Compact corrugated tube bundle tube device

Abstract

The application discloses a tight pressing type corrugated pipe bundle pipe device, which comprises a clamping device, an electric winding seat, a hot pressing mechanism, a rack, a conveying mechanism and a controller. The top surface of the rack is provided with a rack channel for feeding a base plate. The electric winding seat is installed above the rack and can unwind and wind an elastic band roll. The clamping device is provided with a clamping head capable of clamping or releasing the free end of the elastic band roll. The clamping head is driven by the conveying mechanism to approach or move away from the elastic band roll. The hot pressing mechanism is located between the clamping device and the electric winding seat and is provided with a pair of liftable hot pressing strips. The controller is electrically connected with the clamping device, the electric winding seat, the hot pressing mechanism and the conveying mechanism. Compared with the manual tightening mode, the working efficiency can be greatly improved, and the labor cost can be effectively reduced.
