A paint spraying device for processing a communication cabinet

Abstract

The application discloses a paint spraying equipment for communication case processing. The equipment presses the spraying surface of the case to be processed after the softening of the shaped base plate, so as to imprint the rough and smooth direction of the outer surface of the case. Then, the shaped base plate is cooled and shaped, and is moved above the directional base. After the softening of the directional base, the shaped base plate is attracted by the magnetic force of the electromagnetic base plate, so as to be pressed downward to the softened directional base, so that the shaped base plate and the directional base form a similar rough and smooth surface slide way to the spraying surface of the case to be processed. Then, the spraying equipment sprays and detects the case to be processed along the slide way. The detector detects the amount of paint spraying, and the detection assembly emits a light beam to irradiate the spraying defect. Then, secondary processing is carried out. The equipment not only saves the time of manual inspection, but also is more accurate than manual inspection. Meanwhile, the uniformity of paint spraying is effectively improved.
