AI Technical Summary
In existing technologies, finely sized pigment particles are prone to agglomeration, leading to reduced dispersibility and dispersion stability. Furthermore, problems such as color changes and foreign matter generation during heating are not adequately suppressed.
A combination of dispersants containing nitrogen-containing basic compounds with a pKa of 11.5 or higher and acid-containing groups with a pKa of 4.0 or lower is used to improve the dispersibility and heat resistance of color materials and suppress color changes and foreign matter generation during heating through efficient interactions such as acid-base interactions and π-π interactions.
It achieves the suppression of color change and the improvement of brightness under high temperature heating conditions, while reducing the generation of foreign matter in the coating film, thus forming a high-brightness, high-contrast color filter.

Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to a color material dispersion liquid, a color modification color material, a colored curable composition, a color filter, and a display device. BACKGROUND
[0002] In recent years, with the development of personal computers, particularly portable personal computers, the demand for liquid crystal displays has increased. The popularity of mobile displays (mobile phones, smartphones, tablet PCs) has also increased, and the market for liquid crystal displays is expanding. In addition, recently, organic light-emitting display devices such as organic EL displays, which have high visibility due to self-emission, are also attracting attention as next-generation image display devices. In the performance of these image display devices, further high quality such as improvement of contrast, brightness, color reproducibility, and reduction of power consumption are strongly desired.
[0003] These liquid crystal display devices and organic light-emitting display devices use color filters. For example, in the formation of a color image of a liquid crystal display device, light passing through the color filter is directly colored to the color of each pixel constituting the color filter, and the light of these colors is synthesized to form a color image. As the light source at this time, in addition to the previous cold cathode tube, there are cases where an organic light-emitting element using white light emission and an inorganic light-emitting element using white light emission are used. In addition, in an organic light-emitting display device, a color filter is used for color adjustment and the like.
[0004] Under such circumstances, expectations for color filters have also increased, such as high brightness, high contrast, and improvement of color reproducibility.
[0005] Here, a color filter generally has a transparent substrate, a colored layer including a colored pattern of red, green, and blue three primary colors formed on the transparent substrate, and a light-shielding portion formed on the transparent substrate in a manner of dividing each colored pattern.
[0006] As a method of forming a pixel in a color filter, a pigment dispersion method, which has excellent characteristics on average, is most widely adopted in terms of light splitting characteristics, durability, pattern shape, and precision, and the like.
[0007] In a color filter having a pixel formed using a pigment dispersion method, in order to achieve high brightness and high contrast, the refinement of pigments is being studied. It is believed in the industry that by refining pigments, the scattering of light passing through the color filter caused by pigment particles is reduced, thereby achieving high brightness and high contrast.
[0008] However, since the refined pigment particles tend to aggregate, there is a problem that the dispersibility and dispersion stability are reduced.
[0009] As a method for improving the dispersibility of a micronized pigment, it is known to be effective to use a dispersant. For example, in Patent Literature 1, as a dispersant composition excellent in pigment dispersibility, a dispersant composition is disclosed which is characterized by being a mixture of (a) a block copolymer having an A block containing a structural unit derived from a vinyl monomer having an acidic group and a B block containing a structural unit derived from a vinyl monomer having a tertiary amino group and a structural unit derived from a vinyl monomer having a quaternary ammonium salt group; (b) at least one aromatic compound selected from the group consisting of an aromatic dicarboximide, an aromatic compound containing an acidic group, and an aromatic compound containing a phenolic hydroxyl group; and (c) a tertiary amine compound.
[0010] In addition, Patent Literature 2 discloses a green colored composition characterized by containing a phthalocyanine pigment (A), a resin-type dispersant (B), and a binder resin (C), the resin-type dispersant containing any one of (B1) a resin-type dispersant containing a basic resin-type dispersant (b1), a phosphoric acid-based resin-type dispersant (b2), and a carboxylic acid-based resin-type dispersant (b4); or (B2) a resin-type dispersant containing a salt (b3) of a phosphonic acid or a sulfonic acid compound and the basic resin-type dispersant (b1), and a carboxylic acid-based resin-type dispersant (b4). In Patent Literature 2, it is disclosed that by using a plurality of resin-type dispersants having specific structures and properties in combination, a green colored composition having a viscosity suitable for application and excellent in viscosity stability can be obtained.

[0015] PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION
[0016] The industry seeks to form a colored layer in which the color change upon heating is suppressed and the brightness is improved, but in the technology disclosed in the dispersant composition of Patent Literature 1, the suppression of the color change upon heating and the improvement of the brightness are not sufficient, and further there is a problem that foreign matter is easily generated in the coating film.
[0017] In Patent Literature 1, as the (b) at least one aromatic compound selected from the group consisting of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid imide, an aromatic compound containing an acidic group, and an aromatic compound containing a phenolic hydroxyl group, a compound containing an acidic group having a pKa of 4.0 or less is also exemplified. However, in the examples of Patent Literature 1, a strong acid such as a compound containing an acidic group having a pKa of 4.0 or less is not used in combination with a strong base such as a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more. It is considered that the reason is that if a strong acid such as a compound containing an acidic group having a pKa of 4.0 or less is used in combination with a strong base such as a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, the salt is poorly soluble and easily precipitates, and there is a problem that foreign matter is easily generated in the coating film. The (a) of Patent Literature 1 has a block copolymer including an A block including a structural unit derived from a vinyl monomer having an acidic group and a B block including a structural unit derived from a vinyl monomer having a tertiary amino group and a structural unit derived from a vinyl monomer having a quaternary ammonium salt group, and the B block is a site having affinity with the coloring material in Patent Literature 1, and the A block is a solvent-soluble site, and is substantially a basic dispersant. The structural unit derived from a vinyl monomer having an acidic group in the A block is included for the purpose of making the alkaline development easy, and is randomly arranged in the A block. Even if a strong base such as a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more forms a salt in the structural unit derived from a vinyl monomer having an acidic group which is randomly arranged in the A block which is a solvent-soluble site, the solvent-soluble site is difficult to dissolve in a solvent, and thus precipitates, and foreign matter is easily generated in the coating film. Especially in the case where a random copolymer having an acidic group which is often used as a binder resin, an alkali-soluble resin, or the like is used, foreign matter is significantly generated in the coating film.
[0018] The present application has been achieved in view of the above-described actual circumstances, and aims to provide a color material dispersion liquid capable of forming a coating film in which a change in color tone upon heating is suppressed, the brightness is improved, and the generation of foreign matter is suppressed, and a color material in which a change in color tone upon heating is suppressed and the brightness is improved. In addition, the present application aims to provide a colored curable composition capable of forming a coating film in which a change in color tone upon heating is suppressed, the brightness is improved, and the generation of foreign matter is suppressed. In addition, the present application aims to provide a color filter and a display device formed using the colored curable composition.

[0039] Further, in the present specification, "to" indicating a numerical range is used in the meaning that the numerical values recited before and after it are included as lower limit values and upper limit values.
[0040] Further, in the present application, the transmittance of Z% or more in the range of X nm to Y nm means that the transmittance is Z% or more in the entire wavelength region in the range of X nm to Y nm.
[0041] I. Color material dispersion liquid
[0042] The color material dispersion liquid according to the present application contains a color material, a dispersant, a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, an acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, and a solvent,
[0043] 0.1 parts by mass to 30.0 parts by mass of the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, respectively, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the color material,
[0044] The dispersant contains a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following general formula (I) and an amine value of less than 10 mgKOH / g before salt formation.
[0045] [Chemical Formula 2]
[0046]
[0047] (in General Formula (I), R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, A represents a direct bond or a divalent linking group, and Q is an acidic group.)
[0048] The color material dispersion liquid of the present application contains a specific amount of a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and a specific amount of an acidic group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less with respect to a color material, and uses, as a dispersant, an acidic dispersant that is a polymer having a structural unit represented by the above General Formula (I) and an amine value of less than 10 mgKOH / g before salt formation, thereby enabling formation of a coating film in which color change upon heating is inhibited, brightness is improved, and foreign matter generation is inhibited.
[0049] In the color material dispersion liquid of the present application, a specific amount of a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and a specific amount of an acidic group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less are interposed between the color material and the above specific acidic dispersant, and it is considered that the state in which color material adsorptivity of the dispersant is improved by high interaction such as acid-base interaction, π-π interaction, and hydrogen bond-based interaction. Since the color material easily becomes a state in which it is highly covered with the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acidic group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, and further the dispersant, it is inferred that heat resistance of the color material is improved, color change of the color material upon heating is easily inhibited, and brightness is improved. In addition, in the color material dispersion liquid of the present application, even if the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acidic group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less are used in combination, since the above specific acidic dispersant is combined, generation of foreign matter of the coating film is inhibited. In the combination with the above specific acidic dispersant, since the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acidic group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, which become a hardly soluble salt, easily adsorb to the color material adsorption site, that is, the acidic group of the above specific acidic dispersant, due to the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, and the hardly soluble salt is also surrounded by the acidic dispersant as with the color material, and the solvent solubility is ensured by the solvent soluble site of the acidic dispersant, it is inferred that precipitation is not easily generated, and a coating film in which generation of foreign matter is inhibited can be formed.
[0050] By combining the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acidic group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, a hardly soluble salt having high heat resistance is formed, and decomposition of the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acidic group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less is inhibited upon heating at a high temperature, and thus, compared to the case where the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and a weak acid having a pKa of more than 4 are combined, it is inferred that color change of the color material upon heating is easily inhibited, and brightness is improved.
[0051] The color material dispersion liquid of the present application contains at least a color material, a dispersant containing the specific polymer described above, a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, an acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, and a solvent, and can further contain other components within a range not impairing the effects of the present application.
[0052] The color material dispersion liquid of the present application contains a color material, a dispersant containing the specific polymer having the structural unit represented by the general formula (I) described above, a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, an acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, and a solvent, and as a production method, for example, the following methods can be exemplified.
[0053] i) mixing a color material, a dispersant containing the specific polymer having the structural unit represented by the general formula (I) described above, a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, an acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, and a solvent, and dispersing the color material.
[0054] ii) mixing at least a dispersant containing a salt-type polymer formed by previously forming a salt of a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, an acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, a color material, and a solvent in the specific polymer having the structural unit represented by the general formula (I) described above, and dispersing the color material.
[0055] iii) mixing at least a dispersant containing a salt-type polymer formed by previously forming a salt of a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and a salt-type polymer formed by previously forming a salt of a basic dispersant and an acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, a color material, and a solvent in the specific polymer having the structural unit represented by the general formula (I) described above, and dispersing the color material.
[0056] iv) mixing a modified color material formed by previously modifying a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and an acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less in a color material, a dispersant containing the specific polymer having the structural unit represented by the general formula (I) described above, and a solvent, and dispersing the color material.
[0057] Hereinafter, regarding each component of the color material dispersion liquid of the present application, the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, the color material, the modified color material, the dispersant, the solvent, and other components are described in order.

[0136] The explanation of each symbol of the color material represented by General Formula (A) described above can be referred to the explanation of the symbols corresponding to General Formula (I) described in International Publication No. 2018 / 003706. The examples of the partial structure, other structures of the color material represented by General Formula (A) described above can be exemplified by the structures described in International Publication No. 2018 / 003706, International Publication No. 2012 / 144521, and the like.
[0137] As the color material used in the present application, at least one selected from the group consisting of C.I. Pigment Red 177, 254, 291, C.I. Pigment Yellow 138, 150, 231, C.I. Pigment Violet 23, and the color material represented by the above general formula (A) is preferable in terms of being able to form a colored layer having high luminance and a high color gamut.
[0138] As the average primary particle diameter of the color material used in the present application, in the case of forming a colored layer of a color filter, any particular limitation is not imposed as long as the desired color development is achieved, and it differs depending on the type of the color material used, and it is preferably in the range of 10 to 100 nm, and more preferably in the range of 15 to 60 nm. By making the average primary particle diameter of the color material in the above range, a display device having a color filter produced using the color material dispersion liquid of the present application can be made to be high in luminance, high in contrast, and high in quality.
[0139] In addition, the average dispersed particle diameter of the color material in the color material dispersion liquid differs depending on the type of the color material used, and it is preferably in the range of 10 to 100 nm, and more preferably in the range of 15 to 60 nm.
[0140] The average dispersed particle diameter of the color material in the color material dispersion liquid is the dispersed particle diameter of the color material particles dispersed in a dispersion medium containing at least a solvent, and it is measured by a laser scattering particle size distribution meter. As the measurement of the particle diameter using a laser scattering particle size distribution meter, the color material dispersion liquid can be appropriately diluted (for example, 1000 times or the like) to a concentration that can be measured by a laser scattering particle size distribution meter using the solvent used in the color material dispersion liquid, and a laser scattering particle size distribution meter (for example, Nanotrac Particle Size Distribution Measuring Device UPA-EX150 manufactured by Nikkiso Co., Ltd.) is used to measure by a dynamic light scattering method at 23°C. The average dispersed particle diameter here is a volume average particle diameter.
[0141] The color material used in the present application can be produced by a known method such as a recrystallization method, a solvent salt milling method, or the like. In addition, a commercially available color material can also be used after being micronized.
[0142] In the color material dispersion liquid of the present application, the content of the color material is not particularly limited. The content of the color material is, for example, preferably in the range of 5% by mass to 80% by mass, and more preferably in the range of 8% by mass to 70% by mass, with respect to the total amount of solid components in the color material dispersion liquid, in terms of dispersibility and dispersion stability.
[0143] Especially in the case of forming a coating film or a colored layer having a high color material concentration, the content of the color material is, for example, preferably in the range of 30% by mass to 80% by mass, and more preferably in the range of 40% by mass to 75% by mass, with respect to the total amount of solid components in the color material dispersion liquid.
[0144] The color material can be used alone or in combination of two or more. In the case of combination of two or more, the total content is preferably within the above range.
[0145] Note that, in the present application, the solid component is the total component other than the above solvent, and also includes monomers and the like dissolved in the solvent.
[0146] <Modified color material>
[0147] The modified color material of the present application contains a color material, a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, and an acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, and contains 0.1 to 30.0 parts by mass of the above nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the above acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, respectively, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the above color material.
[0148] The modified color material of the present application is modified by the acid-base interaction, the π-π interaction, the hydrogen bonding, or the like, between the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, and the color material, and thus the stability of the color material is improved, and the heat resistance is improved.
[0149] In addition, since the above nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the above acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less contained in the modified color material of the present application can each be selected from a compound having a transmittance of 90% or more in the wavelength range of 400 nm to 700 nm, without having a colored skeleton like a pigment derivative, the coloring is very small, and the brightness is not reduced by the addition, and thus the modified color material is easily high in brightness.
[0150] The color material, the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, and the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less used in the modified color material of the present application can each be the same as described above, and thus the description is omitted here.
[0151] The modified colorant of the present application contains 0.1 to 30.0 parts by mass of the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, respectively, per 100 parts by mass of the colorant 100. In terms of the effect of improving the heat resistance, the modified colorant of the present application preferably contains 0.1 parts by mass or more of the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, respectively, per 100 parts by mass of the colorant 100, and more preferably contains 1.0 parts by mass or more. On the other hand, in terms of the coloring power, the modified colorant of the present application preferably contains 20 parts by mass or less of the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, respectively, per 100 parts by mass of the colorant 100, and more preferably contains 10 parts by mass or less.
[0152] Note that the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less can be used individually in the modified colorant, or two or more thereof can be used in combination. In the case of using two or more thereof in combination, the total content thereof is preferably within the above range.
[0153] In the modified colorant of the present application, at least a part of the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and at least a part of the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or more form a salt. This is preferable in terms of the mutual improvement of the heat resistance of the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, and the improvement of the heat resistance of the colorant.
[0154] As a method for producing the modified colorant of the present application, for example, a method in which the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, and the colorant are mixed and then dry-pulverized can be exemplified. In this case, as the dry-pulverizer, a ball mill, a vibration mill, a mortar, or the like can be used, and the pulverization temperature can be freely set to 20 to 130°C.
[0155] In addition, as a method for producing the modified colorant of the present application, a method in which the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, the colorant, a water-soluble inorganic salt such as sodium chloride, calcium chloride, or ammonium sulfate, and a water-soluble organic solvent such as a glycol-based organic solvent are mixed and then kneaded by a kneader-type grinder using a solvent salt milling method can be exemplified.
[0156] Further, as a method for producing the modified color material of the present application, there can be mentioned a method in which the above nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, the above acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, and a dye are mixed in a solvent to dissolve them, and then dried, and then pulverized by various methods.
[0157] Further, as a method for producing the modified color material of the present application, there can be mentioned a method in which the above nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, the above acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, and a dye are mixed in a solvent to dissolve them, and then dried, and then pulverized by various methods.
[0158] The average primary particle diameter of the modified color material of the present application is not particularly limited as long as the desired color development is achieved, and varies depending on the kind of the color material used, and in the case where the modified color material is a pigment, it is preferably in the range of 10 to 100 nm, and more preferably 15 to 60 nm. By making the average primary particle diameter of the color material in the above range, the colored layer produced using the modified color material of the present application can be made to be high in brightness and high in quality.
[0159] The average primary particle diameter indicates the volume distribution median particle diameter (D50). The particle diameter of the modified color material can be measured by installing a dedicated bright field STEM sample stage and selecting a detector on a field emission type scanning electron microscope (S-4800) manufactured by Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation, and using it as a scanning transmission electron microscope (hereinafter abbreviated as "STEM"), taking a STEM photograph at 200,000 times, introducing it into the following software, arbitrarily selecting 100 pigments on the photograph, measuring the diameter (diameter length) of each, and calculating the 50% cumulative particle diameter in volume based on the volume-based distribution.
[0160] The measurement sample for STEM is prepared by mixing the modified color material with toluene, and dropping it onto a screen to which a nitrocellulose membrane is attached. Further, in calculating the volume-based particle diameter distribution and the volume distribution median particle diameter (D50) from the STEM photograph, it can be measured by using the image analysis type particle size distribution measurement software "Mac-View Ver. 4" manufactured by Mountech Corporation.
[0161] It should be noted that the modified colorant of the present invention contains a colorant, a nitrogen-containing basic compound with a pKa of 11.5 or higher, and a compound containing an acidic group with a pKa of 4.0 or lower, and their ratios can be analyzed, for example, by mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, surface analysis, potentiometric titration, and appropriate combinations thereof. More specifically, for example, the modified colorant can be cleaned using alcohol solvents such as methanol, ethanol, and isopropanol, or solvents such as N-methylpyrrolidone, and then the cleaned colorant can be analyzed by mass spectrometry to detect peaks originating from the structure of the nitrogen-containing basic compound with a pKa of 11.5 or higher or the compound containing an acidic group with a pKa of 4.0 or lower, and thus confirm the composition.

[0186]
[0187] (in the general formula (II-1), R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group,
[0188] (in the general formula (II-2), R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R 2 represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group which can contain an oxygen atom, and R 3 represents a hydrocarbon group.
[0189] The structural unit represented by the general formula (II-1) is a structural unit derived from a (meth)acrylic acid.
[0190] (in the general formula (II-2), R 2 represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group which can contain an oxygen atom.

In addition, from the aspect of dispersion stability, R 22 is preferably an alkylene group having a carbon number of 1 to 20, and R 23 is preferably an alkylene group having a carbon number of 1 to 20, t is preferably a number of 1 to 30, further preferably a number of 1 to 20, and still further more preferably a number of 1 to 10.
[0193] R 20 and R 22 are each independently preferably an alkylene group having a carbon number of 1 to 12, and more preferably an alkylene group having a carbon number of 2 to 8.

[0197] In the structural unit represented by General Formula (II-2), R 2Regarding solvent resolubility, it can be an aliphatic hydrocarbon group or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group with 1 to 20 carbon atoms.
[0198] In the structural unit represented by general formula (II-2), R 3 Indicates a hydrocarbon group. As R... 3 Examples of hydrocarbon groups in this context include aliphatic hydrocarbon groups, aromatic hydrocarbon groups, and combinations thereof. Furthermore, the pKa of the monomer from which the structural unit represented by general formula (I) is preferably higher than the pKa of the compound containing an acidic group whose pKa is 4.0 or less.
[0204] A structural unit having a strong acid group with a pKa of less than 3.0 is likely to take away a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more from an acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less by salt exchange, and can become a hindering factor for salt formation of the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less and the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, as a result, there is a possibility that sufficient heat resistance and improvement in brightness cannot be obtained. If the pKa of the structural unit represented by General Formula (I) is higher than that of the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less used in combination, it becomes difficult to take away the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more from the acid group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less by salt exchange, and sufficient heat resistance and improvement in brightness are easily obtained.
[0205] In the polymer, the structural unit represented by General Formula (I) can include one, or two or more structural units. In the case where the structural unit represented by General Formula (I) includes two or more structural units, the pKa of the monomer from which the structural unit represented by General Formula (I) is derived is preferably 3.0 or more and less than 6.0, more preferably 3.5 or more and less than 5.0, in all of the structural units represented by General Formula (I).

[0211] As a standard, the solubility at 23°C of the polymer chain described above with respect to the solvent used in combination is preferably 20 (g / 100 g of solvent) or more.
[0212] The solubility of the polymer chain can be used as a criterion for the raw material from which the polymer chain is introduced when the graft copolymer is prepared. For example, in order to introduce the polymer chain into the graft copolymer, in the case where a polymerizable oligomer (macromonomer) containing the polymer chain and a group having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond at the terminal thereof is used, the polymerizable oligomer can have the above-mentioned solubility. The amine value of the polymer chain here is the mass (mg) of potassium hydroxide equivalent to the amount of hydrochloric acid required for 1 g of the solid content component of the above polymerizable oligomer or the polymer chain containing the above reactive group, and is a value measured by the method described in JIS K 7237:1995.
[0268] The above polymer chain can contain a structural unit containing a nitrogen atom as long as the effect of the present application is not impaired, but the total ratio of the structural units containing a nitrogen atom is preferably 5% by mass or less, and more preferably 0% by mass, relative to the total structural units of the above polymer chain, in terms of dispersion stability.
[0269] In the above graft copolymer, the content ratio of the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I) is preferably 3% by mass or more and 60% by mass or less, more preferably 6% by mass or more and 45% by mass or less, and further preferably 9% by mass or more and 35% by mass or less, relative to the total structural units of the main chain of the graft copolymer. If the content ratio of the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I) in the graft copolymer is within the above range, the ratio of the affinity portion to the color material in the graft copolymer becomes appropriate, and reduction in the solubility to the solvent can be suppressed, so the adsorptivity to the color material becomes good, and excellent dispersion, dispersion stability, and solvent resolubility can be obtained.
[0270] On the other hand, in the above graft copolymer, the total content ratio of the structural unit including the graft polymer chain and the structural unit represented by the above general formula (III) with respect to the total structural units of the main chain of the graft copolymer is preferably 40% by mass or more and 97% by mass or less, more preferably 55% by mass or more and 94% by mass or less, and further preferably 65% by mass or more and 91% by mass or less. If the total content ratio of the structural unit including the graft polymer chain and the structural unit represented by the above general formula (III) in the graft copolymer is within the above range, the ratio of the solvent-affinity portion in the graft copolymer becomes appropriate, sufficient steric hindrance effect as a dispersant can be maintained, and the effect of making the specific surface area of the solvent-affinity portion of the dispersant large becomes good for the above effects.
[0271] Note that the content ratio of the above structural unit is calculated from the amount of the monomer from which the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I) and the structural unit represented by the above general formula (III) and the like are derived, which is added at the time of synthesizing the graft copolymer.
[0272] The above graft copolymer used in the present application can further have other structural units in addition to the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I) and the structural unit represented by the above general formula (III) within a range not impairing the effects of the present application. As the other structural units, an olefinically unsaturated monomer which can be copolymerized with the olefinically unsaturated monomer from which the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I) and the like is derived can be appropriately selected and copolymerized to introduce the other structural units.
[0273] As the other structural units copolymerized with the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I) in the main chain, for example, the structural unit represented by the above general formula (IV), a structural unit containing an acidic group different from the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I), and the like can be exemplified.
[0274] As the monomer from which the structural unit containing an acidic group different from the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I) is derived, for example, maleic acid, a monoalkyl maleate, fumaric acid, itaconic acid, crotonic acid, cinnamic acid, and the like can be exemplified.
[0275] In the above graft copolymer, the total content ratio of the other structural units copolymerized in the main chain with respect to the total structural units of the main chain of the graft copolymer is preferably 40% by mass or less, more preferably 20% by mass or less, and can be 0% by mass.
[0276] (Method for producing graft copolymer)
[0277] In the present application, as the method for producing the graft copolymer described above, any method can be used as long as it is a method that can produce a graft copolymer having a structural unit represented by the general formula (I) described above, and is not particularly limited. In the case of producing a graft copolymer having a structural unit represented by the general formula (I) described above, for example, a method in which a monomer represented by the general formula (Ia) described below and a polymerizable oligomer (macromonomer) containing a polymer chain and a group having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond at the terminal thereof are used as copolymerization components to copolymerize them, thereby producing a graft copolymer can be exemplified.
[0278] If necessary, other monomers can be further used, and a graft copolymer can be produced using a publicly known polymerization method.
[0279] [Chemical Formula 11]
[0280]
[0281] (In the general formula (Ia), R 1 , A and Q are the same as those in the general formula (I).
[0282] In addition, in the case of producing a graft copolymer having a structural unit represented by the general formula (I) described above, a copolymer can be formed by addition polymerization of a monomer represented by the general formula (Ia) described above and other ethylenically unsaturated monomers, and then a polymer chain containing a reactive group capable of reacting with a reactive group contained in the copolymer can be introduced. Specifically, for example, after a copolymer having a substituent such as an alkoxy group, a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group, an amino group, an epoxy group, an isocyanate group, a hydrogen bond-forming group, or the like is synthesized, it can be reacted with a polymer chain containing a functional group that reacts with the substituent, thereby introducing the polymer chain.
[0283] For example, a copolymer having a glycidyl group in the side chain can be reacted with a polymer chain having a carboxyl group at the terminal, or a copolymer having an isocyanate group in the side chain can be reacted with a polymer chain having a hydroxyl group at the terminal, thereby introducing the polymer chain.
[0284] Note that, in the polymerization described above, additives generally used for polymerization, such as a polymerization initiator, a dispersion stabilizer, a chain transfer agent, or the like, can be used.
[0285] {Block Copolymer}
[0286] The block copolymer used in the present application has an A block containing a structural unit represented by the general formula (I) described above that functions as an adsorption site for a color material.
[0287] The block copolymer used in the present application preferably further has a B block that functions as a solvent affinity site.
[0288] (A Block)
[0289] In the A block, the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I) is the same as described above, and thus the description is omitted here.
[0290] In the A block, the structural unit represented by general formula (I) can include one, or two or more structural units.
[0291] In the A block, other structural units can be further included in addition to the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I) within a range not impairing the effects of the present application. As the other structural units, an olefinically unsaturated monomer that can be copolymerized with an olefinically unsaturated monomer or the like from which the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I) or the like is derived can be appropriately selected to be copolymerized, and the other structural units can be introduced.
[0292] As the other structural units included in the A block within a range not impairing the effects of the present application, for example, the structural unit represented by the above general formula (IV), a structural unit including an acidic group different from the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I), or the like can be exemplified.

[0294] The total content ratio of the other structural units included in the A block is not particularly limited as long as it is within a range not impairing the effects of the present application, and from the aspects of dispersibility and dispersion stability, it is preferably 40% by mass or less, more preferably 20% by mass or less, and can be 0% by mass.
[0295] That is, the content ratio of the structural unit represented by general formula (I) included in the A block is preferably 60% by mass or more, more preferably 80% by mass or more, and can be 100% by mass from the aspects of dispersibility and dispersion stability with respect to the total structural units of the A block.
[0296] (B block)
[0297] In the block copolymer used in the present application, the B block is a block that functions as a solvent-affinity site. The above B block is preferably selected from among olefinically unsaturated monomers that can be copolymerized with the olefinically unsaturated monomer from which the structural unit represented by the above general formula (I) is derived, and is used in a manner to have solvent affinity according to the solvent. As a standard, it is preferable to introduce the B block in a manner such that the solubility of the block copolymer at 23°C becomes 20 (g / 100 g of solvent) or more with respect to the solvent used in combination.

[0299] The structural unit represented by the above general formula (IV) contained in the B block can be the same as that described in the graft copolymer, and thus the description thereof is omitted here.
[0300] In the above B block, the structural unit represented by the above general formula (IV) can be one kind alone or two or more kinds in combination.
[0301] In the above B block, the total ratio of the structural unit represented by the above general formula (IV) with respect to the total structural units of the B block can be 100 mass% in terms of the aspects of dispersibility and dispersion stability of the color material. In the above B block, the total ratio of the structural unit represented by the above general formula (IV) with respect to the total structural units of the B block is preferably 40 mass% or more, and more preferably 70 mass% or more in terms of the aspects of dispersibility and dispersion stability of the color material.
[0302] Further, when the above B block contains at least one structural unit selected from the group consisting of the structural unit represented by the above general formula (V) and the structural unit represented by the above general formula (V') among the structural units represented by the above general formula (IV), it is preferred in terms of the aspects of suppression of foreign matter generation, and improvement of substrate adhesion and shortening of development time.
[0303] The at least one structural unit selected from the group consisting of the structural unit represented by the above general formula (V) and the structural unit represented by the above general formula (V') contained in the above B block can be the same as that described in the graft copolymer, and thus the description thereof is omitted here.
[0304] In the above B block, the at least one structural unit selected from the group consisting of the structural unit represented by the above general formula (V) and the structural unit represented by the above general formula (V') can be one kind alone or two or more kinds in combination.
[0305] The total ratio of at least one structural unit selected from the group consisting of the structural unit represented by the above general formula (V) and the structural unit represented by the above general formula (V') is preferably 5% by mass or more, more preferably 10% by mass or more, and further more preferably 15% by mass or more, with respect to the total structural units of the B block, in terms of aspects of suppressing generation of foreign matters, and improving substrate adhesion and shortening of development time. The total ratio of at least one structural unit selected from the group consisting of the structural unit represented by the above general formula (V) and the structural unit represented by the above general formula (V') is preferably 90% by mass or less, more preferably 80% by mass or less, and further more preferably 70% by mass or less, with respect to the total structural units of the B block, in terms of aspects of solvent redissolubility.
[0306] In the B block, in addition to the structural unit represented by the above general formula (IV) including at least one structural unit selected from the group consisting of the structural unit represented by the above general formula (V) and the structural unit represented by the above general formula (V'), other structural units can also be included.
[0307] As the other structural units, a structural unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer which is copolymerizable with the ethylenically unsaturated monomer from which the structural unit represented by the above general formula (IV) is derived, for example, can be exemplified.
[0308] As the monomer from which the other structural units are derived, for example, styrene, α-methylstyrene, vinyl phenyl ether, and the like can be exemplified.
[0309] In the B block, the total ratio of the other structural units is preferably 30% by mass or less, and more preferably 10% by mass or less, with respect to the total structural units of the B block, in terms of aspects of the effects of the present application.
[0310] The mass average molecular weight Mw of the B block is preferably 2000 or more, more preferably 3000 or more, and further more preferably 4000 or more, and more preferably 15000 or less, and further more preferably 12000 or less, in terms of aspects of dispersibility and dispersion stability of the color material.
[0311] By being in the above range, the sufficient steric repulsion effect as a dispersant can be maintained, and the effect obtained by making the specific surface area of the solvent affinity portion of the dispersant large becomes good.
[0312] The mass average molecular weight Mw of only the B block can be measured in the same manner as the dispersant described below, with respect to the polymer of only the B block.
[0313] Further, when the acid value of the above-mentioned B block is 10 mgKOH / g or less, and further 0 mgKOH / g, it is preferable in terms of the aspects of foreign matter generation inhibition and dispersion stability. Here, the acid value can be measured for the polymer of only the B block, as with the acid value of the dispersant described below.
[0314] The above-mentioned B block can contain at least one structural unit selected from the group consisting of the structural unit represented by the above-mentioned general formula (I) and the structural unit represented by the above-mentioned general formula (II), or the like, containing an acidic group, provided that the effect of the present application is not impaired, and the total ratio of the structural units containing an acidic group is preferably 5% by mass or less, and more preferably 0% by mass, with respect to the total structural units of the above-mentioned B block, in terms of dispersion stability.

[0317] Further, the above-mentioned B block can contain one type of structural unit, or two or more types of structural units can be mixed, provided that it is selected so as to function as a solvent affinity site. In the case where the above-mentioned B block contains two or more types of structural units, two or more types of structural units can be randomly copolymerized within the B block.
[0318] The bonding order of the above-mentioned block copolymer is not particularly limited as long as it enables stable dispersion of the color material, and the above-mentioned A block is bonded to one end of the above-mentioned block copolymer, which is preferable in terms of excellent interaction with the color material and effective inhibition of the aggregation of the dispersants with each other, and is preferably an AB type block copolymer or an ABA type block copolymer, a BAB type block copolymer, of which an AB type block copolymer, a BAB type block copolymer is preferable.

If the total content ratio of the A blocks in the block copolymer is within the above range, the ratio of the color material-affinity portion in the block copolymer becomes appropriate, and a decrease in the solubility to the solvent can be suppressed, so the adsorptivity to the color material becomes good, and excellent dispersibility, dispersion stability, and solvent resolubility can be obtained.
[0320] The content ratio of the above structural unit represented by General Formula (I) in the above block copolymer, with respect to the total structural units of the main chain of the block copolymer, is preferably 3% by mass or more and 60% by mass or less, more preferably 6% by mass or more and 45% by mass or less, and further preferably 9% by mass or more and 35% by mass or less. If the content ratio of the above structural unit represented by General Formula (I) in the block copolymer is within the above range, the ratio of the color material-affinity portion in the block copolymer becomes appropriate, and a decrease in the solubility to the solvent can be suppressed, so the adsorptivity to the color material becomes good, and excellent dispersibility, dispersion stability, and solvent resolubility can be obtained.

If the total content ratio of the B blocks in the block copolymer is within the above range, the ratio of the solvent-affinity portion in the block copolymer becomes appropriate, a sufficient steric hindrance effect as a dispersant can be maintained, and the effect of making the specific surface area of the solvent-affinity portion of the dispersant large becomes good.
[0322] Note that the content ratio of the above structural unit is calculated from the amount of the monomer from which the above structural unit represented by General Formula (I) and the above structural unit represented by General Formula (IV) are derived, which is added when the block copolymer is synthesized.
[0323] (Method for producing block copolymer)
[0324] The method for producing the block copolymer is not particularly limited. The block copolymer can be produced by a publicly known method, and is preferably produced by a living polymerization method. The reason for this is that chain transfer and deactivation are less likely to occur, a copolymer having a uniform molecular weight can be produced, dispersibility can be improved, and the like. As the living polymerization method, a living radical polymerization method, a living anionic polymerization method such as a group transfer polymerization method, a living cationic polymerization method, and the like can be exemplified. The copolymer can be produced by sequentially polymerizing monomers using these methods. For example, the block copolymer can be produced by first producing the A block and then polymerizing a structural unit constituting the B block in the A block. Alternatively, the order of polymerization of the A block and the B block can be reversed in the above production method. Alternatively, the A block and the B block can be separately produced and then coupled.

[0429] II. Colored curable composition
[0430] The colored curable composition of the present application is characterized by containing the color material dispersion liquid of the present application described above, a polymerizable compound, and an initiator.
[0431] The colored curable composition of the present application, by using the color material dispersion liquid of the present application described above, is capable of forming a coating film in which the change in color when heated is suppressed, the brightness is improved, and the generation of foreign matter is suppressed.

[0433]
[0434] The polymerizable compound is not particularly limited as long as it can be polymerized by the initiator described below, and for example, a photopolymerizable compound, a thermal polymerizable compound can be used. As the thermal polymerizable compound, a compound having a thermal polymerization functional group such as a carboxyl group, an amino group, an epoxy group, a hydroxyl group, a glycidyl group, an isocyanate group, and an alkoxy group in the molecule can be used. In addition, by using a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group in combination with a thermal radical polymerization initiator, it can also be used as a thermal polymerizable compound. Among the polymerizable compounds, in terms of being able to be simply patterned by a photolithography method and using existing processes, a photopolymerizable compound capable of being polymerized by the photoinitiator described below is preferred.
[0435] The photopolymerizable compound used in the colored curable composition is not particularly limited as long as it can be polymerized by the photoinitiator described below, and generally a compound having two or more ethylenically unsaturated double bonds can be used, and a multifunctional (meth)acrylate having two or more acryloyl groups or methacryloyl groups is particularly preferred.

If the content of the polymerizable compound is equal to or greater than the lower limit of the above range, curing failure can be suppressed, and thus the portion exposed to light can be less likely to be dissolved during development. In addition, if the content of the polymerizable compound is equal to or less than the upper limit of the above range, development failure and heat shrinkage can be suppressed, and thus the surface of the colored layer as a whole can be less likely to have fine wrinkles.

As specific examples of the photoinitiator, aromatic ketones such as benzophenone, 4,4'-bisdiethylaminobenzophenone, 4-methoxy-4'-dimethylaminobenzophenone, and the like; benzoin ethers such as benzoin methyl ether; benzoin; bisimidazoles such as 2-(o-chlorophenyl)-4,5-phenyl imidazole dimer; halomethyl oxadiazole compounds such as 2-trichloromethyl-5-(p-methoxystyryl)-l,3,4-oxadiazole; halomethyl s-triazine-based compounds such as 2-(4-butoxy-naphthalen-l-yl)-4,6-bis-trichloromethyl s-triazine; 2,2-dimethoxy-l,2-diphenyl ethane-l-one, 2-methyl-l-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2-morpholinopropan-l-one, 1,2-benzyl-2-dimethylamino-l-(4-morpholinophenyl)butanone-l, 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, benzil, benzoylbenzoic acid, benzoylbenzoic acid methyl ester, 4-benzoyl-4'-methyl diphenyl sulfide, benzil methyl ketal, dimethylamino benzoate, isoamyl p-dimethylaminobenzoate, 2-n-butoxyethyl 4-dimethylaminobenzoate, 2-chlorothioxanthone, 2,4-diethylthioxanthone, 2,4-dimethylthioxanthone, isopropyl thioxanthone, 4-benzoyl-methyl diphenyl sulfide, 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 2-benzyl-2-(dimethylamino)=l-[4-(4-morpholinyl)phenyl]-l-butanone, 2-(dimethylamino)-2-[(4-methylphenyl)methyl]-l-[4-(4-morpholinyl)phenyl]-l-butanone, α-dimethoxy-α-phenylacetophenone, phenyl bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide, 2-methyl-l-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2-(4-morpholinyl)-l-propanone, 1-(9,9-dibutyl-9H-fluoren-2-yl)-2-methyl-2-(4-morpholinyl)-l-propanone, and the like can be exemplified.
[0442] Among them, 2-methyl-l-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2-morpholinopropan-l-one, 2-benzyl-2-(dimethylamino)-l-(4-morpholinylphenyl)-l-butanone, 4,4'-bis(diethylamino)benzophenone, diethylthioxanthone can be preferably used. Further, when an α-aminoketone-based initiator such as 2-methyl-l-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2-morpholinopropan-l-one is combined with a thioxanthone-based initiator such as diethylthioxanthone, it is preferable in terms of sensitivity adjustment, water mark suppression, and development resistance improvement.
[0443] The total content of the α-aminoacetophenone-based initiator and the thioxanthone-based initiator, when used together, is preferably 5 to 15% by mass, relative to the total amount of the solid components of the color-curable composition. If the amount of the initiator is 15% by mass or less, sublimates during the manufacturing process are reduced, and thus this is preferred. If the amount of the initiator is 5% by mass or more, watermarks are suppressed, and the development resistance is improved, and thus this is preferred.
[0444] In the present application, the photoinitiator preferably contains an oxime ester-based photoinitiator in terms of the ability to improve the sensitivity. In addition, by using an oxime ester-based photoinitiator, it is easy to suppress variations in the line width in the plane when forming a fine line pattern. Furthermore, by using an oxime ester-based photoinitiator, there is a tendency for the residual film rate to improve, and the suppression of watermarks to be more effective.
[0445] As the oxime ester-based photoinitiator, in terms of reducing contamination of the color-curable composition and the apparatus due to decomposition products, it is preferred to have an aromatic ring, more preferred to have a condensed ring including an aromatic ring, and further preferred to have a condensed ring including a benzene ring and a heterocycle.
[0446] As the oxime ester-based photoinitiator, it is possible to appropriately select from among the oxime ester-based photoinitiators described in Japanese Patent No. 2000-80068, Japanese Patent No. 2001-233842, Japanese Patent No. 2010-527339, Japanese Patent No. 2010-527338, Japanese Patent No. 2013-041153, and the like. As commercially available products, it is possible to use Irgacure OXE-01 having a diphenyl sulfide skeleton, Adeka Arkles NCI-930, TR-PBG-345, TR-PBG-304 having a carbazole skeleton, Irgacure OXE-02 having a fluorene skeleton, Adeka Arkles NCI-831, TR-PBG-365, TR-PBG-3057 having a diphenyl sulfide skeleton (all manufactured by Changzhou Qiangli Electronics New Materials Co., Ltd.), and the like. In particular, it is preferred to use an oxime ester-based photoinitiator having a diphenyl sulfide skeleton or a fluorene skeleton in terms of the brightness. In addition, it is preferred to use an oxime ester-based photoinitiator having a carbazole skeleton in terms of the higher sensitivity.
[0447] In addition, the oxime ester-based photoinitiator is preferred in terms of inhibition of water stains and improvement of sensitivity when used in combination with a photoinitiator having a tertiary amine structure. The reason for this is that the photoinitiator having a tertiary amine structure has a tertiary amine structure as an oxygen quencher within the molecule, and thus the radicals generated from the initiator are not easily deactivated by oxygen, and the sensitivity can be improved. As commercially available products of the above-mentioned photoinitiator having a tertiary amine structure, for example, 2-methyl-l-(4-methylthiophenyl)-2-morpholinopropan-l-one (e.g., Irgacure 907, manufactured by BASF Corporation), 2-benzyl-2-(dimethylamino)-l-(4-morpholinophenyl)-l-butanone (e.g., Irgacure 369, manufactured by BASF Corporation), 4,4'-bis(diethylamino)benzophenone (e.g., Hicure ABP, manufactured by Kawaguchi Yakuhin), and the like can be exemplified.
[0448] In addition, the oxime ester-based photoinitiator is preferred in terms of sensitivity adjustment, inhibition of water stains, and improvement of development resistance when used in combination with a thioxanthone-based initiator. The combination of two or more oxime ester-based photoinitiators with a thioxanthone-based initiator is preferred in terms of brightness, improvement of residual film rate, easy adjustment of sensitivity, higher inhibition effect of water stain generation, and improvement of development resistance.
[0449] The content of the initiator in the colored curable composition is, for example, preferably 0.1 to 15% by mass, and more preferably 1 to 10% by mass, relative to the total amount of the solid components of the colored curable composition. If the content of the initiator is equal to or greater than the above lower limit, curing is easily performed sufficiently, and if the content of the initiator is equal to or less than the above upper limit, side reactions can be inhibited, and the stability over time can be maintained.
[0450] <Other Components>
[0451] The colored curable composition of the present application can contain, as necessary, a polymer such as an alkali-soluble resin, an antioxidant, and further various additives.
[0452] (Polymer)
[0453] As the polymer, an alkali-soluble resin having solubility to an alkali developer is suitably used in the case where a photolithography process is used when forming a colored layer. In the present application, since the dispersant has an acidic group, it also functions as an alkali-soluble resin, and thus an alkali-soluble resin different from the above dispersant is not necessarily an essential component in the case where a photolithography process is used.
[0454] In the photosensitive colored resin composition of the present application, an alkali-soluble resin different from the above dispersant is preferably further contained in terms of easy adjustment of alkali solubility.
[0455] The alkali-soluble resin functions as a binder resin as long as it has an acidic group, and is soluble with respect to an alkali developer used at the time of pattern formation, and can be appropriately selected.
[0456] In the present application, the alkali-soluble resin can be appropriately selected using an alkali-soluble resin having an acid value of 30 mgKOH / g or more as a standard.
[0457] As the alkali-soluble resin, a previously known alkali-soluble resin can be appropriately selected, and for example, an alkali-soluble resin described in WO2016 / 104493 can be appropriately selected.
[0458] The preferred alkali-soluble resin in the present application is a resin having an acidic group, typically a carboxyl group, and specifically, for example, an acrylic resin such as an acrylic copolymer having a carboxyl group and a styrene-acrylic copolymer having a carboxyl group, and the like, an epoxy (meth)acrylate resin having a carboxyl group, and the like. Among these, particularly preferred are those having a carboxyl group in the side chain, and further having a photopolymerizable functional group such as an olefinically unsaturated group in the side chain. The reason for this is that by containing a photopolymerizable functional group, the film strength of the cured film formed can be increased. In addition, these acrylic copolymers and the like, the styrene-acrylic copolymers, and the epoxy acrylate resins can also be used in a mixture of two or more.
[0459] The content of the alkali-soluble resin used in the colored curable composition is not particularly limited, and for example, it is preferably in the range of 1 to 60 mass% with respect to the total amount of the solid content components of the colored curable composition, and more preferably in the range of 5 to 40 mass%. If the content of the alkali-soluble resin is equal to or greater than the lower limit value described above, sufficient alkali developability is easily obtained, and in addition, if the content of the alkali-soluble resin is equal to or less than the upper limit value described above, film roughness and pattern defects at the time of development are easily suppressed.
[0460] Note that in the present application, the solid content components are all components other than the solvent, and also include monomers and the like dissolved in the solvent.
[0461] In addition, the colored curable composition of the present application can contain, for example, as the above-described polymer, a thermosetting polymer such as a phenol resin, a urea resin, a diallyl phthalate resin, a melamine resin, a guanamine resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, a polyurethane resin, an epoxy resin, an amino alkyd resin, a melamine-urea co-condensed resin, a silicone resin, a polysiloxane resin, and the like.
[0462] Note that the above-described polymer can be used alone, or two or more can be used in combination.
[0463] The content of the polymer in the colored curable composition is not particularly limited, and is preferably, for example, 1 to 60% by mass, more preferably 5 to 50% by mass, relative to the total amount of solid components of the colored curable composition. If the content of the polymer is equal to or greater than the lower limit of the above range, it is easy to suppress a decrease in film strength, and if the content of the polymer is equal to or less than the upper limit of the above range, it is possible to sufficiently contain components other than the polymer.
[0464] (Antioxidant)
[0465] The colored curable composition of the present application is also preferably contains an antioxidant in terms of improvement in heat resistance, suppression of discoloration of the color material, and improvement in brightness. The antioxidant can be appropriately selected from those known in the art. As specific examples of the antioxidant, for example, hindered phenol-based antioxidants, amine-based antioxidants, phosphorus-based antioxidants, sulfur-based antioxidants, hydrazine-based antioxidants, and the like can be given, and in terms of heat resistance, it is preferable to use a hindered phenol-based antioxidant. It can also be a latent antioxidant as described in International Publication No. 2014 / 021023.
[0466] As the hindered phenol-based antioxidant, for example, pentaerythritol tetra[3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate] (trade name: IRGANOX 1010, manufactured by BASF), isocyanuric acid 1,3,5-tris(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl) ester (trade name: Irganox 3114, manufactured by BASF), 2,4,6-tris(4-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylbenzyl)mesitylene (trade name: Irganox 1330, manufactured by BASF), 2,2'-methylenebis(6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol) (trade name: Sumilizer MDP-S, manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical), 6,6'-thiobis(2-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol) (trade name: Irganox 1081, manufactured by BASF), 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl diethylphosphonate (trade name: Irgamod 195, manufactured by BASF), and the like can be given. Among them, in terms of heat resistance and light resistance, pentaerythritol tetra[3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate] (trade name: IRGANOX 1010, manufactured by BASF) is preferable.
[0467] The colored curable composition of the present application is preferably combined with the above oxime ester-based photoinitiator and the antioxidant in terms of improvement in brightness using a synergistic effect, and improvement in the ability to form a fine line pattern according to the design of the mask line width.
[0468] The content of the antioxidant is not particularly limited, but it is generally preferred to be 0.1% to 10.0% by mass, more preferably 0.5% to 5.0% by mass, relative to the total amount of solids in the color-curing composition. If the content is above the lower limit, the heat resistance and lightfastness are easily excellent. On the other hand, if the content is below the upper limit, the color-curing composition of the present invention can easily be made into a highly sensitive photosensitive resin composition.
[0469] When an antioxidant is used in combination with the aforementioned oxime ester-based photoinitiator, the antioxidant content is typically 1 to 250 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the total amount of the aforementioned oxime ester-based photoinitiator, more preferably 3 to 80 parts by mass, and even more preferably 5 to 45 parts by mass. Within these ranges, the combination exhibits excellent effects.
[0470] (Various additives)
[0471] The coloring and curing composition of the present invention may contain various additives.
[0472] Examples of additives include: polymerization inhibitors, chain transfer agents, leveling agents, plasticizers, surfactants, defoamers, silane coupling agents, ultraviolet absorbers, adhesion promoters, etc.
[0473] Specific examples of surfactants and plasticizers include those described in Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2013-029832.
[0474] In addition, examples of silane coupling agents include: KBM-502, KBM-503, KBE-502, KBE-503, KBM-5103, KBM-903, KBE-903, KBM573, KBM-403, KBE-402, KBE-403, KBM-303, KBM-802, KBM-803, KBE-9007, and X-12-967C (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Silicones). Among these, KBM-502, KBM-503, KBE-502, KBE-503, and KBM-5103, which have methacrylate or acrylic groups, are preferred in terms of adhesion to the SiN substrate.
[0475] Regarding the content of the silane coupling agent, relative to the total amount of solid components in the coloring and curing composition, the silane coupling agent is preferably 0.05% by mass or more and 10.0% by mass or less, more preferably 0.1% by mass or more and 5.0% by mass or less. If it is above the lower limit and below the upper limit, the substrate adhesion is excellent.
[0476] <Proportioning ratio of each component in the color-curing composition>
[0477] The total content of the color material is not particularly limited, and is preferably, for example, in the range of 3 to 65% by mass, more preferably in the range of 4 to 60% by mass, relative to the total amount of the solid content component of the colored curable composition. If it is equal to or greater than the lower limit of the above range, the colored layer when the colored curable composition is applied to a prescribed film thickness (typically, 1.0 to 5.0 μm) is easily provided with sufficient color density. In addition, if it is equal to or less than the upper limit of the above range, the storage stability is excellent, and a colored layer having sufficient hardness and adhesion to a substrate is easily obtained. In particular, in the case of forming a colored layer having a high color material concentration, the content of the color material relative to the total amount of the solid content component of the colored curable composition is preferably, for example, in the range of 15 to 75% by mass, and more preferably in the range of 25 to 70% by mass.
[0478] In addition, the content of the dispersant is not particularly limited as long as the color material is uniformly dispersed, and is preferably, for example, in the range of 1 to 40% by mass, more preferably in the range of 2 to 30% by mass, and further preferably in the range of 3 to 25% by mass, relative to the total amount of the solid content component of the colored curable composition. If it is equal to or greater than the lower limit of the above range, the dispersibility and dispersion stability of the color material are excellent, and the storage stability of the colored curable composition is more easily excellent. In addition, if it is equal to or less than the upper limit of the above range, the alkali developability is easily good. In particular, in the case of forming a colored layer having a high color material concentration, the content of the dispersant relative to the total amount of the solid content component of the colored curable composition is preferably, for example, in the range of 2 to 25% by mass, and more preferably in the range of 3 to 20% by mass.
[0479] In addition, the content of the solvent is appropriately set within a range in which the colored layer is formed with good precision. The content of the solvent is preferably, for example, in the range of 55 to 95% by mass, and more preferably in the range of 65 to 88% by mass, relative to the total amount of the colored curable composition including the solvent. By setting the content of the solvent within the above range, a colored curable composition having excellent coatability is obtained.
[0480] <Method for producing colored curable composition>
[0481] The method for producing the colored curable composition of the present application is not particularly limited, and is obtained, for example, by adding a polymerizable compound, a photoinitiator, an optional alkali-soluble resin, and other components to the color material dispersion liquid of the present application described above, and mixing using a publicly known mixing method.
[0482] <Use>
[0483] The colored curable composition of the present application can form a coating film in which the color change upon heating is suppressed, the brightness is improved, and the generation of foreign matter is suppressed, and is therefore particularly suitably used for color filter applications.
[0484] The colored curable composition of the present application can be used for various applications requiring excellent dispersion stability of a fine color material, and can also be used for inkjet ink and printing ink.
[0485] III. Color filter
[0486] The color filter of the present application at least has a substrate, and a colored layer provided on the substrate, at least one layer of the colored layer being a cured product of the colored curable composition of the present application described above.
[0487] The color filter of the present application is described with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing an example of the color filter of the present application. According to the present application, the color filter 10 has a substrate 1, a light-shielding portion 2, and a colored layer 3. Figure 1
[0488] <Colored layer>
[0489] At least one layer of the colored layer used in the color filter of the present application is a colored layer that is a cured product of the colored curable composition of the present application described above.
[0490] The colored layer is generally formed on the opening portion of the light-shielding portion of the substrate described below, and generally contains colored patterns of three or more colors.
[0491] In addition, the arrangement of the colored layer is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, a stripe type, a mosaic type, a triangle type, a 4-pixel arrangement type, or the like. In addition, the width, area, and the like of the colored layer can be arbitrarily set.
[0492] The thickness of the colored layer can be appropriately controlled by adjusting the coating method, the concentration of the solid content component of the colored curable composition, the viscosity, and the like, and is generally preferably in the range of 1 to 5 μm.
[0493] The colored layer can be formed, for example, by the following method.
[0494] First, the colored curable composition of the present application described above is coated on the substrate described below using a coating method such as a spray coating method, a dip coating method, a bar coating method, a roll coating method, a spin coating method, or a die coating method, to form a wet coating film. Among these, the spin coating method or the die coating method can be preferably used.
[0495] Next, the wet coating film is dried using a hot plate or an oven, or the like, and is exposed through a mask having a predetermined pattern, to cause the alkali-soluble resin and the polyfunctional monomer, or the like, to undergo photopolymerization to form a cured coating film. As the light source used for the exposure, for example, ultraviolet rays such as a low-pressure mercury lamp, a high-pressure mercury lamp, or a metal halide lamp, or an electron beam can be exemplified. The exposure amount can be appropriately adjusted depending on the light source used, the thickness of the coating film, and the like.
[0496] In addition, a heating treatment can be performed after the exposure in order to promote the polymerization reaction. The heating conditions can be appropriately selected depending on the mixing ratio of the components in the colored curable composition to be used, the thickness of the coating film, and the like.
[0497] Next, a developing treatment is performed using a developing solution, and the unexposed portions are dissolved and removed, whereby a coating film is formed in a desired pattern. As the developing solution, a solution in which an alkali is dissolved in water or a water-soluble solvent is generally used. An appropriate amount of a surfactant or the like can also be added to the alkali solution. In addition, the developing method can employ a general method.
[0498] After the developing treatment, the developing solution is generally washed, and the cured coating film of the colored curable composition is dried, thereby forming a colored layer. Note that, after the developing treatment, a heating treatment can also be performed in order to sufficiently cure the coating film. The heating conditions are not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected depending on the use of the coating film.
[0499] <Light shielding portion>
[0500] The light shielding portion in the color filter of the present application is formed in a pattern on a substrate described below, and can be the same as that used as a light shielding portion in a general color filter.
[0501] The pattern shape of the light shielding portion is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a stripe shape, a matrix shape, and the like. The light shielding portion can be a metal thin film of chromium or the like formed by a sputtering method, a vacuum evaporation method, or the like. Alternatively, the light shielding portion can be a resin layer containing carbon particles, metal oxides, inorganic pigments, organic pigments, or the like having light shielding properties in a resin binder. In the case of the resin layer containing light shielding particles, there are a method of using a photosensitive resist and patterning by development, a method of using an inkjet ink containing light shielding particles to pattern, a method of thermally transferring a photosensitive resist, and the like.
[0502] The film thickness of the light shielding portion is set to about 0.2 to 0.4 μm in the case of a metal thin film, and is set to about 0.5 to 2 μm in the case of a black pigment dispersed or dissolved in a binder resin.
[0503] <Substrate>
[0504] As the substrate, a transparent substrate, a silicon substrate, and a substrate on which an aluminum thin film, a silver thin film, a silver / copper / palladium alloy thin film, or the like is formed, described below, can be used. Other color filter layers, resin layers, transistors, circuits, and the like can be formed on these substrates.
[0505] The transparent substrate used in the color filter of this invention can be any substrate that is transparent to visible light, and there is no particular limitation. The transparent substrate commonly used in color filters can be used. Specifically, examples include: rigid transparent materials with no flexibility such as quartz glass, alkali-free glass, and synthetic quartz plates; or flexible transparent materials with flexibility such as transparent resin films, optical resin plates, and flexible glass.
[0506] The thickness of the transparent substrate is not particularly limited and can be around 100 μm to 1 mm, depending on the application of the color filter according to the present invention.
[0507] It should be noted that, in addition to the substrate, light-shielding portion and coloring layer described above, the color filter of the present invention may also have an outer coating layer, a transparent electrode layer, and further may have an alignment film, columnar spacers, etc.
[0508] IV. Display Device
[0509] The display device of the present invention is characterized by having the color filter described above. In the present invention, the configuration of the display device is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected from previously known display devices, such as liquid crystal displays and organic light-emitting displays.
[0510] Liquid crystal display device
[0511] As a liquid crystal display device of the present invention, an example can be a liquid crystal display device having the color filter, the opposing substrate, and the liquid crystal layer formed between the color filter and the opposing substrate described above.
[0512] The liquid crystal display device of the present invention will be described with reference to the figures. Figure 2 This is a schematic diagram illustrating an example of the liquid crystal display device of the present invention. Figure 2 As illustrated, the liquid crystal display device 40 of the present invention includes a color filter 10, an opposing substrate 20 having a TFT array substrate, etc., and a liquid crystal layer 30 formed between the color filter 10 and the opposing substrate 20.
[0513] It should be noted that the liquid crystal display device of the present invention is not limited to this. Figure 2 The configuration shown can be made into a configuration commonly known as a liquid crystal display device using a color filter.
[0514] There is no particular limitation on the driving method of the liquid crystal display device of the present invention, and a driving method commonly used in liquid crystal display devices can be adopted. Examples of such driving methods include TN method, IPS method, OCB method, and MVA method. In the present invention, any of these methods can be used appropriately.
[0515] In addition, as the facing substrate, a material can be appropriately selected in accordance with the driving method of the liquid crystal display device of the present application, or the like.
[0516] Further, as the liquid crystal constituting the liquid crystal layer, various liquid crystals having different dielectric anisotropy and mixtures thereof can be used in accordance with the driving method of the liquid crystal display device of the present application, or the like.
[0517] As the method of forming the liquid crystal layer, a method commonly used as a method of manufacturing a liquid crystal cell, such as a vacuum injection method, a liquid crystal dropping method, or the like, can be used. After the liquid crystal layer is formed by the above method, the liquid crystal cell is slowly cooled to room temperature, whereby the orientation of the enclosed liquid crystal can be performed.
[0518] [Organic light emitting display device]
[0519] As the organic light emitting display device of the present application, for example, an organic light emitting display device having the color filter and the organic light emitting body of the present application described above can be exemplified.
[0520] The organic light emitting display device of the present application will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 3 is a schematic view showing an example of the organic light emitting display device of the present application. As shown in the drawing, the organic light emitting display device 100 of the present application has a color filter 10 and an organic light emitting body 80. An organic protective layer 50 and an inorganic oxide film 60 can be provided between the color filter 10 and the organic light emitting body 80. Figure 3
[0521] As the method of laminating the organic light emitting body 80, for example, a method of sequentially forming a transparent anode 71, a hole injection layer 72, a hole transport layer 73, a light emitting layer 74, an electron injection layer 75, and a cathode 76 on the upper surface of the color filter, or a method of adhering the organic light emitting body 80 formed on another substrate to the inorganic oxide film 60 can be exemplified. The transparent anode 71, the hole injection layer 72, the hole transport layer 73, the light emitting layer 74, the electron injection layer 75, and the cathode 76, and other components of the organic light emitting body 80 can be appropriately used as known. The organic light emitting display device 100 manufactured in the above manner can be applied to an organic EL display of a passive driving method, or an organic EL display of an active driving method, for example.
[0522] Note that the organic light emitting display device of the present application is not limited to the configuration shown in the drawing, and can be configured as known generally as an organic light emitting display device using a color filter. Figure 3
[0523] Example
[0524] Hereinafter, the present application will be specifically described with reference to examples. These descriptions do not limit the present application.
[0525] The acid value and the amine value of the graft copolymer and the block copolymer before salt formation are obtained according to the measurement method described in the above description of the present application.
[0526] The mass average molecular weight (Mw) and Mw / Mn of the graft copolymer and the block copolymer are obtained by GPC (gel permeation chromatography) in the form of a standard polystyrene conversion value according to the measurement method described in the above description of the present application.
[0527] The acid value of the graft copolymer and the block copolymer after salt formation (hereinafter sometimes referred to as salt-type copolymer) is obtained by calculating in the following manner.
[0528] First, the acid value of the copolymer before salt formation is obtained by the above method. Also, the 1H-NMR spectrum of the basic compound before salt formation is measured using a nuclear magnetic resonance device. Next, the 1H-NMR spectrum of the mixture of the salt-type copolymer after salt formation and the basic compound is measured using a nuclear magnetic resonance device. From the ratio of the integral values of the hydrogen atom peaks in the vicinity of the salt formation bonding site of the basic compound, which does not form a salt, in the salt formation bonding site of the basic compound before and after salt formation, the reaction rate of the basic compound with respect to the terminal acidic group site of the structural unit represented by General Formula (I) of the salt-type copolymer is determined. The terminal acidic group site of the structural unit represented by General Formula (I), with respect to which the salt is formed with the above basic compound, is assumed to have an acid value of 0, and is calculated by (the acid value of the copolymer before salt formation measured by the method described in JIS K 0070: 1992) x (the ratio of the terminal acidic group site which does not form a salt (%) calculated from the 1H-NMR spectrum / 100).
[0529] In the following examples, the salt formation reaction is carried out until the hydrogen atom peak in the vicinity of the salt formation bonding site of the basic compound, which does not form a salt, disappears, in all cases, and thus the basic compound can be considered to form a salt in the entire amount. Therefore, the acid value of the salt-type copolymer can also be calculated by {the acid value of the copolymer before salt formation measured by the method described in JIS K 0070: 1992} - {the acid value of the copolymer before salt formation measured by the method described in JIS K 0070: 1992} x {the basic compound consumed by the salt formation reaction (mol) / the number of acidic groups of the copolymer before salt formation (mol)}.
[0530] The amine value of the graft copolymer and the block copolymer after salt formation is obtained in the following manner.
[0531] In the salt-type copolymer, the amine value of the salt-type copolymer in which the salt formation is performed by the compound represented by the above general formula (3) is set to the value determined by the method described in JIS K 7237: 1995. The reason is that since the terminal nitrogen site of the structural unit represented by general formula (VI) in the compound of the above general formula (3) forms a salt with a halogen atom side hydrocarbon, the salt formation state is not changed by this determination method, and the amine value can be determined.
[0532] On the other hand, in the salt-type copolymer, the amine value of the salt-type copolymer in which the salt formation is performed by the compound represented by the above general formula (1) or (2) is calculated and obtained from the amine value of the copolymer before salt formation described above in the following manner. The reason is that the terminal nitrogen site of the structural unit represented by general formula (VI) in the compound of the above general formula (1) or (2) forms a salt with an acidic group, and therefore if the amine value of such a salt-type copolymer is determined by the method described in the above JIS K 7237: 1995, the salt formation state is changed, and an accurate value cannot be determined.
[0533] First, the amine value of the copolymer before salt formation is obtained by the method described above. Also, the 1H-NMR spectrum of the copolymer before salt formation is determined using a nuclear magnetic resonance device. Next, the 1H-NMR spectrum of the salt-type copolymer after salt formation is determined using a nuclear magnetic resonance device. In the spectrum data obtained respectively, the reaction rate of the salt-type copolymer with respect to the one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of the above general formula (1) or (2) for the terminal nitrogen site of the structural unit represented by general formula (VI) is determined from the ratio of the integral values of the hydrogen atom peaks near the nitrogen atoms that do not form a salt in the terminal nitrogen site of the structural unit represented by general formula (VI) before and after salt formation. The amine value of the terminal nitrogen site of the structural unit represented by general formula (VI) that forms a salt with one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of the above general formula (1) or (2) is set to 0, and is calculated by (the amine value of the copolymer before salt formation determined by the method described in JIS K 7237: 1995) x (the ratio of the terminal nitrogen site that does not form a salt (%) calculated from the 1H-NMR spectrum / 100).

[0635] In (2) of Example 1, the above comparative color material dispersion liquid CG-9 and comparative color material dispersion liquid CY-9 were used instead of the color material dispersion liquid G-1 and color material dispersion liquid Y-1, respectively, and the amounts of the color material dispersion liquid CG-9 and color material dispersion liquid CY-9 were adjusted so as to have the same colorimetric value as the color curing composition G-1, and otherwise, in the same manner as (2) of Example 1, a comparative color curing composition CG-9 was obtained. Note that, in the preparation of the carboxylic acid resin type dispersant (b4-1) solution, as a catalyst, 1,8-diazabicyclo-[5.4.0]-7-undecene was used, but it was consumed by the reaction, and even if it is assumed that all of the added 1,8-diazabicyclo-[5.4.0]-7-undecene remains in the carboxylic acid resin type dispersant (b4-1) solution, the content thereof is 0.0013 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the color material.
[0636] (Comparative Example 10)
[0637] (1-1) Production of Comparative Color Material Dispersion Liquid CG-10
[0638] In the comparative color material dispersion liquid CG-9 of Comparative Example 9, the weight ratio of the dispersant and the binder resin with respect to the solid content of the pigment was increased so as to be the same as the weight ratio of the dispersant of Example 1 with respect to the solid content of the pigment.
[0639] Specifically, 11.44 parts by mass of a solution of a salt of a phenylphosphonic acid and a basic resin type dispersant having an amino group (b3-1), 16.08 parts by mass of a solution of a carboxylic acid resin type dispersant (b4-1), 13.0 parts by mass of C.I. Pigment Green 58 (PG58) as a color material, 59.48 parts by mass of PGMEA, and 100 parts by mass of zirconia beads of 2.0 mm in particle diameter were charged into a mayonnaise jar, and as a pre-crushing, the mixture was stirred for 1 hour using a paint shaker (manufactured by Shikoku Kogyo Co., Ltd.), and then the zirconia beads of 2.0 mm in particle diameter were removed, 200 parts by mass of zirconia beads of 0.1 mm in particle diameter were added, and as a formal crushing, the mixture was dispersed for 4 hours using the paint shaker, whereby a color material dispersion liquid CG-10 was obtained.

The amounts of colorant dispersions CG-10 and CY-10 were adjusted to make the color intensity the same as that of the color curing composition G-1. Otherwise, the comparative color curing composition CG-10 was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1(2). It should be noted that when preparing the carboxylic acid resin type dispersant (b4-1) solution, 1,8-diazabicyclo-[5.4.0]-7-undecene was used as a catalyst, but it was consumed by the reaction. Even assuming that all the added 1,8-diazabicyclo-[5.4.0]-7-undecene remained in the carboxylic acid resin type dispersant (b4-1) solution, its content was 0.067 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the colorant.

[0721] [Method of Evaluation]
[0722] [Optical Properties, Brightness]
[0723] The colored curable compositions obtained in Examples and Comparative Examples were each coated on a glass substrate (manufactured by NH TECHNO GLASS Co., Ltd., "NA35") to a film thickness so as to form a colored layer having Green y = 0.575, Red x = 0.645, and Blue y = 0.090 after post-baking, and thereafter, dried at 80°C for 3 minutes using a hot plate, whereby a colored layer was formed on the glass substrate. The colored layer was irradiated with ultraviolet rays of 60 mJ / cm 2 using an ultrahigh-pressure mercury lamp. Subsequently, the colored substrate was post-baked in a dust-free oven at 230°C for 30 minutes, and a colored substrate was produced.
[0724] For each colored layer before and after post-baking, the colorimetric values (L0, a0, b0) before post-baking and the colorimetric values (L1, a1, b1) after post-baking were measured using a microspectrophotometer OSP-SP200 manufactured by Olympus.
[0725] The brightness was calculated when Green y = 0.575, Red x = 0.645, and Blue y = 0.090. The greater the value, the higher the brightness.
