A method, device for feedback of channel, terminal and network side state information and storage media are provided in the embodiments of this application. The method comprises: receiving a CSI-RS for beamforming that is sent by a network side through an antenna port, or a CSI-RS for beamforming and frequency domain base vector indication information, wherein the beam used in beamforming is determined based on a spatial domain base vector or based on the spatial domain base vector and the frequency domain base vector, and the spatial domain base vector and the frequency domain base vector are determined based on an uplink channel;Based on CSI-RS for beamforming, or CSI-RS for beamforming and frequency-domain base vector indication information, determine port indication information and a port matching coefficient for data transmission; and feed back the port indication information and port matching coefficient from the network side to the network side to determine the downlink transmission data code pre-conversion. The method, device, terminal, network side, and storage media provided by the embodiments of this application reduce computational complexity, reduce feedback overhead, and enhance system performance.
