AI Technical Summary
In the case where the usual components and specific components are mixed in a single component vault, it is difficult for the prior art to prevent specific components from being improperly taken out while ensuring the smooth out of the normal components.
A component exit system is designed, which uses the storage component information, including whether the component ID and security measures are available, and the control device determines whether the specified component should apply security measures, and requests the user to enter the certification information when necessary. Only the certification is successful. After that, the component was out of the warehouse.
It is realized that only safety measures are imposed on specific components in a single component's storage library to ensure that the usual components are out of the warehouse smoothly, and at the same time prevent specific components from being led out of the right place.

[0006] Problems to be solved by the invention
[0007] When a variety of components stored in a single storage unit (component storage warehouse) include a mixture of common components (e.g., cheap components) and specific components (e.g., expensive components), if safety measures are applied to all components, there is a risk that smooth shipment may be hampered.
[0008] A main object of the present disclosure is to provide a component outbound system that can prevent specific components from being improperly taken out while ensuring smooth outbound delivery of general components.
[0009] Technical solutions to solve problems
[0010] The component delivery system of the present disclosure adopts the following means to achieve the above-mentioned main purpose.
[0011] The component outbound system disclosed in the present invention is used to outbound a specified component from a plurality of components stored in a component storage warehouse, and its main purpose is that the component outbound system comprises: a storage device, which stores component information including a component ID for identifying the component and the presence or absence of security measures for each component; an input device, which inputs information; and a control device, which accepts a designation of a component to be outbound from a user, determines whether security measures are applied to the accepted specified component based on the component information, and outbounds the specified component when it is determined that security measures are not applied to the specified component; and when it is determined that security measures are applied to the specified component, requests the user to input authentication information about the specified component, and only when authentication is successful based on the authentication information input by the user via the input device, the specified component is outbound.
[0012] The component outbound system disclosed in the present invention comprises: a storage device that stores component information including a component ID for identifying the component and the presence or absence of security measures for each component; and a control device. The control device accepts the designation of the component to be outbound from the user, and determines whether security measures are applied to the accepted designated component based on the component information stored in the storage device. When the control device determines that security measures are not applied to the designated component, the designated component is outbound. On the other hand, when the control device determines that security measures are applied to the designated component, the user is requested to input authentication information about the designated component, and the designated component is outbound only when the authentication is successful based on the authentication information input by the user. Thus, in the case where normal components and specific components are mixed in a single component storage, security measures can be applied only to specific components. As a result, a component outbound system can be formed, which can prevent specific components from being improperly taken out while ensuring the smooth outbound of normal components. [0022] Next, a mode for carrying out the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0023] Figure 1As shown in the figure, the production system 10 includes a plurality of component mounting machines 20, a reel loader 35, a plurality of reel storages 40, an authentication server 50, and a management server 60. These are connected via a network 11 so as to be able to communicate with each other.
[0024] Each component mounting machine 20 picks up (adsorbs) the component supplied by the feeder 30 and mounts it on the substrate S. The component mounting machine 20 includes: a feeder table 21 that can be loaded and unloaded by the feeder; a substrate transport device 22 that carries in and out the substrate S; a head 23 that has a suction nozzle that can adsorb components; and a head moving device 24 that moves the head 23. Furthermore, the component mounting machine 20 includes: a mounting control unit 25 that controls the entire mounting machine; a storage unit 26 that stores a processing program and various data; and a communication unit 27 for communicating with the management server 60 via the network 11.
[0025] The feeder 30 is a tape feeder, and is provided with a tape reel 31 on which a tape containing components is wound. In addition, the feeder 30 is provided with a tape conveying mechanism (not shown) for pulling the tape from the tape reel 31 and conveying it to the component supply position, a feeder control unit for controlling the tape conveying mechanism, a communication unit for communicating with the component mounting machine 20 equipped with the feeder 30, etc. On the tape wound on the tape reel 31, cavities are formed at predetermined intervals along its length direction. Components are contained in each cavity. These components are protected by a film covering the surface of the tape. By peeling off the film near the component supply position, the components contained in the tape are exposed at the component supply position and are sucked by the suction nozzle of the head 23.
[0026] The reel loader 35 automatically sets the reel 31 toward the feeder 30. Although not shown in the figure, the reel loader 35 includes a reading unit that reads a barcode or the like attached to the reel 31 and obtains information related to the reel 31 (for example, an ID for identifying the reel, a component type, a remaining number of components, etc.), a communication unit that sends the read information to the management server 60 via the network 11, and the like.
[0027] A plurality of reel storage warehouses 40 store a plurality of reels 31. The reel storage warehouse 40 includes: an access port 41; a plurality of boxes (not shown), each having a plurality of slots capable of accommodating the reels 31; a fixture table (not shown) having a chuck for holding the reels 31; and a table moving device (not shown) for moving the fixture table. A gate (not shown) for opening and closing the access port 41 is provided at the access port 41. The table moving device accommodates (stores) the reels 31 placed on the fixture table in an empty slot of the box from the access port 41, or takes out (takes out) the reels 31 from the accommodated slot and moves them out of the access port 41 by moving the fixture table. The reel storage warehouse 40 includes a plurality of boxes stacked up and down in a plurality of rows. In addition, the reel storage warehouse 40 includes a plurality of boxes of different sizes as the plurality of boxes, so that a plurality of reels 31 of different diameters and heights (bandwidths) can be stored.
[0028] The reel storage 40 also includes an operation panel 42 configured as a touch panel display, a reader 43 (barcode reader) for reading an authentication code, an entry and exit control unit 45 for controlling entry and exit, a storage unit 48 for storing various information, and a communication unit 47 for communicating via the network 11. The storage unit 48 contains user information (e.g., user ID, password) related to the user (operator) and reel storage information 46a related to the storage of the reel 31. Figure 2 46a is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the reel storage information stored in the storage unit. The reel storage information 46a includes the reel ID for identifying the reel 31, the remaining number of components stored in the reel 31, and the storage location of the reel 31 (information on which box (slot) in which column of which reel storage warehouse 40 the reel 31 is stored).
[0029] The authentication server 50 includes an authentication determination unit 51, a storage unit 52 that stores various information, and a communication unit 53 that communicates via the network 11. The storage unit 52 includes reel authentication information 52a related to authentication of the reel 31. Figure 3 1 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the reel authentication information stored in the storage unit. The reel authentication information 52a includes the reel ID, the presence or absence of installation measures for whether the reel 31 is subject to security measures, the security measure code when the reel 31 is subject to security measures, and the user ID of the licensee who permits the reel 31 to be removed from the warehouse. When authentication is requested from the storage entry and removal control unit 45 of the reel storage 40, the authentication determination unit 51 authenticates whether the person is a proper person to remove the reel based on the information included in the reel authentication information 52a.
[0030] The management server 60 manages the entire system and includes a management control unit 61, a storage unit 62 that stores various information, and a communication unit 63 that communicates via the network 11. The storage unit 62 includes reel tracking information 62a of the reel 31. Figure 4 62a includes information for managing the reels 31 that have been shipped out. Specifically, the reel tracking information 62a includes the reel ID, the presence or absence of safety measures, the shipper (user ID), and the reel tracking information. The management control unit 61 generates a production job for producing a mounted substrate with components mounted thereon, sends the generated production job to each component mounting machine 20, and receives information related to the mounting status from the component mounting machine 20, thereby managing production and managing the tracking information of the reels 31.
[0031] Next, the processing for the following situation is described: when the feeder 30 (reel 31) needs to be replenished to the component mounting machine 20 due to production change adjustment, component exhaustion, etc. in the production system 10 configured as above, the operator takes out the required reel 31 from the reel storage 40. Figure 5 This is a flowchart showing an example of the outgoing and incoming control process executed by the ingoing and outgoing control unit 45 of the reel storage 40 .
[0032] When the outbound control process is executed, the inbound and outbound control unit 45 first determines whether the user has performed a login request operation via the operation panel 42 (step S100). When the inbound and outbound control unit 45 determines that the login request operation has not been performed, it returns to step S100. On the other hand, when the inbound and outbound control unit 45 determines that the login request operation has been performed, the user information input screen for requesting the user (operator) to input user information (user ID and password) is displayed on the operation panel 42, and waits for these inputs to be completed (step S110), and then the inbound and outbound control unit 45 determines whether the input user information is appropriate (step S120). In the present embodiment, the determination is made by determining whether there is a user ID and password that are consistent with the user ID and password entered in step S110 in the user ID and password stored in the storage unit 46. When the inbound and outbound control unit 45 determines that the input user information is inappropriate, it returns to step S110. In this case, the inbound and outbound control unit 45 can also display an error on the operation panel 42.
[0033] On the other hand, when determining that the user is appropriate, the storage / removal control unit 45 displays a menu screen (step S130). Figure 71 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a menu screen. As shown in the figure, the menu screen 100 has: a parts button 101 for calling a reel designation screen for designating a reel 31 (part) to be shipped out; a service button 102 for calling a service screen for confirming detailed information of the stored reel 31; and a logout button 103 for logging out.
[0034] When the menu screen is displayed, the storage / removal control unit 45 determines whether the parts button 101 is operated (step S140). When the storage / removal control unit 45 determines that the parts button 101 is operated, it displays the reel designation screen on the operation panel 42 (step S150). Figure 8 1 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a reel designation screen. As shown in the figure, the reel designation screen 110 includes: a list display section 111 for displaying information related to the reels 31 stored in the reel storage 40 up to a predetermined number; a designation button 112 (up and down buttons) for designating the reel 31 to be removed from the storage; a return button 113 for returning to the previous menu screen; and a verification button 114 for requesting the removal of the designated reel 31. The information displayed in the list display section 111 includes the name of the reel 31 (reel name), the remaining number of components stored in the reel 31, and information on which storage (tower No.) of the plurality of reel storages 40 the reel 31 is stored in. Then, after the reel 31 is designated, the storage entry and exit control section 45 determines whether the verification button 114 is operated, that is, whether the removal of the reel 31 is requested (step S160). When the access control unit 45 determines that the removal of the reel 31 is not requested, the process proceeds to step S230. On the other hand, when the access control unit 45 determines that the removal of the reel 31 is requested, it determines whether the security measures are applied to the designated reel 31 (designated reel) (step S170). This process is performed in the following manner: the access control unit 45 sends the reel ID involved in the designated reel to the authentication server 50, requests the determination of the presence or absence of security measures, and receives the determination result from the authentication server 50. The authentication server 50 determines whether the security measures are applied to the designated reel by investigating the presence or absence of security measures of the reel authentication information 52a whose received reel ID is consistent with the reel ID. When the access control unit 45 determines that the security measures are not applied to the designated reel, it opens the gate of the access port 41 and removes the designated reel to the access port 41 (step S220).
[0035] In step S170, when the access control unit 45 determines that a security measure has been applied to the designated reel, it displays a security measure code request screen (step S180) on the operation panel 42 to request the user to input a security measure code, and waits for the input of the security measure code (step S190). In the present embodiment, the input of the security measure code is performed in the following manner: the licensee (user) uses the reader 43 to read the security measure code (e.g., a barcode) pre-assigned to the licensee who is permitted to exit the warehouse. When the access control unit 45 determines that the security measure code has been input, it determines whether the code authentication based on the input security measure code is successful (step S200) and whether the user authentication based on the user information (user ID) input when logging in steps S100 to S120 is successful (step S210). The code authentication is performed in the following manner: the access control unit 45 sends the reel ID and the security measure code related to the designated reel to the authentication server 50, requests the code authentication, and receives the authentication result from the authentication server 50. The authentication server 50 reads the security code of the reel authentication information 52a whose reel ID is consistent with the reel ID received from the access control unit 45, and determines whether the code authentication is successful based on whether the read security code is consistent with the security code received from the access control unit 45. In addition, the user authentication is performed in the following manner: the access control unit 45 sends the reel ID and user ID involved in the designated reel to the authentication server 50, and requests user authentication, and receives the authentication result from the authentication server 50. The authentication server 50 reads the user ID of the reel authentication information 52a whose reel ID is consistent with the reel ID received from the access control unit 45, and determines whether the user authentication is successful based on whether the read user ID is consistent with the user ID received from the access control unit 45. In addition, the code authentication and the user authentication can be performed together or separately. When the access control unit 45 determines that both the code authentication and the user authentication are successful (steps S200 and S210 are both "yes"), it opens the gate of the access port 41 and removes the designated tape reel from the access port 41 (step S220). In the present embodiment, when the access control unit 45 removes the tape reel 31, it sends the tape reel information such as the tape reel ID to the management server 60. On the other hand, when the access control unit 45 determines that either the code authentication or the user authentication fails (either step S200 or S210 is "no"), it does not remove the designated tape reel and returns to step S180. In this case, the access control unit 45 may also display an error on the operation panel 42.
[0036] In this embodiment, when cheap reels (normal reels) and expensive reels (specific reels) are mixed in one reel storage 40, security measures can be applied only to the specific reels. Thus, it is possible to prevent the specific reels from being taken out improperly while ensuring smooth removal of normal reels.
[0037] When the designated reel is unloaded, the storage control unit 45 determines whether a cancellation request operation has been performed (whether the cancellation button 103 has been operated) (step S230). When the storage control unit 45 determines that a cancellation request operation has not been performed, it returns to the menu screen of step S130. When it determines that a cancellation request operation has been performed, the unloading control process ends.
[0038] When the in-and-out control unit 45 determines in step 140 that the parts button 101 has not been operated, it determines whether the service button 102 has been operated (step S240). When the in-and-out control unit 45 determines that the service button 102 has not been operated, it proceeds to step S230. On the other hand, when the in-and-out control unit 45 determines that the service button 102 has been operated, it determines whether the user logged in in steps S100 to S120 is an administrator (step S250). This processing is performed as follows: it is determined whether the user ID entered at the time of login is consistent with the administrator ID pre-determined as an administrator and stored in the storage unit 46. When the in-and-out control unit 45 determines that the user is not an administrator, it proceeds to step S230, and when it is determined that the user is an administrator, it displays the service screen on the operation panel 42 (step S260). Figure 8 1 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a service screen. As shown in the figure, the service screen 120 includes: a list display section 121 that displays detailed information related to the reels 31 stored in the reel storage 40 up to a predetermined number; a designation button 122 (up and down buttons); a return button 123; and a verification button 124. The detailed information displayed in the list display section 121 includes, in addition to the reel name and the remaining number of components, information on which storage (tower No.) among the plurality of reel storages 40 the reel 31 is stored in, information on which column of the reel storage 40 the reel 31 is stored in (column No.), and information on which box (box No.) the reel 31 is stored in. The storage entry and exit control section 45 determines whether the verification button 124 is operated, that is, whether the storage of the reel 31 is requested (step S270). When the storage entry and exit control section 45 determines that the storage of the reel 31 is not requested, it proceeds to step S230. On the other hand, when the storage / removal control unit 45 determines that the removal of the reel 31 is requested, the process proceeds to step S170.
[0039] Thus, in the present embodiment, the service screen 120 showing the details of the storage location of the reel 31 is only allowed to be viewed by the administrator. Therefore, for example, when the reel 31 can be directly taken out from another take-out port of the reel storage room 40, it is possible to effectively prevent a person who is not the administrator from viewing the service screen 120 and checking the storage location of the expensive reel (specific reel) from the service screen 120 and improperly taking out the specific reel.
[0040] Next, the management of the reel tracking information by the management server 60 will be described. Fig. 9 30 is a flowchart showing an example of the reel tracking information update process. In the reel tracking information update process, the management control unit 61 determines whether the management control unit 61 of the management server 60 has received the reel information (step S300). In the present embodiment, the component mounting machine 20 (mounting control unit 25) communicates with the feeder 30 when the feeder 30 is mounted on the feeder table 21 and receives the reel information (reel ID, etc.) from the feeder 30, and sends the received reel information together with the mounting machine ID for identifying the component mounting machine 20 to the management server 60. In addition, when the reel loader 35 sets the reel 31 on the feeder 30, it sends the reel information of the reel 31 together with the loader ID for identifying the reel loader 35 to the management server 60. Furthermore, as described above, when the reel storage 40 (warehouse entry and exit control unit 45) removes the reel 31 from the warehouse, the reel information of the reel 31 is sent to the management server 60 together with the storage ID for identifying the reel storage 40. Therefore, in the determination of step S300, it is determined whether the reel information is received from any one of the component mounting machine 20, the reel loader 35, and the reel storage 40. When it is determined that the reel information is not received, the management control unit 61 ends the reel tracking information update process. On the other hand, when it is determined that the reel information is received, the management control unit 61 determines the transmission source (ID) of the reel information (step S310), updates the reel tracking information 62a (tracking information) based on the determined transmission source (step S320), and ends the reel tracking information update process. As a result, it is possible to easily grasp where the reel 31 that has been removed from the warehouse is now, and it is possible to detect improper removal, etc.
[0041] Here, the correspondence between the main elements of the embodiment and the main elements of the present disclosure described in the claims is described. That is, the tape reel storage 40 of the embodiment is equivalent to the component storage of the present disclosure, the system including the tape reel storage 40 and the authentication server 50 is equivalent to the component storage system, the storage units 46 and 52 are equivalent to the storage device, the operation panel 42 and the reader 43 are equivalent to the input device, and the storage entry and exit control unit 45 is equivalent to the control device.
[0042] In addition, the present disclosure is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment at all, and can of course be implemented in various forms as long as it belongs to the technical scope of the present disclosure.
[0043] For example, in the above embodiment, code authentication based on the security code is used as a means of authenticating the licensee who is permitted to remove the secure reel 31. However, any other authentication means such as face authentication, fingerprint authentication, etc. may be used.
[0044] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the storage control unit 45 removes the designated reel only when the code authentication and the user authentication are both successful, when the security measures are applied to the designated reel. However, the storage control unit 45 can also omit the user authentication and remove the designated reel when the code authentication is successful.
[0045] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the storage control unit 45 restricts the calling of the service screen 120 so that only the administrator can view the details of the storage location of the reel 31. However, the storage control unit 45 may allow all users to view the storage location of the reel 31 that is not subject to security measures among the reels 31 stored in the reel storage 40, and only the administrator can view the storage location of the reel 31 that is subject to security measures.
[0046] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the component outbound system is provided with an authentication server 50, which has an authentication judgment unit 51 and a storage unit 52 for storing the tape reel authentication information 52a including the presence or absence of security measures and the security measure code corresponding to each tape reel ID. The authentication server 50 performs the authentication process when judging the presence or absence of security measures and outbounding the tape reel with the security measures in accordance with the request from the tape reel storage 40 (the storage control unit 45). However, the authentication server 50 may store the tape reel authentication information 52a in the storage unit 52, but does not perform the judgment of the presence or absence of security measures and the authentication process. In this case, the tape reel storage 40 (the storage control unit 45) obtains the presence or absence of security measures and the security measure code related to the designated tape reel from the authentication server 50 (storage unit 52) to perform the judgment of the presence or absence of security measures and the authentication process. In addition, when the tape reel storage 40 performs the judgment of the presence or absence of security measures and the authentication process, the tape reel authentication information may be stored in the storage unit 46 of the tape reel storage 40. In this case, the authentication server 50 can be omitted. In addition, user authentication is not limited to being performed by the authentication server 50, but can also be performed by the tape and disk storage 40.
[0047] As described above, the component outbound system disclosed in the present invention is a component outbound system for outbounding a specified component from a plurality of components stored in a component storage warehouse, and its main purpose is that the component outbound system comprises: a storage device, which stores component information including a component ID for identifying the component and the presence or absence of security measures for each component; an input device, which inputs information; and a control device, which accepts a designation of a component to be outbound from a user, determines whether security measures are applied to the accepted specified component based on the component information, and when it is determined that security measures are not applied to the specified component, the specified component is outbound; when it is determined that security measures are applied to the specified component, the user is requested to input authentication information about the specified component, and the specified component is outbound only when authentication is successful based on the authentication information input by the user via the input device.
[0048] The component outbound system disclosed in the present invention comprises: a storage device that stores component information including a component ID for identifying the component and the presence or absence of security measures for each component; and a control device.
[0049] In such a component outbound system of the present disclosure, the component information of the component to which the security measures are applied may include a user ID for identifying the user, and the control device may accept the designation of the component to be outbound from the user together with the input of the user ID, and when the security measures are applied to the designated component, determine whether the authentication is successful based on the authentication information input by the user, and only when the authentication is successful and the user ID accepted from the user is consistent with the user ID included in the component information of the designated component, the designated component may be outbound. In this way, the security measures for specific components can be easily strengthened.
[0050] In addition, in the component outbound system disclosed in the present invention, the component outbound system may include a display device that displays component-related information associated with the components stored in the component storage warehouse, wherein the component information includes a storage location of the component storage warehouse where the components are stored, and the display device at least limits the display of the storage location of the components to which security measures are applied as the component-related information. In this way, it is possible to prevent unauthorized persons from viewing the storage location of components and improperly taking out components.
[0051] Furthermore, in the component outbound system disclosed in the present invention, the component outbound system may include a management device, which is connected to a mounting machine that mounts components supplied from the assembled feeder in a communicable manner and to the control device in a communicable manner, and stores component information including a component ID for identifying the component and tracking information of the component for each component, and when the feeder is mounted on the mounting machine, the management device obtains the component ID of the component carried by the assembled feeder and the mounting machine ID for identifying the mounting machine from the mounting machine, and updates the tracking information based on the obtained component ID and mounting machine ID. In this way, it is easy to grasp where the components that have been outbound are currently located, and it is possible to detect improper removal, etc.
[0052] Industrial Applicability
