Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of flow measuring devices, in particular to a gear flow measuring device. The gear flow measuring device comprises a shell and a gear; a sealed measuring cavity is formed in the interior of the shell, and the sealed measuring cavity is formed with two limiting surfaces; the gear is arranged in the sealed measuring cavity, the two ends of the gear in the axial direction are respectively formed with end faces, and the two end faces of the gear respectively face the two limiting surfaces; the gear root of the gear has a type line of a type of gear root, the type line of the type of gear root is located on the inner side of a traditional type line of a gear root, and the traditional type line of the gear root is an ideal type line of a gear root which does not have an involute interference with the tooth top of the gear. The gear flow measuring device, the contact area between the gear and the limiting surfaces of the sealed measuring cavity is significantly reduced, the friction between the gear and the shell can be reduced, the influence of the friction force generated in the gear running process on the rotating speed of the gear is reduced, and the measurement precision of the liquid flow speed is improved.
