Abstract

To provide a power transmission device that can be made low-cost. [Solution] The power transmission device comprises a drive plate and a torque limiter. The torque limiter comprises a first side plate, an inertia member, a friction plate, and a biasing member. The first side plate is configured to be positioned on a first axial side relative to the drive plate. The first side plate is configured to rotate integrally with the drive plate. The inertia member is positioned on a first axial side relative to the first side plate. The inertia member is configured to rotate integrally with the first side plate. The friction plate is positioned to rotate relative to the first side plate. The pressure plate clamps the friction plate in cooperation with the first side plate. The biasing member biases the pressure plate axially toward the first side plate.
