The multi-wire cutting machine offers high cutting speed and low cutting depth, resulting in less vibration during cutting and producing high-precision blank products. Therefore, products cut using diamond-coated cutting wires do not require further grinding to meet surface roughness and dimensional tolerance requirements, thus saving manpower and resources, significantly improving production efficiency, and reducing production costs.
