Resource selection for PSSCH transmission can be performed by considering the scheduled PSFCH in order to comply with the transmission capability limitations and / or half duplex limitations of the first UE and / or the second UE. The PSFCH can be transmitted on a single carrier of the multiple carriers but includes joint HARQ feedback for each of the carriers. Furthermore, HARQ feedback can be transmitted on a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) that is signaled by the receiving UE (i.e., the UE transmitting the feedback) via sidelink control information (SCI).
