A method of curing a concrete lining

Abstract

This invention discloses a method for curing concrete lining. The curing system includes a walking support frame that moves along the plane of the pouring site, a water spraying device and a control system mounted on the walking support frame, and an environmental monitoring device. The curing method involves measuring the surface moisture evaporation of the concrete in real time using the environmental monitoring device, transmitting the data to a control box for analysis and calculation of the surface moisture evaporation rate, and, based on a set reference value, controlling the various devices of the curing system to provide timely and effective water spraying curing for the concrete lining. This invention can monitor the surface moisture evaporation of the early-stage concrete curing area in real time, feed the data back to the control box for analysis and calculation of the real-time surface moisture evaporation rate of the newly poured concrete, and, based on a set control evaporation rate threshold, link and control the integrated water tank and automatic regulating valve to implement the corresponding water spraying curing regime, thus providing timely, automatic and efficient curing of the concrete surface.
