A third-party device data acquisition system and a data acquisition method

Abstract

The application discloses a third-party device data acquisition system and a data acquisition method. The system comprises a plurality of third-party devices for collecting or sending data, a gateway connected with the plurality of third-party devices, and a controller connected with the gateway. The controller is configured to configure the gateway connected with the controller and the third-party devices connected with the gateway through the gateway, and to respectively allocate unique identity information, bit number configuration information and corresponding storage areas to each gateway and third-party device. The bit number configuration information includes but is not limited to data size end configuration, data linear transformation information, data processing period and alarm information. The controller is further configured to select different data processing modes according to the device type in the bit number configuration information in the third-party device data packet forwarded by the gateway, so that the third-party data can be effectively introduced into a DCS system for engineering processing operation.
