A heating mat assembly

Abstract

The application discloses a heating ground mat net assembling device, which comprises a base, a wiring assembly for wiring heating wires along a preset path, a first driving cylinder assembly for driving the wiring assembly to approach or move away from a first working surface, and a second driving cylinder assembly for driving the completed heating wires to be adhered to the ground mat net through adhesive strips. The wiring assembly of the heating ground mat net assembling device can wire the heating wires along the preset path, and the completed heating wires are adhered to the ground mat net through the adhesive strips by driving of the first driving cylinder assembly and the second driving cylinder assembly, so that the assembling of the heating ground mat is completed. The wiring process of the device does not need to rely on movement of the ground mat net, and the wiring and assembling processes of the heating wires are independently completed, so that manpower can be saved, labor cost is reduced, and the purpose of intermittent low-consumption and rapid production of the ground mat net is achieved.
