Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention belongs to the field of emergency response equipment for hazardous chemicals, and specifically relates to a hazardous chemical collection device. Background Technology
[0002] Petrochemical raw materials such as diesel, crude oil, and benzene, as well as some non-water-soluble hazardous chemicals, have a lower density than water. Once leaked, they are very likely to float on the surface of water and form a floating oil phase. The oil, water, and mud carried by the leak will form a stable suspended emulsion mixture.
[0003] Emergency response to hazardous chemical spills in various water areas, ports, sea surfaces, and chemical wastewater systems typically involves methods such as oil-absorbing mats, dispersants, vacuum trucks, and suction pump sets. These methods are time-consuming, labor-intensive, and inefficient. Furthermore, the volatile gases from hazardous chemicals can easily accumulate within the system, posing a safety risk.
[0004] Therefore, developing a safe, efficient, and practical safety collection device for leaked hazardous chemicals has become a technical problem that needs to be solved. Summary of the Invention
[0005] To address the problems existing in the prior art, the present invention provides a hazardous chemical collection device.

[0007] A collection tube includes a tube body and a suction port located at the lower end of the tube body and extending below the surface of the mixture containing hazardous chemicals; the upper end of the tube body is connected to a subsequent treatment system.
[0008] A collection tank, configured to connect to the lower end of the collection pipe, contains the mixture and includes a functional zone configured to convey gas, and a sidewall disposed above the functional zone; and
[0009] A bubble generator is disposed on the functional area and configured to generate bubbles upon receiving gas supplied from a gas source through the functional area.
[0010] In this mixture, the hazardous chemicals, water, and solid particles can be separated under the action of the bubbles, and the collection tube is configured to suck out the separated hazardous chemicals through the suction port and introduce them into the subsequent treatment system.

[0016] The communication section includes several closed pipelines of different sizes, with the larger closed pipelines surrounding the smaller closed pipelines, and each closed pipeline is configured to connect to all the intake pipelines.
[0017] The bubble generator includes an outer tube and an inner tube at least partially disposed inside the outer tube, with an annular space formed between the inner tube and the outer tube.
[0018] The ratio of the maximum longitudinal dimension to the maximum transverse dimension of the bubble generator is set to be no less than 6.
[0019] The bubble generator is located at the junction of the air inlet pipeline and the closed pipeline, and at a position on the closed pipeline between two adjacent air inlet pipelines.
[0020] All closed pipelines are constructed in a ring shape.
[0021] All enclosed pipelines are constructed in a rectangular shape.
[0022] The communication section includes two sets of diagonally opposite reinforcing lines connected to the innermost closed conduit.
[0023] The collection tube includes a U-shaped tube connected to the suction port.

[0025] It includes several buoys disposed on the outer side of the sidewall, so that the collection pool can maintain its normal working posture under the buoyancy provided by the buoys.
[0026] The gas supplied to the bubble generator is an inert gas, a non-flammable gas, or a gas that is not reactive.
[0027] The advantages of this invention compared to the prior art are:
[0028] 1. Detailed Implementation
[0039] The embodiments of the present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0040] like Figure 1 and Figure 3As shown, the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention includes a collection pipe 1, a collection tank 2, and a bubble generator 3. The collection pipe 1 includes a pipe body 11 and a suction port 12 disposed at the lower end of the pipe body 11. A subsequent processing system (not shown, the same below) is connected to the upper end of the pipe body 11. The suction port 12 extends downward along the pipe body 11 to below the surface of the mixture containing the hazardous chemical. The collection tank 2 is connected to the lower end of the collection pipe 1 (the connection relationship is not shown in the figure, the same below), and in the working state, the collection tank 2 contains the mixture containing the hazardous chemical. The collection tank 2 includes a functional area 21 and a sidewall 22 disposed above the functional area 21. The functional area 21 is configured to transmit gas supplied by a gas source, and the sidewall 22 serves to prevent the mixture containing the hazardous chemical inside the collection tank 2 from flowing out of the collection tank 2. The bubble generator 3 is disposed on the functional area 21 and is configured to generate bubbles 4 after receiving gas supplied from the gas source through the functional area 21.
[0041] In practical operation, the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention is placed in the liquid environment to be treated, such that the collection tank 2 contains a mixture containing hazardous chemicals, and the suction port 12 is positioned appropriately below the liquid surface. Then, the gas source is turned on, allowing gas to flow through the functional zone 21 and be delivered to the bubble generator 3, which in turn generates bubbles 4. Due to buoyancy, the bubbles 4 move upwards, reducing the density of the mixture in the flow area. This creates a density difference between the mixture containing bubbles 4 and the mixture without bubbles 4, resulting in a flow velocity difference between the mixtures. This causes disturbance within the mixture and leads to the aggregation of liquid particles formed by hazardous chemicals. Simultaneously, as the bubbles 4 move upwards in the flow area due to buoyancy, the bubble film also aggregates the liquid particles formed by hazardous chemicals. Through the aggregation effect described above, the hazardous chemicals in the mixture are transformed from dispersed particles into larger clumps. Upon reaching the liquid surface, bubbles 4 burst, causing the clumps formed by the hazardous chemicals to re-aggregate and float on the surface due to their lower density compared to water. Water, due to its higher density, flows downwards. Solid particles in the mixture also sink to the bottom due to gravity. Using the suction force of the suction port 12 in the collection pipe 1, the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention draws the hazardous chemicals floating on the liquid surface out of the liquid environment and introduces them into a subsequent processing system. As the bubble generator 3 continuously generates bubbles 4, the above process is repeated, thereby completing the aggregation and collection of hazardous chemicals in the mixture.
[0042] The beneficial effects of this invention are as follows: Under the continuous action of bubbles 4 generated by bubble generator 3, a mixture containing hazardous chemicals is separated into hazardous chemicals, water, and solid particles. Subsequently, the separated hazardous chemicals are extracted from the liquid environment by the suction of collection pipe 1 for subsequent processing. The technical solution provided by this invention completes the separation of hazardous chemicals, water, and solid particles before collection, thereby reducing the content of water, solid particles, and other substances in the materials sucked into the subsequent processing system. This greatly simplifies the subsequent processing technology and significantly improves the overall efficiency of hazardous chemical collection operations.
[0043] like Figure 2 and Figure 4 As shown, in an embodiment of the present invention, the functional area 21 includes an air inlet 211 and a communication section 212. The air inlet 211 is configured to connect to a gas source to introduce gas into the functional area 21. The communication section 212 is configured to connect to the air inlet 211, thereby integrating the air inlet 211 into a single unit. Through this design, the functional areas 21 are constructed as an interconnected system. On the one hand, the range that the functional area 21 can cover is expanded, thereby expanding the working area of the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention, which is beneficial to improving the working efficiency of the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention. On the other hand, since the bubble generator 3 is disposed on the functional area 21, and the air inlet 211 and the communication section 212 connected to the air inlet 211 are provided, the position where the bubble generator 3 can be disposed is expanded, which is also beneficial to enhancing the processing capacity of the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention for mixtures containing hazardous chemicals.

In the working state, the air intake lines 2111 are connected to the air source, thereby achieving the purpose of introducing gas into the functional area 21 to supply gas to the bubble generator 3.
[0046] Furthermore, in an embodiment of the present invention, the inwardly extending ends of all the intake pipes 2111 converge at one point and are interconnected. This design, firstly, makes the intake section 211 a single, integral structure, thereby enhancing its structural stability. Secondly, by ensuring that the intake pipes 2111 within the intake section 211 are interconnected, it is possible to achieve the technical effect of supplying air to the entire intake section 211 by connecting only one or a few intake pipes 2111 to an air source, thus greatly improving the ease of operation for workers.

[0052] In one embodiment of the present invention, the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention includes a collection pipe 1, a collection tank 2, and a bubble generator 3. The collection pipe 1 includes a pipe body 11 and a suction port 12 disposed at the lower end of the pipe body 11, and a subsequent processing system is connected to the upper end of the pipe body 11. The suction port 12 extends downward along the pipe body 11 to below the liquid surface of the mixture containing the hazardous chemical. The collection tank 2 is connected to the lower end of the collection pipe 1, and in the working state, the collection tank 2 contains the mixture containing the hazardous chemical. The collection tank 2 includes a functional area 21 and a side wall 22 disposed above the functional area 21. The bubble generator 3 is disposed on the functional area 21 and is configured to generate bubbles 4 after receiving gas supplied from the gas source through the functional area 21. Functional area 21 includes an air inlet 211 and a communication section 212. The air inlet 211 is configured to connect to a gas source, thereby introducing gas into functional area 21. The communication section 212 is configured to connect to the air inlet 211, thus integrating the air inlet 211 into a single unit. The air inlet 211 includes several air inlet pipes 2111 extending from the periphery towards the center. To ensure that the bubble generator 3 produces stable and uniform bubbles 4, the gas flow velocity in the air inlet pipes 2111 is 3 m / s, and the gas pressure is 60 kPa.
[0053] like Figure 2 and Figure 4 As shown, in an embodiment of the present invention, the communication section 212 includes several closed pipelines 2121 of different sizes. Larger closed pipelines 2121 surround the smaller closed pipelines 2121. Furthermore, each closed pipeline 2121 is configured to communicate with all the air inlet pipelines 2111. This design gives the communication section 212 an inward-diffusion structure, which, when connected to the air inlet pipelines 2111, results in a rational arrangement of the functional areas 21, providing wide coverage and interconnectivity. This, in turn, improves the separation and collection effect and working efficiency of the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention.
[0054] In one embodiment of the present invention, there is a certain gap between two adjacent closed pipelines 2121. This design facilitates the downward circulation of water and the mixture, and also allows the separated solid particles to settle to the bottom through the gap between the closed pipelines 2121, preventing the solid particles from forming deposits inside the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention, thereby ensuring the normal functioning of the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention.
[0055] In one embodiment of the present invention, the top plane of the bubble generator 3 disposed on the functional area 21 is not all on a single plane. [0077] Preferably, the top plane of the 16 bubble generators located on the outer square closed pipelines 2121 is higher than the top plane of the 8 bubble generators located on the inner square closed pipelines 2121. [0078] like Figure 4 As shown, in one embodiment of the present invention, two reinforcing pipes 2122 are provided at two diagonal points of the innermost rectangular closed pipe 2121 in the communication section 212, communicating with the innermost rectangular closed pipe 2121 in the communication section 212. This design enhances the stability of the functional area 21 structure and makes the communication between the communication sections 21 more compact and increases the number of communication channels, thereby improving the efficiency of gas distribution within the functional area 21. This, in turn, allows the bubble generator 3 installed in the functional area 21 to generate bubbles more rapidly, achieving the technical effect of improving the processing efficiency of the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention.
[0079] like Figure 5As shown, in one embodiment of the present invention, the bubble generator 3 includes an outer sleeve 31 and an inner sleeve 32 at least partially disposed inside the outer sleeve 31. The inner sleeve 32 is configured to connect to the functional area 21, and an annular space is formed between the inner sleeve 32 and the outer sleeve 31. In specific operation, gas is transported from the functional area 21 to the inner sleeve 32, and the mixture containing hazardous chemicals enters the bubble generator 3 through the annular space between the inner sleeve 32 and the outer sleeve 31. The gas is converted into bubbles 4 in the inner sleeve 32. Due to buoyancy, the bubbles 4 move upward along the inner sleeve 32, generating a density gradient and density difference in the mixture, causing the mixture carrying the bubbles 4 to generate a self-circulating flow from bottom to top. Under the combined action of the circulating liquid and bubbles 4, the hazardous chemical particles, solid particles, and water within the mixture separate and move under the combined force of bubbles 4 and the circulating liquid. When bubbles 4 reach the surface of the mixture, they rupture, and the breaking force further promotes the aggregation of hazardous chemical particles. The aggregated hazardous chemicals converge at the suction port 12 and are sucked into the subsequent treatment system. Water circulates downwards, and other solid particles settle to the bottom under gravity. This design allows the mixture containing hazardous chemicals to be aggregated under the action of bubbles 4 generated by the bubble generator 3, so that it can be finally collected by the collection pipe 1. This achieves the aggregation of hazardous chemicals before collection, greatly improving the treatment efficiency of hazardous chemicals.

[0095] like Figure 3 As shown, in one embodiment of the present invention, the collection tube 1 includes a U-shaped tube 13 connected to the suction port 12. This design changes the direction in which the suction port 12 pulls the object from bottom to top to top to bottom. This allows denser hazardous chemical blocks that are difficult to extract when the suction port 12 pulls the object from bottom to top to be more easily sucked into the collection tube 1, thus achieving a more thorough treatment and collection of hazardous chemicals in the mixture.
[0096] like Figure 1 and Figure 3As shown, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the sidewall 22 is constructed as an open structure, allowing the mixture containing hazardous chemicals outside the collection tank 2 to enter the collection tank 2. This design allows the mixture containing hazardous chemicals outside the collection tank 2 to enter the collection tank 2 through the gaps in the sidewall 22, either by natural flow of the liquid surface or under the suction of the collection pipe 1. This achieves the technical effect of processing more mixtures containing hazardous chemicals without moving the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention. Furthermore, while the open structure of the sidewall 22 does not prevent liquid inside the collection tank 2 from flowing out through the gaps in the sidewall 22, overall, the presence of the sidewall 22 significantly prevents the mixture containing hazardous chemicals inside the collection tank 2 from leaving compared to the absence of the sidewall 22. Moreover, the stable suction of the collection pipe 1 during operation also makes it difficult for liquid inside the collection tank 2 to detach from the collection tank 2.
[0097] Preferably, for ease of processing and manufacturing, the sidewall 22 is constructed as a frame structure.
[0098] like Figure 1 and Figure 3 As shown, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the hazardous chemical collection device 100 includes a plurality of floats 5 disposed on the outer side of the side wall 22. [0099] Furthermore, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the float 5 is constructed with an adjustable volume to provide different buoyancy according to various operating conditions, thereby enabling the collection tank 2 and the collection pipe 1 connected to the collection tank 2 to maintain a normal working posture. This design improves the adaptability of the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention to different environments and expands the application range of the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention.
[0100] Furthermore, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the volume adjustment function of the float 5 is achieved by adjusting the amount of air inside it.
[0101] In one embodiment of the present invention, the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention includes a plurality of floats 5 disposed on the outer side of the side wall 22. The floats 5 are capable of providing buoyancy for the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention, thereby enabling it to float in the working liquid environment. For the purpose of making the connection between the floats 5 and the side wall 22 more secure, the floats 5 are connected to the side wall 22 by stiffening plates.
[0102] In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent hazardous chemicals from adsorbing onto the float 5 and thus affecting the normal function of the float 5 in providing buoyancy, and also to reduce the workload of cleaning the float 5 later, the outer surface of the float 5 is a smooth and non-oleophilic wall surface.
[0103] In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention to adapt to different working environments, the float 5 has a rectangular cross-section.
[0104] In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention to adapt to different working environments, the float 5 has a circular cross-section.
[0105] In one embodiment of the invention, the gas supplied to the bubble generator 3 is an inert gas, a non-flammable gas, or a gas that is not reactive. This design allows a protective layer to form on the surface of the mixture after the bubbles 4 burst, thereby reducing the risk of combustion or explosion of the flammable vapors even if some flammable vapors are drawn into the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the invention, due to the absence of air intake.
[0106] Preferably, the gas supplied to the bubble generator 3 is nitrogen.
[0107] Preferably, the gas supplied to the bubble generator 3 is carbon dioxide.
[0108] Preferably, the carbon dioxide supplied to the bubble generator 3 is cooled to provide a certain cooling effect on the mixture containing hazardous chemicals, thereby reducing the volatilization of materials and decreasing the amount of combustible vapor drawn into the collection pipe 1, thus improving the safety of the hazardous chemical collection device 100 according to the present invention during use.
