A casting mold processing apparatus

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of mold processing technology and discloses a casting mold processing equipment, including a housing with openings at both the top and bottom. The equipment is characterized by: a sleeve fixedly connected to the center of a horizontal plate within the housing; a circular plate rotatably connected to the sleeve wall via ball bearings; a wind collector fixedly connected to the lower end of the circular plate; a base fixedly connected to the lower end of the wind collector; multiple guide tubes installed between the base and the circular plate; polishing components and polishing heads mounted on the guide tubes; and an exhaust pipe fixedly connected to the upper end of the sleeve. A transmission mechanism is installed within the exhaust pipe, driving the multiple polishing components to perform circumferential motion via an internal gear ring. This casting mold processing equipment can increase the efficiency of waste removal during mold polishing, prevent excessive metal filings from adhering to the polishing components and scratching the mold, and allows for direct switching of the polishing head's movement mode to polish holes in the mold, making it convenient for users.
