The method comprises the following steps: a blockchain network comprising a central organization and a plurality of branch organizations is constructed, wherein the central organization comprises a first central accounting node and a second central accounting node, each branch organization comprises a first branch accounting node and a second branch accounting node, the first central accounting node and all the first branch accounting nodes are sequentially connected to form a ring-shaped first blockchain channel, and a second blockchain channel is constructed between the second central accounting node and each second branch accounting node. The blockchain network constructed in this way can process consumption coupon accounts of other organizations across organizations; and the central organization can conveniently process resource replacement information of each branch organization, and the security of the resource replacement information of each branch organization can be protected.
