An ore leaching reactor and method of use thereof

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of mineral leaching equipment technology, specifically disclosing a mineral leaching reactor and its usage method. The reactor includes a reaction vessel for storing a mixture and an isolation box for placing the reaction vessel. The reaction vessel has a feed inlet at the top and a liquid outlet and a slag outlet at the bottom. Inside the reaction vessel is a separation platform for separating solids and leaching liquid. A rotating shaft is also located inside the reaction vessel, with several end-face cleaning components circumferentially arranged on the shaft for cleaning the end faces of the separation platform. A drive motor for rotating the shaft is located on one side of the isolation box. This invention solves the problem in traditional mineral leaching reactors where solids accumulate at the bottom of the reactor during use, preventing complete leaching and resulting in incomplete reaction.
