area, density, compression resistance, suture retention,2026204964 25 Jun 2026and tear resistance.
24. The graft of Claim 18, wherein the types of heterogenous features include: expansion features, lack of expansion features, thickness, fluid egress features, type of material, degree of decellularization, cell viability, degree of delipidization, and degree of crosslinking.

The graft of Claim 18, wherein the body feature being treated by the surgical repair and reconstruction procedure is a breast having a lower pole and an upper pole and the main body of the graft has a lower pole region and an upper pole region, wherein when the graft is implanted the lower pole region of the graft at least partially aligns with the lower pole of the breast being treated and the upper pole region of the graft at least partially aligns with the upper pole of the breast being treated.

The graft of Claim 25, wherein the main body has a generally planar shape prior to implanting, wherein the first component forms at least a portion of the lower pole region of the main body and comprises a first material having a first degree of each of one or more physical properties and the second component forms at least a portion of the upper pole of the main body and comprises a second material which is different from the first material and has a second degree of each of one or more physical properties which is lower than the first degree of one or more physical properties of the first material.

The graft of Claim 26, wherein, during and after implanting in, on, or proximate to, the body feature, the graft reconfigures from the generally planar shape to a three-dimensional shape2026204964 25 Jun 2026which conforms to the size, shape, or both, of the breast being treated, or a portion thereof.

A graft useful in surgical repair and reconstruction procedures which treat a body feature of a subject, the graft comprising: a main body which includes two or more regions, each of which has one or more physical properties, formed by heterogenous features, multiple components, or both, wherein at least one physical property of a first region is different in type or degree from at least one physical property of a second region,29. The graft of Claim 28, wherein the one or more physical properties are selected from: flexibility, elasticity, tensile strength, mechanical strength, weight capacity, load-bearing capacity, expansion capacity, coverage area, density, compression resistance, suture retention, and tear resistance.
30. The graft of Claim 28, wherein the types of heterogenous features include: expansion features, lack of expansion features, thickness, fluid egress features, type of material, degree of decellularization, cell viability, degree of delipidization, and degree of crosslinking.
