Abstract

The embodiment of the present application discloses a relationship establishment method; a relationship establishment page is displayed in an instant messaging client of a first user; the relationship establishment page includes at least one second association establishment control, wherein the second association is a subordinate association of the first association; when a relationship establishment operation for the establishment control is detected, an initiation page for the second association is displayed, and the initiation page for the second association includes an initiation control; when an initiation operation for the initiation control is detected, the establishment of the second association between the first user and the second user is triggered. This solution can realize the establishment of multiple associations based on the original associations, and improve the accuracy of the associations.
