A patterned composite anion exchange membrane, and a preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The application provides a preparation method of a patterned composite anion exchange membrane, at least one of an anion solution / an anion melt / a fluid containing anions is filled into a patterned template with a micro-nano level structure and solidified to form a first anion exchange membrane; the first anion exchange membrane is subjected to hot pressing and interfacial fusion with a second anion exchange membrane to form an anion exchange membrane; and the anion exchange membrane is separated from the template to obtain an ordered array of the composite anion exchange membrane. By using the preparation method of the patterned composite anion exchange membrane provided by the application, the first anion exchange membrane and the second anion exchange membrane with a micro-nano level structure pattern can be subjected to hot pressing and interfacial fusion to obtain the composite anion exchange membrane, a template with rich patterned structures can be selected, the size of the template can be adjusted in a large range, various patterned structures can be copied, and the composite anion exchange membrane can be directly peeled off from the template, so that the process is simple and the efficiency is high.
