Primer kit for identifying individuals of *Pseudobrachium ursuri*, *Pseudobrachium serratum*, and their reciprocal hybrids.

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of species identification technology in aquaculture, and discloses a primer kit for identifying individuals of *Pterocarpus sulphureus*, *Pterocarpus scutellarioides*, and their reciprocal hybrids. The primers in this kit are designed using the nucleotide sequences SEQ ID NO: 1-4 of four interspecific loci of *Pterocarpus sulphureus* and *Pterocarpus scutellarioides* as templates for PCR primer design, resulting in four pairs of primers with nucleotide sequences SEQ ID NO: 5-12. This invention integrates four interspecific marker loci of *Pterocarpus sulphureus* and *Pterocarpus scutellarioides*, developing a method for identifying these two species and their reciprocal hybrids. This method can efficiently and accurately identify *Pterocarpus sulphureus*, *Pterocarpus scutellarioides*, and their reciprocal hybrids, and can be used for identification of these species in aquaculture and natural populations. It is of great significance for the natural resource conservation and hybridization breeding of *Pterocarpus sulphureus* and *Pterocarpus scutellarioides*.
