[0052] The embodiments of the present application are described in detail below, and examples of the embodiments are shown in the accompanying drawings, wherein the same or similar reference numerals throughout represent the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and are only used to explain the present application, and cannot be interpreted as limiting the present application.

[0053] Those skilled in the art will appreciate that, unless otherwise stated, the singular forms "a", "an", "said" and "the" used herein may also include plural forms. It should be further understood that the term "comprising" used in the specification of the present application refers to the presence of the features, integers, steps, operations, elements and / or components, but does not exclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, elements, components and / or groups thereof.

[0054] It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, unless otherwise defined, all terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as those generally understood by those skilled in the art to which this application belongs. It should also be understood that terms such as those defined in general dictionaries should be understood to have meanings consistent with those in the context of the prior art, and will not be interpreted with idealized or overly formal meanings unless specifically defined as here.

[0055] In order to support more flexible scheduling, 3GPP decided to support variable hybrid automatic repeat request-Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback delay in 5G. In the existing Long Term Evolution (LTE) system, the time from the reception of downlink data to the uplink transmission of HARQ-ACK is fixed, for example, in the frequency division duplex (FDD) system, the delay is 4 subframes, and in the time division duplex (TDD) system. According to the uplink and downlink configuration, a HARQ-ACK feedback delay is determined for the corresponding downlink subframe. In the 5G system, whether it is an FDD or TDD system, for a certain downlink time unit (for example, a downlink time slot, or a downlink mini time slot), the uplink time unit that can feedback HARQ-ACK is variable. For example, the delay of HARQ-ACK feedback can be dynamically indicated by physical layer signaling, or different HARQ-ACK delays can be determined according to different services or user capabilities.

[0056] In 5G, when the HARQ-ACK delay is variable, even in the FDD system, the HARQ-ACK to be fed back in one uplink time unit may come from the downlink data of multiple downlink time units, and the number of HARQ-ACK downlink time units to be fed back is also variable, and often the situation of each UE is different. Compared with the existing TDD system, since the HARQ-ACK delay is variable, the starting position of the binding window of the HARQ-ACK feedback is variable and the length is also variable. In addition, in 5G, in addition to the HARQ-ACK feedback mechanism with the granularity of the transport block (TB) in the existing LTE system, the HARQ-ACK feedback based on the code block group (CBG) can also be used. When the physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) of these two HARQ-ACK feedback mechanisms needs to be fed back in the same physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) or physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH), how to design the downlink control signaling so that the user equipment determines the HARQ-ACK codebook, and how to design the uplink control signaling to carry HARQ-ACK, both need solutions.

[0057] Hereinafter, various embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0058] Figure 1 A block diagram of a second type of transceiver node according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.

[0059] refer to Figure 1 The second type of transceiver node 100 may include a transceiver 101 and a controller 102 .

[0060] The transceiver 101 may be configured to receive first-type data and / or first-type control signaling from a first-type transceiver node and send a HARQ-ACK codebook to the first-type transceiver node in a determined time unit.

[0061] The controller 102 may be a circuit-specific integrated circuit or at least one processor. The controller 102 may be configured to control the overall operation of the second type of transceiver node, and to control the second type of transceiver node to implement the method proposed in the present invention. Specifically, the controller 102 may be configured to determine the HARQ-ACK codebook and the time unit for sending the HARQ-ACK codebook based on the first type of data and / or the first type of control signaling, and control the transceiver 101 to send the HARQ-ACK codebook to the first type of transceiver node in the determined time unit.

[0062] By determining the HARQ-ACK codebook and the time unit for sending the HARQ-ACK codebook based on the first type of data and / or the first type of control signaling, it can be ensured that the encoding and decoding of the HARQ-ACK codebook are performed according to a unified rule, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0063] In the present invention, the first type of transceiver node may be a BS (Base Station), and the second type of transceiver node may be a UE (User Equipment). In the following examples, the first type of transceiver node is described by taking a BS as an example (but not limited to) and the second type of transceiver node is described by taking a UE as an example (but not limited to) .

[0064] The first type of data may be data sent by the first type of transceiver node to the second type of transceiver node. In the following example, downlink data carried by PDSCH (Physical Downlink Shared CHannel) is used as an example (but not limited to) to illustrate the first type of data.

[0065] The first type of control signaling may be control signaling sent by the first type of transceiver node to the second type of transceiver node. In the following example, the first type of control signaling is described by taking the downlink control signaling as an example (but not limited to). The downlink control signaling may be DCI (Downlink control information) carried by PDCCH (Physical Downlink Control CHannel) and / or control signaling carried by PDSCH (Physical Downlink Shared CHannel).

[0066] The HARQ-ACK codebook may be included in the second type of control signaling. The second type of control signaling may be control signaling sent by the second type of transceiver node to the first type of transceiver node. In the following example, the second type of control signaling is illustrated by taking the uplink control signaling as an example (but not limited to). The uplink control signaling may be UCI (Uplink control information) carried by PUCCH (Physical Uplink ControlCHannel, physical uplink control channel) and / or control signaling carried by PUSCH (Physical Uplink Shared CHannel, physical uplink shared channel). UCI may include the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0067] The time unit is a time unit for the second type of transceiver node to send the HARQ-ACK codebook. In the following example, the uplink time unit is taken as an example (but not limited to) to illustrate the time unit.

[0068] The time unit may be one or more time slots, one or more sub-slots, one or more OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) symbols, or one or more subframes.

[0069] Depending on the type of network, the term "base station" or "BS" may refer to any component (or set of components) configured to provide wireless access to a network, such as a transmission point (TP), a transmission-reception point (TRP), an enhanced base station (eNodeB or eNB), a 5G base station (gNB), a macro cell, a femto cell, a WiFi access point (AP), or other wirelessly enabled devices. A base station may provide wireless communications in accordance with one or more wireless communication protocols - for example, 5G 3GPP New Radio Interface / Access (NR), Long Term Evolution (LTE), Advanced LTE (LTE-A), High Speed Packet Access (HSPA), Wi-Fi

[0070] 802.11a / b / g / n / ac, etc. - to provide wireless access. For convenience, the terms "BS" and "TRP" are used interchangeably in this patent document to refer to network infrastructure components that provide wireless access to remote terminals. In addition, depending on the network type, the term "user equipment" or "UE" can refer to any of the following components, such as "mobile station", "subscriber station", "remote terminal", "wireless terminal", "reception point", "user equipment" or simply "terminal". For convenience, the term "user equipment" or "UE" is used in this patent document to refer to a remote wireless device that wirelessly accesses a BS, whether the UE is a mobile device (such as a mobile phone or smart phone) or a commonly considered fixed device (for example, a desktop computer or a vending machine).

[0071] Figure 2 A flow chart of a method executed by a UE according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.

[0072] First, in step 201, the UE receives downlink data and / or downlink control signaling from the BS.

[0073] In step 202, the UE determines a HARQ-ACK codebook and an uplink time unit for sending the HARQ-ACK codebook based on downlink data and / or downlink control signaling.

[0074] Optionally, the uplink time unit for sending the HARQ-ACK codebook may be determined according to HARQ-ACK timing information included in the downlink control signaling, and the HARQ-ACK timing information may be configured through dynamic indication and / or high-layer signaling.

[0075] In step 203, the UE sends a HARQ-ACK codebook to the BS in the determined uplink time unit.

[0076] By determining the HARQ-ACK codebook and the uplink time unit for sending the HARQ-ACK codebook based on downlink data and / or downlink control signaling, it can be ensured that the encoding and decoding of the HARQ-ACK codebook are performed according to a unified rule, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0077] In the present invention, the allocation index may be a DAI (Downlink Assignment Index). In the following examples, the DAI is taken as an example (but not limited to) to illustrate the allocation index.

[0078] According to one embodiment of the present invention, in the above step 202, the UE may also determine a set M of DAI counting moments corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook sent by the uplink time unit based on the downlink control signaling, where the DAI is a field included in the DCI.

[0079] The DAI counting occasion may be a PDCCH monitoring occasion. In the following example, the PDCCH monitoring occasion is taken as an example (but not limited to) to illustrate the DAI counting occasion.

[0080] In the case where a PDSCH repetitive transmission mechanism based on time slots is configured, a parameter that dynamically indicates the number of PDSCH repetitive transmissions based on time slots may be configured, so that the set M of counting moments is determined according to this parameter.

[0081] Specifically, in one embodiment, for a PDCCH that schedules PDSCH and / or indicates SPS (Semi-Persistent Scheduling) PDSCH release on a downlink activated BWP (Bandwidth Part) of a serving cell, a set M of PDCCH monitoring moments corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook sent by the uplink time unit n determined in step 202 c Can be based on the following parameters:

[0083] -Time slot offset K 0 Value of: The parameter K 0 Indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI. This parameter is used to indicate the downlink time unit offset between PDCCH and PDSCH.

[0084] -pdsch-AggregationFactor: This parameter is a configurable parameter used to semi-statically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on the time slot. Optionally, if pdsch-AggregationFactor is not configured, pdsch-AggregationFactor is considered to be 1.

[0085] -RepNumR16 value: This parameter is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is retransmitted based on the time slot. This parameter is indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI. Optionally, if the PDSCH retransmission mechanism based on the time slot is not configured or RepNumR16 is not configured, RepNumR16 is considered to be 1.

[0086] In another embodiment, for a PDCCH that schedules a PDSCH and / or indicates a SPSPDSCH release on a downlink activation BWP of a serving cell, a set M of PDCCH monitoring moments corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook sent by the uplink time unit n determined in step 202 is c Can be based on the following parameters:

[0087] -PDSCH-to-HARQ_feedback value: This parameter is used to indicate PDSCH reception and / or indicate the uplink time unit offset of the PUCCH released from the uplink time unit n of the SPS PDSCH for sending the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0088] -Time slot offset K 0 Value of: The parameter K 0 Indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI. This parameter is used to indicate the downlink time unit offset between PDCCH and PDSCH.

[0089] -max{pdsch-AggregationFactor, max{RepNumR16}}: max{} function represents the maximum value operation. pdsch-AggregationFactor is a configurable parameter used to semi-statically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on the time slot. Optionally, if pdsch-AggregationFactor is not configured, pdsch-AggregationFactor is considered to be 1. RepNumR16 is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on the time slot. This parameter is indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI. Optionally, if the PDSCH time slot-based repetition transmission mechanism is not configured or RepNumR16 is not configured, RepNumR16 is considered to be 1.

[0090] In another embodiment, for a PDCCH that schedules a PDSCH and / or indicates a SPSPDSCH release on a downlink activation BWP of a serving cell, a set M of PDCCH monitoring moments corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook sent by the uplink time unit n determined in step 202 is c Can be based on the following parameters:

[0091] -PDSCH-to-HARQ_feedback value: This parameter is used to indicate PDSCH reception and / or indicate the uplink time unit offset of the PUCCH released from the uplink time unit n of the SPS PDSCH for sending the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0092] -Time slot offset K 0 Value of: The parameter K 0 Indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI. This parameter is used to indicate the downlink time unit offset between PDCCH and PDSCH.

[0093] -pdsch-AggregationFactor: This parameter is a configurable parameter used to semi-statically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on the time slot. Optionally, if pdsch-AggregationFactor is not configured, pdsch-AggregationFactor is considered to be 1.

[0094] -max{RepNumR16}: RepNumR16 is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is retransmitted based on a time slot. This parameter is indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI. Optionally, if the PDSCH retransmission mechanism based on a time slot is not configured or RepNumR16 is not configured, RepNumR16 is considered to be 1.

[0095] In another embodiment, for a PDCCH that schedules a PDSCH and / or indicates a SPSPDSCH release on a downlink activation BWP of a serving cell, a set M of PDCCH monitoring moments corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook sent by the uplink time unit n determined in step 202 is c Can be based on the following parameters:

[0096] -PDSCH-to-HARQ_feedback value: This parameter is used to indicate PDSCH reception and / or indicate the uplink time unit offset of the PUCCH released from the uplink time unit n of the SPS PDSCH for sending the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0097] -Time slot offset K 0 Value of: The parameter K 0 Indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI. This parameter is used to indicate the downlink time unit offset between PDCCH and PDSCH.

[0098] -pdsch-AggregationFactor: This parameter is a configurable parameter used to semi-statically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on the time slot. Optionally, if pdsch-AggregationFactor is not configured, pdsch-AggregationFactor is considered to be 1.

[0099] -The value of RepNumR16 in the DCI received by the UE: This parameter is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is retransmitted based on the time slot. This parameter is indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI. Optionally, if the PDSCH retransmission mechanism based on the time slot is not configured or RepNumR16 is not configured, RepNumR16 is considered to be 1.

[0100] It should be noted that RepNumR16 is configured in the time domain resource allocation table by high-level signaling. RepNumR16 is an optional configuration. If a row in the time domain resource allocation table indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI contains the parameter RepNumR16, the PDSCH must be repeatedly transmitted in RepNumR16 time slots.

[0101] This method specifies a set M of PDCCH monitoring moments corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook. c When the DCI dynamically indicates PDSCH repeated transmission, it ensures that the UE and the base station have a set M of PDCCH monitoring moments corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook. c The consistency of understanding further clarifies and ensures the consistency of the UE and the base station's understanding of the HARQ-ACK codebook size and order, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0102] In another embodiment, optionally, the UE is configured with one or more activated SPS PDSCH configurations in a certain serving cell c. Optionally, the SPS PDSCH configuration i can configure the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots in SPS-Config, and the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots configured in SPS-Config for different SPS PDSCH configurations can be different or the same. When a certain SPS PDSCH configuration i is activated by a certain DCI format, for example, DCI format 1_2 or DCI format 1_1, if the SPS PDSCH configuration i is configured with the number of repeated transmissions between time slots pdsch-AggregationFactor in SPS-Config, the number of repeated transmissions between time slots of SPS PDSCH configuration i is the number of repeated transmissions between time slots pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in SPS-Config, otherwise the number of repeated transmissions between time slots of SPS PDSCH configuration i is the number of repeated transmissions between time slots pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in PDSCH-Config. The pdsch-AggregationFactor in PDSCH-Config can be configured as 2, 4 or 8. If not configured, the default is pdsch-AggregationFactor equal to 1. The pdsch-AggregationFactor in SPS-Config can be configured as 1, 2, 4 or 8.

[0103] The UE can receive DCI format 1_0, and / or DCI format 1_1, and / or DCI format 1_2. The value range of K1 in different DCI formats may be different, where K1 is the time interval between PDSCH and PUCCH (PDSCH-to-HARQ_feedbacktiming indicator). The unit of K1 can be a time slot or a sub-time slot. The value of K1 in DCI format 1_0 can be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. The value of K1 in DCI format 1_0 can be configured by dl-DataToUL-ACK. The value of K1 in DCI format 1_0 can be configured by dl-DataToUL-ACK-ForDCIFormat1_2. K1 in different DCI formats 0 The value range of K0 may be different, where K0 is the time interval between PDSCH and PDCCH. The unit of K0 may be a time slot or a sub-time slot. K0 is indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI.

[0104] The SCS (Sub-Carrier-Spacing) of PDCCH, and / or PDSCH, and / or PUCCH may be different or the same.

[0105] The CP (Cyclic prefix) of PDCCH, and / or PDSCH, and / or PUCCH may be different or the same.

[0106] The UE may be configured with a parameter RepNumR16, which is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on a time slot. This parameter is indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI.

[0107] The uplink sub-timeslot configuration of the UE may be that one time slot includes 7 sub-timeslots, and each sub-timeslot includes 2 OFDM symbols. The uplink sub-timeslot configuration of the UE may also be that one time slot includes 2 sub-timeslots, and each sub-timeslot includes 7 OFDM symbols.

[0108] For the PDCCH that schedules PDSCH and / or indicates SPS PDSCH release on the downlink activated BWP of the serving cell, the set M of PDCCH monitoring time points corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook sent in the uplink time unit n is c It can be determined based on at least one of the following parameters:

[0109] -PDSCH-to-HARQ_feedback value: This parameter is used to indicate PDSCH reception and / or indicate the uplink time unit offset of the PUCCH released from the uplink time unit n of the SPS PDSCH for sending the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0110] -Time slot offset K 0 Value of: The parameter K 0 Indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in DCI format 1_0, and / or DCI format 1_1, and / or DCI format 1_2. This parameter is used to indicate the downlink time unit offset between PDCCH and PDSCH.

[0111] -The value of pdsch-AggregationFactor, which can be configured by SPS-Config and / or PDSCH-Config.

[0112] -The maximum value of pdsch-AggregationFactor, which can be configured by SPS-Config and / or PDSCH-Config. Optionally, the maximum value can be specified by the protocol, for example, 8.

[0113] -RepNumR16 value: This parameter is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on the time slot. This parameter is indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in DCI format 1_0, and / or DCI format 1_1, and / or DCI format 1_2. Optionally, if the PDSCH repetitive transmission mechanism based on the time slot is not configured or RepNumR16 is not configured, RepNumR16 is considered to be 1.

[0114] -SCS of PDCCH, and / or PDSCH, and / or PUCCH.

[0115] -UE uplink sub-timeslot configuration

[0116] -CP configuration of PDCCH, and / or PDSCH, and / or PUCCH.

[0117] According to the above method, a specific embodiment is that for the PDCCH that schedules PDSCH and / or indicates SPS PDSCH release on the downlink activation BWP of the serving cell, the set M of PDCCH monitoring time corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook sent in the uplink time unit n c It can be determined based on the following parameters:

[0118] -PDSCH-to-HARQ_feedback value: This parameter is used to indicate PDSCH reception and / or indicate the uplink time unit offset of the PUCCH released from the uplink time unit n of the SPS PDSCH for sending the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0119] -Time slot offset K 0 Value of: The parameter K 0 Indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI. This parameter is used to indicate the downlink time unit offset between PDCCH and PDSCH.

[0120] -The value of pdsch-AggregationFactor, which can be configured by SPS-Config and / or PDSCH-Config.

[0121] -RepNumR16 value: This parameter is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is retransmitted based on the time slot. This parameter is indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI. Optionally, if the PDSCH retransmission mechanism based on the time slot is not configured or RepNumR16 is not configured, RepNumR16 is considered to be 1.

[0122] It should be noted that the uplink time unit in this embodiment may be an uplink time slot and / or an uplink sub-time slot.

[0123] This method specifies a set M of PDCCH monitoring moments corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook. c When the DCI dynamically indicates PDSCH repeated transmission, and / or different SPSs are configured with different pdsch-AggregationFactor parameters and the SCSs of PDCCH, PDSCH, and PUCCH are different, it ensures that the UE and the base station have the set M of PDCCH monitoring moments corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook. c The consistency of understanding further ensures the consistency of the UE and the base station in understanding the size and order of the HARQ-ACK codebook, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0124] In another embodiment, for the PDCCH that schedules PDSCH and / or indicates the release of SPSPDSCH on the downlink activation BWP of the serving cell, the time slot corresponding to the PDCCH monitoring moment of the HARQ-ACK codebook sent in the uplink time unit n can be continuous N max time slots, N max It can be configured by higher-level signaling and / or specified by the protocol. max It can be a specific value, or it can be the value of PDSCH-to-HARQ_feedback and / or the time slot offset K 0 The value of , and / or the value of pdsch-AggregationFactor, and / or the value of RepNumR16, and / or the SCS of PDCCH, and / or the SCS of PDSCH, and / or the SCS of PUCCH. Specifically, when the SCSs of PDCCH, PDSCH, and PUCCH are the same, the time slot where the PDCCH monitoring moment corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook sent in the uplink time unit n is located can be the downlink time slot nN max +1,…,n. The time slot corresponding to the PDCCH monitoring time of the HARQ-ACK codebook sent in the uplink time unit n can also be the downlink time slot nN max ,…,n-1.

[0125] This method uses a simple way to determine the set of PDCCH monitoring moments, ensuring that the UE and the base station have the same set of PDCCH monitoring moments corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook. c The consistency of understanding further clarifies the consistency of the UE and the base station's understanding of the HARQ-ACK codebook size and order, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0126] It should be noted that when the number of serving cells is greater than 1, the set M of PDCCH monitoring moments corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook sent by the uplink time unit n is the set M of PDCCH monitoring moments corresponding to the HARQ-ACK codebook sent by each serving cell in the uplink time unit n. c The union of .

[0127] The HARQ-ACK codebook sent in the same uplink time unit can be determined according to the downlink allocation index field contained in the downlink control signaling carried by the downlink physical control channel. The downlink control signaling can be DCI, and the downlink allocation index can be DAI. The DAI field contains at least one of the first type of DAI and the second type of DAI. The first type of DAI can be C-DAI (Counter-DAI, cumulative DAI). The first type of DAI can indicate the following information: the relative order of the release of the PDSCH and / or SPS PDSCH of the currently scheduled downlink time unit in all the scheduled downlink time units corresponding to the uplink time unit, and the bit position of the HARQ-ACK bit released by the PDSCH and / or SPS PDSCH of the currently scheduled downlink time unit in the HARQ-ACK codebook. The second type of DAI can be T-DAI (Total-DAI, total DAI). The second type of DAI can indicate the total number of all scheduled PDSCH and / or SPS PDSCH releases corresponding to the uplink time unit. In the following examples, C-DAI is used as an example (but not limited to) to illustrate the first type of DAI, and T-DAI is used as an example (but not limited to) to illustrate the second type of DAI.

[0128] The number of bits of C-DAI and T-DAI is limited. For example, when C-DAI or T-DAI is represented by 2 bits, the C-DAI or T-DAI greater than 4 bits can be represented by the formula in Table 1. Table 1 shows the relationship between the DAI field and V T-DAI,m or V C-DAI,c,m The corresponding relationship. T-DAI,m is the value of T-DAI in the DCI received at PDCCH monitoring time m, V C-DAI,c,m is the value of C-DAI in the DCI of serving cell c received at PDCCH monitoring time m. T-DAI,m and V C-DAI,c,m All are related to the number of bits in the DAI field in the DCI. MSB stands for the Most Significant Bit, and LSB stands for the Least Significant Bit.

[0129] Table 1

[0130]

[0131] When C-DAI or T-DAI is 1, 5, or 9, as shown in Table 1, it is indicated by "00" in the DAI field, and V is converted to T-DAI,m or V C-DAI,c,m The value of is represented as "1". Y represents the number of DCIs actually sent by the BS.

[0132] When the C-DAI or T-DAI in the DCI is 1 bit, a value greater than 2 can be expressed by the formula in Table 2.

[0133] Table 2

[0134] DAI VT-DAI,m or VC-DAI,c,m Y 0 1 (Y-1)mod 2+1=1 1 2 (Y-1)mod 2+1=2

[0135] When the number of bits representing C-DAI or T-DAI in different DCI formats is different, the consistency of the understanding of DAI information between the base station and the UE cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, it is necessary to unify the different bit numbers and then generate the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0136] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the above Figure 2 The operation of determining the HARQ-ACK codebook in step 203 may further include converting the DAI values represented by different numbers of bits in the DCI of different formats into values represented by a uniform number of bits, and determining the HARQ-ACK codebook based on the converted DAI values.

[0137] Figure 3 A flow chart of converting DAI values represented by different numbers of bits in control signaling of different formats into values represented by a uniform number of bits according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.

[0138] In step 301, the number of bits of the DAI field of each different DCI format in the set M of PDCCH monitoring moments is determined, that is, the number of bits of C-DAI and / or T-DAI is determined.

[0139] In step 302, if the number of bits of the DAI fields of different DCI formats is different, a uniform number of bits of the DAI fields in different DCI formats is determined, and the values of C-DAI and / or T-DAI with different numbers of bits are converted into values indicated by a uniform number of bits.

[0140] In step 303, a HARQ-ACK codebook is determined based on the converted DAI value.

[0141] By unifying the number of bits of C-DAI or T-DAI in different DCI formats and then determining the HARQ-ACK codebook, the consistency of the understanding of the DAI information by the BS and the UE can be ensured, and the encoding and decoding of the HARQ-ACK codebook can be ensured to be performed according to a unified rule, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0142] According to one embodiment of the present invention, in the above step 302, the uniform number of bits can be set to the maximum number of bits among the different numbers of bits representing the value of DAI, that is, the value of C-DAI or T-DAI represented by different numbers of bits is converted into a value represented by the maximum number of bits among the different numbers of bits. For example, the different numbers of bits indicating the value of C-DAI or T-DAI include the number of bits N1 (for example, 1 bit) and the number of bits N2 (for example, 2 bits). When the number of bits is N1, the number of DAI values that can be indicated is T1=2 N1 ; When the number of bits is N2, the number of DAI values that can be indicated is T2 = 2 N2 When the number of bits Nx in the DAI field is less than N2, the range that the DAI field can indicate is [1, 2 Nx ] range. For example, when N2=2, the number of bits in the DAI field is 2, and the value of DAI is indicated according to Table 1. As shown in Table 1, the range that the DAI field can indicate is 1, 2, 3, 4. When N1=1, the number of bits in the DAI field is 1, and the value of DAI is indicated according to Table 2. The range that the DAI field can indicate is 1, 2.

[0143] In addition, it should be noted that the method in the present invention is a HARQ-ACK codebook generated for the same uplink time unit. If there is no special explanation, all parameters meet this assumption by default.

[0144] In this embodiment, according to the following pseudo code 1, the value of the DAI indicated by the N1 bit number is converted to the value of the DAI indicated by the N2 bit number, and the total number of bits contained in the HARQ-ACK codebook is determined based on the converted DAI value. ACK Information bits In the process of converting the DAI value indicated by the number of N1 bits into the DAI value indicated by the number of N2 bits, the number of PDCCHs (or DCIs) actually received by the UE needs to be considered. In this embodiment, one PDSCH corresponds to 1 bit of HARQ-ACK information, where T=2 N2 .

[0145] Pseudocode 1:

[0146]

[0147]

[0148]

[0149] In the above pseudo code 1, the parameter k is updated according to the number of PDCCH (or DCI) actually received by the UE, and the DAI value indicated by the N1 bit is converted to the DAI value indicated by the N2 bit according to the parameter k and the DAI indicated in the DCI. Parameter V3 is used to indicate the C-DAI value indicated by the N1 bit number at the end of the last cycle. For example, when N1 is 1 and N2 is 2, for the DAI indicated by the N1 bit, when k=0, 1 bit of DAI can indicate 1,2,5,6...; when k=1, 1 bit of DAI can indicate 3,4,7,8...

[0150] For DAI indicated by N2 bits, the UE also needs to determine the actual DAI value based on the number of PDCCH (or DCI) actually received by the UE. In pseudo code 1, parameter j is updated according to the number of PDCCH (or DCI) actually received by the UE, and the actual DAI value is determined based on parameter j and the DAI indicated in the DCI. Parameter V1 is used to indicate the C-DAI value indicated by the N2 bit number at the end of the previous cycle.

[0151] Specifically, assume that there is a serving cell in this example. The C-DAI in DCI format 1 received by the UE is 2 bits, the C-DAI field in DCI format 2 is 1 bit, and there is no T-DAI field in DCI format 1 and DCI format 2. DCI format 1 can be DCI format 1_0 / 1_1 / 1_2, and DCI format 2 can be DCI format 1_0 / 1_1 / 1_2. There is no BWP switching in this embodiment. For the HARQ-ACK codebook fed back on the uplink time unit 1, there are 3 PDCCH monitoring moments, that is, M=3.

[0152] When m=0, the UE receives a DCI format 1 DCI 1 scheduling a PDSCH 1, where V C-DAI,c,m =1. HARQ-ACK is fed back for PDSCH 1 in uplink time unit 1. According to pseudo code 1, the number of bits of the DAI field in the current DCI format is not N1, and does not satisfy (V C-DAI,c,m -1) mod2 N2-N1 +1£V3, so V3=(V C-DAI,c,m -1)mod2 N2-N1 +1=1. After that, V1=V C-DAI,c,m =1, V2 = V C-DAI,c,m =1,O ACK =T2×j+V2=1. is the HARQ-ACK information for PDSCH1. s ={0}, j=0, k=0.

[0153] When m=1, the UE receives a DCI format 1 DCI 2 that schedules a PDSCH 2, where V C-DAI,c,m =2. HARQ-ACK is fed back for the PDSCH2 in uplink time unit 1. According to pseudo code 1, the number of bits of the DAI field in the current DCI format is not N1, and does not satisfy (V C-DAI,c,m -1)mod2 N2-N1 +1£V3, so V3=(V C-DAI,c,m -1)mod2 N2-N1 +1=2. After that, V1=V C-DAI,c,m =2, V2 = V C-DAI,c,m =2,O ACK =T2×j+V2=2. is the HARQ-ACK information for PDSCH2, V s ={0,1},j=0,k=0.

[0154] When m=2, the UE receives a DCI format 2 DCI 3 that schedules a PDSCH 3, where V C-DAI,c,m =1. In uplink time unit 1, HARQ-ACK is fed back for the PDSCH 3. According to pseudo code 1, the number of bits of the DAI field in the current DCI format is N1, satisfying V C-DAI,c,m £V3, so k = (k + 1) mod 2 N2-N1 =1, V3 = V C-DAI,c,m =1, V C-DAI,c,m =V C-DAI,c,m +k×2 N1 =3, V1 = V C-DAI,c,m =3, V2 = V C-DAI,c,m =3,O ACK =T2×j+V2=3. is the HARQ-ACK information of PDSCH3, V s ={0, 1, 2}, j=0, k=1.

[0155] This embodiment converts the DAI value represented by different numbers of bits into the DAI value represented by the maximum number of bits among different numbers of bits, which can ensure the consistency of the understanding of the DAI information by the base station and the UE, ensure that the encoding and decoding of the HARQ-ACK codebook are performed according to a unified rule, and improve the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0156] It should be noted that this solution is also applicable to the scenario where a PDSCH corresponds to multi-bit HARQ-ACK feedback. It only needs to expand the corresponding 1-bit HARQ-ACK information into multi-bit HARQ-ACK information, and other methods remain unchanged.

[0157] According to one embodiment of the present invention, by modifying the above pseudocode 1, the uniform number of bits can also be set to the minimum number of bits among the different numbers of bits representing the value of the DAI in the above step 302, thereby converting the value of the DAI represented by different numbers of bits into the value of the DAI represented by the minimum number of bits among the different numbers of bits, and then determining the HARQ-ACK codebook based on the converted value of the DAI.

[0158] This embodiment converts the DAI value represented by different numbers of bits into the DAI value represented by the minimum number of bits among different numbers of bits, which can ensure the consistency of the understanding of the DAI information by the base station and the UE, ensure that the encoding and decoding of the HARQ-ACK codebook are performed according to a unified rule, and improve the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0159] It should be noted that this solution is also applicable to the scenario where a PDSCH corresponds to multi-bit HARQ-ACK feedback. It only needs to expand the corresponding 1-bit HARQ-ACK information into multi-bit HARQ-ACK information, and other methods remain unchanged.

[0160] In addition, if the HARQ-ACK codebook is sent on the PUCCH, the number of information bits n of the HARQ-ACK codebook related to the PUCCH power control needs to be determined. HARQ-ACK The total number of bits of UCI (Uplink Control Information) is less than or equal to 11, n HARQ-ACK Determined by the number of bits in the DAI field of the DCI received at the last listening moment. When the number of DCIs received at the last listening moment is greater than 1, the number of bits in the DAI field of all DCIs is the same. Specifically, when no CBG (Code Block Group) retransmission is configured in all serving cells, n HARQ-ACK Determined by the following formula (1).

[0161]

[0162] -If N cells =1, then is the C-DAI in the DCI received by the UE at the last monitoring time m in the set M. In this case, N may be the number of bits of the C-DAI in the DCI.

[0163] -If N cells>1, then

[0164] - If the DCI received by the UE at the last listening time m in the M set does not contain the T-DAI field, then is the C-DAI in the DCI received by the UE at the last monitoring time m in the M set, where N can be the number of bits of the C-DAI in the DCI. It is the T-DAI in the DCI received by the UE at the last monitoring time m in the M set. In this case, N may be the number of bits of the T-DAI in the DCI.

[0165] - If the UE does not receive DCI within the M set, then

[0166] -U DAI,c is the number of DCIs of serving cell c received by the UE in the M set. If the UE does not receive DCI of serving cell c in the M set, then U DAI,c =0.

[0167] -If a PDSCH contains 2 TBs and HARQ-ACK does not perform bundling, then otherwise

[0168] -When HARQ-ACK is not bundled, is the number of TBs received in the serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring time m; when HARQ-ACK is bundled, is the number of PDSCHs received on serving cell c at PDCCH monitoring time m. Includes the number of DCIs indicating SPSPDSCH release received on the serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring time m.

[0169] -N SPS,c is the number of received SPS PDSCHs of serving cell c.

[0170] It should be noted that when the serving cell is configured with CBG retransmission, the HARQ-ACK information bit n for counting PUCCH power is determined. HARQ-ACK The same approach can also be used.

[0171] In this embodiment, the number of information bits n of the HARQ-ACK codebook related to PUCCH power control is determined according to the number of bits of the DAI field of the DCI received at the last monitoring moment. HARQ-ACK This ensures that the base station and UE have consistent understanding of the PUCCH transmit power, and improves the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0172] According to one embodiment of the present invention, when the number of bits representing C-DAI or T-DAI in different DCI formats is different, a unified number of bits may be configured in the above step 302 through protocol provisions or high-level signaling, and then the values of DAI represented by different numbers of bits are converted to the values of DAI represented by the unified number of bits, such as Figure 4 shown.

[0173] Figure 4 A flow chart of converting DAI values represented by different numbers of bits in control signaling of different formats into values represented by a uniform number of bits according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.

[0174] In step 401, the number of bits of the DAI field of each different DCI format in the set M of PDCCH monitoring moments is determined, that is, the number of bits of C-DAI and / or T-DAI is determined.

[0175] In step 402, if the number of bits of the DAI field of different DCI formats is different, a unified bit number is configured through protocol provisions or high-level signaling, and the values of C-DAI and / or T-DAI with different bit numbers are converted to values indicated by a unified bit number.

[0176] In step 403, a HARQ-ACK codebook is determined based on the converted DAI value.

[0177] In the case where a uniform number of bits is configured by protocol provisions or high-level signaling, according to the following pseudo code 2, the uniform number of bits is configured as the maximum number of bits N2 among the different numbers of bits representing the value of DAI, and the values of DAI represented by different numbers of bits are converted to the values of DAI represented by the uniform number of bits, thereby determining the HARQ-ACK codebook. In this embodiment, one PDSCH corresponds to 1 bit of HARQ-ACK information, where T=2 N2 .

[0178] Pseudocode 2:

[0179]

[0180]

[0181]

[0182] Specifically, assume that there is a serving cell in this example. The C-DAI field in DCI format 1 received by the UE is 2 bits, the C-DAI field in DCI format 2 is 1 bit, and there is no T-DAI field in DCI format 1 and DCI format 2. DCI format 1 can be DCI format 1_0 / 1_1 / 1_2, and DCI format 2 can be DCI format 1_0 / 1_1 / 1_2. For the HARQ-ACK codebook fed back on uplink time unit 1, there are 3 PDCCH monitoring moments, that is, M=3.

[0183] When m=0, the UE receives a DCI format 1 DCI 1 scheduling a PDSCH 1, where V C-DAI,c,m =1. Feedback HARQ-ACK for PDSCH 1 in uplink time unit 1. According to pseudo code 2, V1=1, V2=1 is obtained. is the HARQ-ACK information for PDSCH 1. S ={0}, j=0.

[0184] When m=1, the UE receives a DCI format 1 DCI 2 that schedules a PDSCH 2, where V C-DAI,c,m =2. Feedback HARQ-ACK for PDSCH2 in uplink time unit 1. According to pseudo code 2, V1=2, V2=2 are obtained. is the HARQ-ACK information for PDSCH2, V S ={0,1},j=0.

[0185] When m=2, the UE receives a DCI format 2 DCI 3 that schedules a PDSCH 3, where V C-DAI,c,m =1. In uplink time unit 1, HARQ-ACK is fed back for the PDSCH 3. According to pseudo code 2, V1=1, V2=1, is the HARQ-ACK information of PDSCH3, V S = {0, 1, 4}, j = 1. Based on this, the UE believes that there are 2 DCI miss detections between PDSCH 3 and PDSCH 2, so

[0186] This embodiment is used to determine n in formula (1): HARQ-ACK When , N is N2.

[0187] This embodiment configures a unified number of bits through protocol provisions or high-level signaling, and converts the DAI values represented by different numbers of bits into DAI values represented by the maximum number of bits among different numbers of bits, thereby ensuring the consistency of the understanding of the DAI information by the base station and the UE, ensuring that the encoding and decoding of the HARQ-ACK codebook are performed according to a unified rule, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0188] It should be noted that this solution is also applicable to the scenario where a PDSCH corresponds to multi-bit HARQ-ACK feedback. It only needs to expand the corresponding 1-bit HARQ-ACK information into multi-bit HARQ-ACK information, and other methods remain unchanged.

[0189] According to one embodiment of the present invention, when the number of bits representing C-DAI or T-DAI in different DCI formats is different, the unified number of bits can also be configured as the minimum number of bits N1 among the different numbers of bits representing the value of DAI through protocol provisions or high-level signaling, and the value of DAI represented by different numbers of bits is converted to the value of DAI represented by the uniform number of bits, thereby determining the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0190] When the number of bits Nx of a DAI field is greater than N1, the range that the DAI field can indicate is [1, 2 N1 ] An integer in the range of . Nx-N1 MSBs are reserved bits.

[0191] When a uniform number of bits is configured by protocol provisions or high-level signaling, the uniform number of bits is configured to be the minimum number of bits N1 among the different numbers of bits representing the value of the DAI by modifying the pseudocode 2 above, and the value of the DAI represented by different numbers of bits is converted to the value of the DAI represented by the uniform number of bits, thereby determining the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0192] Specifically, the BS configures the number of bits of C-DAI in DCI format 1_2 to be 1, and the number of bits of C-DAI in DCI format 1_0 to be 2. The number of bits of C-DAI in DCI format 1_1 is 2. At this time, the MSB of C-DAI in DCI format 1_0 and DCI format 1_1 is a reserved bit. The uniform number of bits is configured to 1 through protocol provisions or high-level signaling, and the values of DAI represented by different numbers of bits are converted to the values of DAI represented by the uniform number of bits.

[0193] This embodiment is used to determine n in formula (1): HARQ-ACK , N is N1.

[0194] This embodiment configures a unified number of bits through protocol provisions or high-level signaling, and converts the DAI values represented by different numbers of bits into DAI values represented by the minimum number of bits among different numbers of bits, thereby ensuring the consistency of the understanding of the DAI information by the base station and the UE, ensuring that the encoding and decoding of the HARQ-ACK codebook are performed according to a unified rule, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0195] It should be noted that this solution is also applicable to the scenario where a PDSCH corresponds to multi-bit HARQ-ACK feedback. It only needs to expand the corresponding 1-bit HARQ-ACK information into multi-bit HARQ-ACK information, and other methods remain unchanged.

[0196] According to one embodiment of the present invention, when the number of bits representing C-DAI or T-DAI in different DCI formats is different, the unified number of bits can also be determined according to the priority of the HARQ-ACK codebook. For example, the priority of the HARQ-ACK codebook can be indicated by 1 bit in the DCI, where 1 indicates high priority and 0 indicates low priority; or conversely, 0 indicates high priority and 1 indicates low priority. The unified number of bits corresponding to HARQ-ACK codebooks of different priorities may be different. For example, when DCI format 1_2 is only used to schedule a high-priority HARQ-ACK codebook corresponding to PDSCH, the number of bits of the DAI field is 1 as a unified number of bits to determine the high-priority HARQ-ACK codebook. Similarly, the number of bits of the DAI field is 2 as a unified number of bits to determine the low-priority HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0197] This embodiment determines a unified number of bits according to the priority of the HARQ-ACK codebook, and then converts the DAI values represented by different numbers of bits into DAI values represented by the unified number of bits, which can ensure the consistency of the understanding of the DAI information by the base station and the UE, ensure that the encoding and decoding of the HARQ-ACK codebook are performed according to a unified rule, and improve the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0198] It should be noted that this solution is also applicable to the scenario where a PDSCH corresponds to multi-bit HARQ-ACK feedback. It only needs to expand the corresponding 1-bit HARQ-ACK information into multi-bit HARQ-ACK information, and other methods remain unchanged.

[0199] It should be noted that the above methods are all explained with the example of one HARQ-ACK codebook corresponding to one PDSCH group. The above methods are also applicable to the scenario where one HARQ-ACK codebook corresponds to multiple PDSCH groups. Take two PDSCH groups as an example, PDSCH group 0 and PDSCH group 1. One of the above methods can be used to generate HARQ-ACK codebooks for PDSCH group 0 and PDSCH group 1 respectively, and then generate a total HARQ-ACK codebook. If the HARQ-ACK codebook is sent on the PUCCH, it is also necessary to determine the number of HARQ-ACK information bits for counting the PUCCH power for PDSCH group 0 and PDSCH group 1 respectively. The total number of HARQ-ACK information bits is the sum of the number of HARQ-ACK information bits of PDSCH group 0 and PDSCH group 1. Specifically, taking two PDSCH groups as an example, first determine the n of PDSCH group i according to formula (1): HARQ-ACK,i , i=1,2.

[0200] When the DCI triggering PDSCH group i schedules a PDSCH of PDSCH group i or indicates the release of an SPS PDSCH of PDSCH group i:

[0201] -If N cells =1, then is the C-DAI in the DCI received by the UE at the last monitoring time m in the M set of PDSCH group i. In this case, N may be the number of bits of the C-DAI in the DCI.

[0202] -If N cells >1, then

[0203] - If the DCI received by the UE at the last monitoring time m in the M set of PDSCH group i does not contain the T-DAI field, then The C-DAI in the DCI received by the UE at the last monitoring time m in the M set of PDSCH group i. At this time, N can be the C-DAI in the DCI

[0204] The number of DAI bits. Otherwise It is the T-DAI in the DCI received by the UE at the last monitoring time m in the M set of PDSCH group i. In this case, N may be the number of bits of T-DAI in the DCI.

[0205] - If the UE does not receive DCI in the M set of PDSCH group i, then

[0206]

[0207] When the DCI triggering PDSCH group i schedules a PDSCH of a non-PDSCH group i or indicates the release of an SPS PDSCH of a non-PDSCH group i:

[0208] - If the DCI contains the T-DAI field for PDSCH group i, then is the T-DAI of PDSCH group i indicated in the DCI. N may be the number of bits of T-DAI in the DCI.

[0209] - If the DCI does not contain the T-DAI field for PDSCH group i, then According to the C-DAI and / or T-

[0210] DAI determination. N can be the number of bits of C-DAI and / or T-DAI in the DCI.

[0211] It should be noted that if there are multiple DCIs triggering PDSCH group i, n is determined according to the last received DCI triggering PDSCH group i. HARQ-ACK,i .

[0212] Finally, the total number of HARQ-ACK information bits is calculated according to formula (2). Taking 2 PDSCH groups as an example, the value of i is 0 and 1.

[0213]

[0214] In another embodiment, when the dynamically scheduled HARQ-ACK information needs to be fed back together with the HARQ-ACK information of the SPS PDSCH without dynamic scheduling, the HARQ-ACK codebook can be divided into two parts, the first part is the HARQ-ACK codebook of the dynamically scheduled PDSCH and / or the SPS PDSCH release DCI generated according to the C-DAI and / or T-DAI in the dynamically scheduled DCI, and the second part is the HARQ-ACK codebook of the activated SPS PDSCH without the dynamically scheduled DCI. The second part is located after the first part. For example, 3GPP TS 38.213 type-2 HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0215] After the base station sends a DCI indicating the release of a certain SPS PDSCH, for example, SPS PDSCH#1, the base station will no longer continue to send data of SPS PDSCH#1 to the UE. When the HARQ-ACK codebook includes the DCI indicating the release of SPS PDSCH, the HARQ-ACK codebook can be generated in the following two ways.

[0216] In the second part of method one, the HARQ-ACK codebook of the activated SPS PDSCH without dynamic scheduling DCI does not include the HARQ-ACK information of the released SPS PDSCH.

[0217] The HARQ-ACK codebook of the activated SPS PDSCH without dynamic scheduling DCI in the second part of method 2 contains the HARQ-ACK information of the released SPS PDSCH. The UE needs to feedback HARQ-ACK information for the activated SPS PDSCH unless the UE has already fed back HARQ-ACK information for the DCI indicating the release of the SPS PDSCH and the HARQ-ACK information is ACK.

[0218] It should be noted that the configuration of the SPS PDSCH in this embodiment can be one or more. When there are multiple activated SPS PDSCHs on an activated BWP, the SPS PDSCHs may overlap, and the base station selects the SPS PDSCH with the smallest number from the multiple overlapping SPS PDSCHs to send. Similarly, there are the following two ways to generate the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0219] In method 1, after the base station sends a DCI indicating the release of a certain SPS PDSCH, it selects the SPS PDSCH with the smallest number from the activated multiple overlapping SPS PDSCHs to send again. The UE generates a HARQ-ACK codebook according to the activated SPS PDSCH.

[0220] In method 2, after the base station sends the DCI indicating the release of a certain SPS PDSCH, it will not re-select the SPS PDSCH with the smallest number from the multiple overlapping SPS PDSCHs that have been activated to send. The base station will re-select the SPS PDSCH with the smallest number from the multiple overlapping SPS PDSCHs that have been activated to send after receiving the DCI indicating the release of the SPS PDSCH fed back by the UE. The UE generates the HARQ-ACK codebook according to the same rules. That is, before the UE feeds back ACK to the DCI indicating the release of the SPS PDSCH, it considers that the SPS PDSCH configuration indicated by the DCI indicating the release of the SPS PDSCH is an activated configuration. After the UE feeds back ACK to the DCI indicating the release of the SPS PDSCH, it considers that the SPS PDSCH configuration indicated by the DCI indicating the release of the SPS PDSCH is an inactivated configuration.

[0221] Compared with method 1, method 2 can ensure the consistency of the UE and the base station in understanding the size and order of the HARQ-ACK codebook, and improve the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook. When the UE does not receive the SPS PDSCH release DCI indicating this, the HARQ-ACK codebook generated according to method 1 will be inconsistent with the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook that the base station expects to receive. The HARQ-ACK codebook generated according to method 2 will be the same size as the HARQ-ACK codebook that the base station expects to receive. The order of bits in the HARQ-ACK codebook is also unaffected. The reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook can be improved.

[0222] In another embodiment, the UE is configured with a dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook, such as a 3GPP38.213 type-2 codebook. The UE receives an uplink scheduling DCI that schedules a PUSCH. The PUCCH containing the HARQ-ACK overlaps with the PUSCH in the time domain, and the UE sends the HARQ-ACK information on the PUSCH. In this embodiment, the second type of DAI is UL-DAI (Uplink DAI). The UE determines the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook based on the UL-DAI. The number of bits indicating the UL-DAI in the DCI may be inconsistent with the number of bits of the C-DAI. How to determine the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook is a problem that needs to be solved.

[0223] The number of bits of C-DAI is Can be an integer. For example It can be 1, for example It can be 2.

[0224] The number of bits of UL-DAI is Can be an integer. For example It can be 2.

[0225] In the following pseudo code, j represents the total number of downlink DCIs fed back on the same PUCCH minus 1 divided by T D For example, j can be determined according to the pseudo code of the 3GPP 38.213 type-2 codebook. Or j can also be determined according to the pseudo code 1 and / or pseudo code 2 in the present invention. For example, = 1, T D is 2, and the UE receives 7 downlink DCI-scheduled PDSCHs at 7 different PDCCH monitoring times, all of which are fed back in the same uplink time slot, such as time slot n. The values of C-DAI are 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1. At this time, j is equal to 3. Taking 1 DCI for 1-bit HARQ-ACK feedback as an example, the codebook size determined by the UE based on C-DAI is 7. The uplink DCI received by the UE indicates that the UL DAI is 1. According to Table 1, the UL DAI indication of 1 means that the actual DAI is 1 or 5 or 9. The base station actually sends 9 DCIs, and the UE misses the last 2 DCIs.

[0226] C-DAI can be converted to The bit count is then compared with the UL DAI, and j is determined based on the converted C-DAI and UL DAI. Finally, the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook is determined based on the j value and the UL DAI, and the UL DAI can be converted to Bit count. For example, the HARQ-ACK codebook size is determined according to the following pseudo code. Where V temp2 For UL DAI, V temp The last C-DAI received by the UE. ACK is the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0227]

[0228]

[0229] For example, when the number of UL DAI bits is 2 bits, the pseudo code can also be

[0230]

[0231] For another example, when the number of UL DAI bits is 2 bits, the pseudo code can also be

[0232]

[0233]

[0234] Alternatively, j can be converted to Bit count, C-DAI is converted to The bit count is then compared with the UL DAI. If the converted C-DAI is greater than the UL DAI, then j = j + 1. Finally, the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook is determined according to the j value and the UL DAI. For example, the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook is determined according to the following pseudo code. Where V temp2 For UL DAI, V temp The last C-DAI received by the UE. ACK is the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0235]

[0236] For example, when the number of UL DAI bits is 2 bits, the pseudo code can also be

[0237]

[0238] This method determines the HARQ-ACK codebook based on the UL DAI, and can detect up to 3 DCI misses, thereby increasing the reliability of HARQ-ACK codebook transmission and ensuring the consistency of the UE and base station's understanding of the HARQ-ACK codebook. At the same time, it can also improve the reliability of uplink data transmission and reduce the probability of downlink data retransmission, thereby reducing the transmission delay of downlink data and improving the system spectrum efficiency.

[0239] In another embodiment, the UE is configured with a dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook, such as a 3GPP38.213 type-2 codebook. If the UE receives an uplink scheduling DCI scheduling a PUSCH, and the PUCCH containing the HARQ-ACK overlaps with the PUSCH in the time domain, the UE sends the HARQ-ACK information on the PUSCH. At this time, the second type of DAI can be UL-DAI. The UE determines the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook based on the UL-DAI.

[0240] If the UE has not received an uplink scheduling DCI that schedules a PUSCH that overlaps with the PUCCH containing HARQ-ACK in the time domain, the UE sends HARQ-ACK information on the PUCCH. The second type of DAI can be T-DAI. If the DCI received by the UE at the last PDCCH monitoring moment contains T-DAI, the UE determines the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook based on the T-DAI contained in the DCI received at the last PDCCH monitoring moment. If the DCI received by the UE at the last PDCCH monitoring moment does not contain T-DAI, the UE determines the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook based on the C-DAI contained in the last DCI received at the last PDCCH monitoring moment. The number of bits indicating UL-DAI in the DCI may be different from the number of bits of C-DAI. How to determine the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook is a problem that needs to be solved.

[0241] The number of bits of C-DAI is Can be an integer. For example It can be 1, for example It can be 2.

[0242] The number of bits of UL-DAI is Can be an integer. For example It can be 2.

[0243] In the following pseudo code, j represents the total number of downlink DCIs for HARQ-ACK feedback on the same PUCCH minus 1 divided by T D For example, j may be determined according to the pseudo code of the 3GPP 38.213 type-2 codebook. Or j may also be determined according to pseudo code 1 and / or pseudo code 2 in the present invention. Since the HARQ-ACK codebook may be determined according to C-DAI, and / or T-DAI, and / or UL DAI, determining the HARQ-ACK codebook needs to consider various situations and the number of bits of each DAI.

[0244] Each DAI can be converted into a uniform number of bits, and then it is determined whether a missed detection occurs, thereby determining the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook. For example, the maximum number of bits in each DAI is Nmax, and each DAI can be converted into Nmax bits to represent it, and then it is determined whether a missed detection occurs and the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook is determined. For another example, the minimum number of bits in each DAI is Nmin, and each DAI can be converted into Nmin bits to represent it, and then it is determined whether a missed detection occurs and the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook is determined. For example, the second DAI converted to the same bit representation is smaller than the C-DAI, indicating that there is a DCI missed detection and the j value needs to be updated.

[0245] For example, C-DAI is converted to Bit count, the second DAI is converted to Bit count, for example, using V temp2 Indicates the second DAI. Determine whether the UE misses detection and the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook based on the converted C-DAI and the second DAI. For example, the converted C-DAI and the second DAI are converted into Bit count can be expressed as j2, which is the total number of downlink DCIs fed back on the same PUCCH minus 1 divided by For example, If the second DAI converted to the same bit representation is smaller than the C-DAI, it means that there is a DCI miss detection and the j2 value needs to be updated. For example, j2=j2+1. The size of the HARQ-ACK codebook can be determined based on j2 and the second DAI. For example, ACK =4·j2+V temp2 .

[0246] V empp Indicates the C-DAI contained in the last DCI received by the UE at the last PDCCH monitoring moment. ACK Indicates the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0247] For example, after completing c and m loops of the pseudo code for generating the HARQ-ACK codebook in 3GPP TS38.213 9.1.3.1, the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook may be determined according to the following pseudo code.

[0248]

[0249]

[0250] For another example, the DAI is converted according to 2 bits. After completing the c and m cycles of the pseudo code for generating the HARQ-ACK code book in 3GPP TS38.213 9.1.3.1, the size of the HARQ-ACK code book can be determined according to the following pseudo code.

[0251]

[0252]

[0253] For another example, the DAI is converted according to 2 bits. After completing the c and m cycles of the pseudo code for generating the HARQ-ACK code book in 3GPP TS38.213 9.1.3.1, the size of the HARQ-ACK code book can be determined according to the following pseudo code.

[0254]

[0255] For another example, the DAI is converted according to 2 bits. After completing the c and m cycles of the pseudo code for generating the HARQ-ACK code book in 3GPP TS38.213 9.1.3.1, the size of the HARQ-ACK code book can be determined according to the following pseudo code.

[0256]

[0257]

[0258] This method converts each DAI into the same bit according to the maximum value of the DAI ratio, and then determines the HARQ-ACK codebook, which can detect up to 3 DCI misses, increase the reliability of HARQ-ACK codebook transmission, and ensure the consistency of UE and base station understanding of HARQ-ACK codebook. At the same time, it can also improve the reliability of uplink data transmission and reduce the probability of downlink data retransmission, thereby reducing the transmission delay of downlink data and improving the system spectrum efficiency.

[0259] In another embodiment, the UE is configured with a dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook, such as a 3GPP38.213 type-2 codebook. If the UE receives an uplink scheduling DCI that schedules a PUSCH, and the PUCCH containing HARQ-ACK overlaps with the PUSCH in the time domain, the UE sends the HARQ-ACK information on the PUSCH. At this time, the second type of DAI may be UL-DAI. The UE determines the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook based on the UL-DAI. If the UE does not receive an uplink scheduling DCI that schedules a PUSCH that overlaps with the PUCCH containing HARQ-ACK in the time domain, the UE sends the HARQ-ACK information on the PUCCH. The second type of DAI may be T-DAI. If the UE also receives an SPS PDSCH whose HARQ-ACK is fed back on the PUSCH, the UE needs to generate the pseudo-code of the HARQ-ACK codebook according to 3GPP TS38.2139.1.3.1. After the c and m cycles, the UE sets Where V temp2 Indicates the second DAI. For example, the second DAI is T-DAI. It is the UL DAI in the uplink scheduling DCI. For example, It is the UL DAI in the uplink scheduling DCI format 0_1. For example, It is the UL DAI in the uplink scheduling DCI format 0_2. Since the UL DAI cannot be indicated as 0, the HARQ-ACK codebook contains at least one bit of NACK and the HARQ-ACK information of the SPSPDSCH. The NACK in the HARQ-ACK codebook is an invalid bit. It can be optimized in the following way.

[0260] For example, a protocol could state the following

[0261] If the UE is not configured with CBG transmission parameters (e.g., parameters, PDSCH-CodeBlockGroupTransmission) and the UE is scheduled for a PUSCH transmission by a DCI format containing UL DAI (e.g., DCI format 0_1, and / or DCI format 0_2), the value of the DAI field in this DCI format is 4, and the UE does not receive any DCI format scheduling PDSCH reception or indicating SPS PDSCH release in any serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring moment, the UE does not multiplex HARQ-ACK information containing dynamically scheduled PDSCH and / or indicating SPS PDSCH release in PUSCH.

[0262] If the UE configures CBG transmission parameters (e.g., parameters, PDSCH-CodeBlockGroupTransmission) and the UE is scheduled for a PUSCH transmission by a DCI format containing UL DAI (e.g., DCI format 0_1, and / or DCI format 0_2), the value of the first DAI field in this DCI format is 4, and the UE does not receive any DCI format scheduling PDSCH reception or indicating SPS PDSCH release for any serving cell c associated with the first HARQ-ACK subcodebook at the PDCCH monitoring moment, the UE does not multiplex the first HARQ-ACK subcodebook containing dynamically scheduled PDSCH and / or HARQ-ACK information indicating SPS PDSCH release in PUSCH.

[0263] If the UE configures CBG transmission parameters (e.g., parameters, PDSCH-CodeBlockGroupTransmission) and the UE is scheduled for a PUSCH transmission by a DCI format containing UL DAI (e.g., DCI format 0_1, and / or DCI format 0_2), the value of the second DAI field in this DCI format is 4, and the UE does not receive any DCI format scheduling PDSCH reception or indicating SPS PDSCH release for any serving cell c associated with the second HARQ-ACK subcodebook at the PDCCH monitoring moment, the UE does not multiplex the second HARQ-ACK subcodebook containing dynamically scheduled PDSCH and / or HARQ-ACK information indicating SPS PDSCH release in PUSCH.

[0264] The UE is scheduled for a PUSCH transmission by a DCI format containing UL DAI (for example, DCI format 0_1, and / or DCI format 0_2), the value of the DAI field in this DCI format is 4, or the value of the first DAI field in this DCI format is 4 and the value of the second DAI field is 4, and the UE does not receive any DCI format scheduling PDSCH reception or indicating SPS PDSCH release for any serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring moment and the UE receives SPS PDSCH transmission, and the PUCCH where its HARQ-ACK is located overlaps with the PUSCH in the time domain, and the UE multiplexes the HARQ-ACK information of the SPS PDSCH on the PUSCH for transmission.

[0265] For another example, the protocol may stipulate as follows

[0266] If the UE is not configured with CBG transmission parameters (e.g., parameters, PDSCH-CodeBlockGroupTransmission) and the UE is scheduled for a PUSCH transmission by a DCI format containing UL DAI (e.g., DCI format 0_1, and / or DCI format 0_2), the value of the DAI field in this DCI format is 4, and the UE does not receive any DCI format scheduling PDSCH reception or indicating SPS PDSCH release or secondary cell sleep in any serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring moment, the UE does not multiplex HARQ-ACK information containing dynamically scheduled PDSCH, and / or indicating SPS PDSCH release, and / or secondary cell sleep in PUSCH.

[0267] If the UE configures CBG transmission parameters (e.g., parameters, PDSCH-CodeBlockGroupTransmission) and the UE is scheduled for a PUSCH transmission by a DCI format containing UL DAI (e.g., DCI format 0_1, and / or DCI format 0_2), the value of the first DAI field in this DCI format is 4, and the UE does not receive any DCI format scheduling PDSCH reception or indicating SPS PDSCH release or indicating secondary cell sleep for any serving cell c associated with the first HARQ-ACK subcodebook at the PDCCH monitoring moment, the UE does not multiplex the first HARQ-ACK subcodebook containing dynamically scheduled PDSCH, and / or indicating SPS PDSCH release, and / or indicating cell sleep HARQ-ACK information in PUSCH.

[0268] If the UE configures CBG transmission parameters (e.g., parameters, PDSCH-CodeBlockGroupTransmission) and the UE is scheduled for a PUSCH transmission by a DCI format containing UL DAI (e.g., DCI format 0_1, and / or DCI format 0_2), the value of the second DAI field in this DCI format is 4, and the UE does not receive any DCI format scheduled PDSCH reception for any serving cell c associated with the second HARQ-ACK subcodebook at the PDCCH monitoring time, the UE does not multiplex the second HARQ-ACK subcodebook containing HARQ-ACK information for dynamically scheduled PDSCH in PUSCH.

[0269] The UE is scheduled for a PUSCH transmission by a DCI format containing UL DAI (for example, DCI format 0_1, and / or DCI format 0_2), the value of the DAI field in this DCI format is 4, or the value of the first DAI field in this DCI format is 4 and the value of the second DAI field is 4, and the UE does not receive any DCI format scheduling PDSCH reception or indicating SPS PDSCH release for any serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring moment and the UE receives SPS PDSCH transmission, and the PUCCH where its HARQ-ACK is located overlaps with the PUSCH in the time domain. The UE multiplexes the HARQ-ACK information of the SPS PDSCH generated according to TS38.213 9.1.2 onto the PUSCH for transmission.

[0270] This method specifies a method for not generating dynamically scheduled HARQ-ACK when the UL DAI indication is 4, reduces the size of the HARQ-ACK codebook, improves the reliability of HARQ-ACK codebook transmission, increases the available resources for uplink data, and improves the reliability of uplink data transmission.

[0271] In another embodiment, optionally, the UE is configured with one or more activated SPS PDSCH configurations in a certain serving cell c. If it is not configured, pdsch-AggregationFactor is considered to be equal to 1. The pdsch-AggregationFactor in SPS-Config can be configured as 1, 2, 4 or 8.

[0272] In the case of a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook, such as the 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, since the values of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in different SPS-Configs may be different, the values of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured for SPS PDSCH and dynamically scheduled PDSCH may also be different. Generating a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook requires considering all pdsch-AggregationFactor values.

[0273] The number of repetitive transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be specified by the protocol or configured as a certain value by high-level signaling. Specifically, the number of repetitive transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be equal to the maximum of the following two values, or may be equal to one of the following two values:

[0274] a) The maximum value of the pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in all SPS-Configs.

[0275] b) The value of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in PDSCH-Config.

[0276] It should be noted that if any of the above is not configured, the default value is 1.

[0277] Alternatively, the number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be a fixed value, which may be configured through high-level signaling or specified by a protocol, for example, 8.

[0278] For example, in the pseudo code of 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, the number of repetition transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook is expressed as express.

[0290] b) The value of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in PDSCH-Config.

[0291] This method specifies how to generate a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook when one or more SPS-Configs configure the number of repeated transmissions between time slots pdsch-AggregationFactor and / or the number of repeated transmissions between time slots pdsch-AggregationFactor is configured in PDSCH-Config, ensuring that the UE can include HARQ-ACK feedback information for the received PDSCH in the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook under different configurations, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0292] In another embodiment, optionally, the UE is configured with one or more activated SPS PDSCH configurations in a certain serving cell c. If it is not configured, pdsch-AggregationFactor is considered to be equal to 1. The pdsch-AggregationFactor in SPS-Config can be configured as 1, 2, 4 or 8.

[0293] The UE may be configured with a parameter RepNumR16, which is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on a time slot. This parameter is indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI.

[0294] In the case of a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook, such as the 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, since the values of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in different SPS-Configs may be different, the values of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured for SPS PDSCH and dynamically scheduled PDSCH may also be different. Generating a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook requires considering all pdsch-AggregationFactor values.

[0295] The number of repetitive transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook can be specified by the protocol or configured as a certain value by high-level signaling. Specifically, the number of repetitive transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook can be equal to the maximum of the following three values, or can be equal to one of the following three values

[0296] a) The maximum value of the pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in all SPS-Configs.

[0297] b) The value of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in PDSCH-Config.

[0298] c) The maximum value of RepNumR16 among all configurations.

[0299] It should be noted that if any of the above is not configured, the default value is 1.

[0300] Alternatively, the number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be a fixed value, which may be configured through high-level signaling or specified by a protocol, for example, 8.

[0305] a) The maximum value of the pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in all SPS-Configs.

[0306] b) The value of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in PDSCH-Config.

[0307] c) The maximum value of RepNumR16 among all configurations.

[0308] This method specifies how to generate a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook when one or more SPS-Configs configure the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots and / or the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots in PDSCH-Config and / or RepNumR16 is configured in the time domain resource allocation table, ensuring that the UE can include HARQ-ACK feedback information for the received PDSCH in the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook under different configurations, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0309] In another embodiment, the UE may be configured with a parameter RepNumR16, which is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on a time slot. The parameter is indicated by a time domain resource allocation field in the DCI.

[0310] In the case of a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook, such as a 3GPP TS 38.213 type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, the number of repetitive transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be specified by the protocol or configured to a certain value by high-level signaling. Specifically, the number of repetitive transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be equal to the maximum of the following two values, or may be equal to one of the following two values:

[0311] a) The value of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in PDSCH-Config.

[0312] b) The maximum value of RepNumR16 among all configurations.

[0313] It should be noted that if any of the above is not configured, the default value is 1.

[0314] Alternatively, the number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be a fixed value, which may be configured through high-level signaling or specified by a protocol, for example, 8.

[0315] For example, in the pseudo code of 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, the number of repetition transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook is expressed as express.

[0317] Can be equal to the maximum of the following two values,

[0318] a) The value of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in PDSCH-Config.

[0319] b) The maximum value of RepNumR16 among all configurations.

[0320] This method specifies how to generate a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook when the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots is configured in PDSCH-Config and / or RepNumR16 is configured in the time domain resource allocation table, ensuring that the UE can include HARQ-ACK feedback information for the received PDSCH in the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook under different configurations, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0321] In another embodiment, optionally, the UE is configured with one or more activated SPS PDSCH configurations in a certain service cell c. Optionally, a certain SPS PDSCH configuration i (i is a non-negative integer) can configure the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots in SPS-Config, and the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots configured in SPS-Config for different SPS PDSCH configurations can be the same or different. If it is not configured, the pdsch-AggregationFactor defaults to 1. The pdsch-AggregationFactor in SPS-Config can be configured as 1, 2, 4 or 8.

[0322] Optionally, the UE may also be configured with a parameter RepNumR16, which is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on a time slot. The parameter is indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI.

[0323] In the case of a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook, such as the 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, since the values of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in different SPS-Configs may be different, the values of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured for SPS PDSCH and dynamically scheduled PDSCH may also be different. Generating a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook requires considering all pdsch-AggregationFactor values.

[0324] The number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be specified by the protocol or configured to a certain value through high-level signaling. Specifically, the number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be a fixed value, which may be configured by high-level signaling or specified by the protocol, for example, 1.

[0325] For example, in the pseudo code of 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, the number of repetition transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook is expressed as express.

[0326]

[0327]

[0328] May be set to 1 by the protocol. Alternatively, It can also be configured to 1 through higher-layer signaling.

[0329] In the case of scheduling the repeated transmission of PDSCH based on time slots, the PDSCH can be a dynamically scheduled PDSCH or SPS PDSCH, and the time slot interval K1 between PDSCH and PUCCH can be defined as the time slot interval between the last PDSCH repeated transmission instance and PUCCH determined according to the high-level signaling. The high-level signaling here can be a radio resource control (RRC) signaling, for example, a semi-static uplink and downlink frame structure configuration signaling. The high-level signaling here does not include physical layer signaling, for example, DCI. The following is a specific description using SPS PDSCH#1 as an example (but not limited to). For example, the number of repeated transmissions of an activated SPS PDSCH#1 is 4, the first repeated transmission instance of SPS PDSCH#1 is located in time slot 0, and the frame structure configured by the semi-static uplink and downlink frame structure configuration signaling is that time slot 0 is all downlink and time slot 1 is all flexible symbols. Time slots 2 and 3 are all uplink. Downlink data can be transmitted on downlink symbols and / or flexible symbols, but not on uplink symbols. At this time, the last repeated transmission instance of SPS PDSCH#1 determined by high-level signaling is located in time slot 1. Time slots 2 and 3 cannot transmit downlink data because they are uplink time slots. When the dynamic SFI (Slot Format Indicator) indicates that time slot 1 is uplink, the UE will not receive SPS PDSCH#1 in time slot 1. At this time, the UE determines the time slot for transmitting the PUCCH of HARQ-ACK of SPS PDSCH#1 based on the SPS PDSCH#1 and K1 that may be received in time slot 1. For example, when the SCS of the uplink time slot and the downlink time slot are the same, the time slot for transmitting the PUCCH of HARQ-ACK of SPS PDSCH#1 is 1+K1. The UE determines the position of SPS PDSCH#1 in the 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook based on the SPS PDSCH#1 that may be received in time slot 1. Specifically, the position of SPS PDSCH#1 in the 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook is determined by the position of the OFDM symbol of SPS PDSCH#1 that may be received in time slot 1.

[0330] This method specifies how to generate a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook when one or more SPS-Configs configure the number of repeated transmissions between time slots pdsch-AggregationFactor and / or the number of repeated transmissions between time slots pdsch-AggregationFactor in PDSCH-Config, ensuring that the UE can include HARQ-ACK information for the received PDSCH feedback in the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook under different configurations, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook. This method avoids the impact of physical layer signaling miss detection (e.g., DCI miss detection) on the reliability of the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook. Compared with determining the time slot of the PUCCH and its position in the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook by the last PDSCH transmission instance actually received, this method can ensure the consistency of the UE and the base station's understanding of the codebook, and ensure that the UE sends the HARQ-ACK codebook in the time slot of the PUCCH expected by the base station.

[0331] In another embodiment, optionally, the UE is configured with one or more activated SPS PDSCH configurations in a certain service cell c.

[0332] The UE may also be configured with a parameter RepNumR16, which is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on a time slot. This parameter is indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI.

[0333] When a certain SPS PDSCH configuration i is activated by a certain DCI format, for example, DCI format 1_2 or DCI format 1_1, the number of repeated transmissions between time slots of the SPS PDSCH configuration i is the value of RepNumR16 indicated in the activation DCI.

[0334] When a certain SPS PDSCH configuration i is activated by another DCI format, for example, DCI format 1_0, the number of repeated transmissions between time slots of the SPS PDSCH configuration i is 1.

[0335] In the case of a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook, such as a 3GPP TS 38.213 type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, the number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be specified by the protocol, or configured to a certain value by high-level signaling. Specifically, the number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be a fixed value, which may be configured by high-level signaling, or specified by the protocol, such as 1.

[0336] For example, in the pseudo code of 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, the number of repetition transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook is expressed as express.

[0337]

[0338]

[0339] May be set to 1 by the protocol. Alternatively, It can also be configured to 1 through higher-layer signaling.

[0340] In the case of scheduling the repeated transmission of PDSCH based on time slots, the PDSCH can be a dynamically scheduled PDSCH or SPS PDSCH, and the time slot interval K1 between PDSCH and PUCCH can be defined as the time slot interval between the last PDSCH repeated transmission instance and PUCCH determined according to the high-level signaling. Specifically, the position of SPS PDSCH#1 in the 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook is determined by the position of the OFDM symbol of SPS PDSCH#1 that may be received in time slot 1.

[0341] This method specifies a method for generating a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook when the number of times RepNumR16 that dynamically indicates the repeated transmission of PDSCH based on the time slot is configured, ensuring that the UE can include HARQ-ACK information for the received PDSCH feedback in the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook under different configurations, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0342] In another embodiment, optionally, the UE is configured with one or more activated SPS PDSCH configurations in a certain service cell c.

[0343] The UE may also be configured with a parameter RepNumR16, which is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on a time slot. This parameter is indicated by the time domain resource allocation field in the DCI.

[0344] When a certain SPS PDSCH configuration i is activated by a certain DCI format, for example, DCI format 1_2 or DCI format 1_1, the number of repeated transmissions between time slots of the SPS PDSCH configuration i is the value of RepNumR16 indicated in the activation DCI.

[0345] When a certain SPS PDSCH configuration i is activated by another DCI format, for example, DCI format 1_0, the number of repeated transmissions between time slots of the SPS PDSCH configuration i is 1.

[0346] In the case of a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook, such as the 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook needs to consider all values of RepNumR16.

[0347] The number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be specified by the protocol or configured to a certain value through high-level signaling. Specifically, the number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be equal to the maximum value of all configured RepNumR16 values.

[0348] Alternatively, the number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be a fixed value, which may be configured through high-layer signaling or specified through a protocol, for example, 16.

[0349] For example, in the pseudo code of 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, the number of repetition transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook is expressed as express.

[0350]

[0351]

[0352] It can be equal to the maximum value of all configured RepNumR16 values.

[0353] This method specifies how to generate a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook when one or more SPS-Configs configure the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots and / or the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots in PDSCH-Config and / or RepNumR16 is configured in the time domain resource allocation table, ensuring that the UE can include the received PDSCH feedback HARQ-ACK information in the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook under different configurations, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0354] In another embodiment, the UE may be configured with a parameter RepNumR16, which is a configurable parameter used to dynamically indicate the number of times the PDSCH is repeatedly transmitted based on a time slot. The parameter is indicated by a time domain resource allocation field in the DCI.

[0355] Optionally, the UE is configured with one or more activated SPS PDSCH configurations in a certain service cell c. Optionally, SPS PDSCH configuration i (i is a non-negative integer) can configure the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots in SPS-Config. The number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots configured for different SPS PDSCH configurations in SPS-Config may be different or the same. When a certain SPS PDSCH configuration i is activated by a certain DCI format, for example, DCI format 1_2 or DCI format 1_1, if SPS PDSCH configuration i is configured with the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots in sps-Config, then the number of repeated transmissions between time slots of SPS PDSCH configuration i is the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots configured in SPS-Config, otherwise the number of repeated transmissions between time slots of SPS PDSCH configuration i is RepNumR16 indicated in the activation DCI.

[0356] Alternatively, when RepNumR16 is indicated in the activation DCI, the number of repeated transmissions between time slots of SPS PDSCH configuration i is RepNumR16 indicated in the activation DCI; otherwise, when RepNumR16 is not indicated in the activation DCI and the number of repeated transmissions between time slots pdsch-AggregationFactor is configured for SPS PDSCH configuration i in sps-Config, the number of repeated transmissions between time slots of SPS PDSCH configuration i is the number of repeated transmissions between time slots pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in SPS-Config.

[0357] The pdsch-AggregationFactor in SPS-Config can be configured to 1, 2, 4 or 8.

[0358] In the case of a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook, such as the 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, since the values of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in different SPS-Configs may be different, the values of pdsch-AggregationFactor configured for SPS PDSCH and dynamically scheduled PDSCH may also be different. Generating a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook requires considering all pdsch-AggregationFactor values.

[0359] The number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be specified by the protocol or configured to a certain value through high-level signaling. Specifically, the number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be equal to the maximum of the following two values, or may be equal to one of the following two values:

[0360] a) The maximum value of the pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in all SPS-Configs.

[0361] b) The maximum value of RepNumR16 of all configurations.

[0362] It should be noted that if any of the above is not configured, the default value is 1.

[0363] Alternatively, the number of repeated transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook may be a fixed value, which may be configured through high-level signaling or specified through a protocol, for example, 8.

[0364] For example, in the pseudo code of 3GPP TS 38.213 Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, the number of repetition transmissions between PDSCH time slots for generating the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook is expressed as express.

[0365]

[0366]

[0367] Can be equal to the maximum of the following two values:

[0368] a) The maximum value of the pdsch-AggregationFactor configured in all SPS-Configs.

[0369] b) The maximum value of RepNumR16 of all configurations.

[0370] This method specifies how to generate a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook when one or more SPS-Configs configure the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots and / or the number of repeated transmissions pdsch-AggregationFactor between time slots in PDSCH-Config and / or RepNumR16 is configured in the time domain resource allocation table, ensuring that the UE can include the received PDSCH feedback HARQ-ACK information in the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook under different configurations, thereby improving the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0371] It should be noted that, in all embodiments of the present invention, the values of RepNumR16 configured for different DCI formats may be different, and the maximum value of all configured RepNumR16 values may be the maximum value of RepNumR16 configured for all DCI formats.

[0372] In another embodiment, PUCCH transmission using PUCCH format 2, PUCCH format 3, or PUCCH format 4 may be used for UCI less than or equal to 11 bits, that is, ACK +O SR +O CSI £11, need to determine n HARQ-ACK (i), n HARQ-ACK (i) is the HARQ-ACK information bit used for power control on PUCCH transmission time unit i. ACK is the number of bits in the HARQ-ACK codebook, O SR (i) is the information bit of SR; CSI (i) is the information bit of CSI. In this case, the number of UCI bits is greater than 2 and less than or equal to 11, and PUCCH adopts RM (Reed-Muller) coding. SR (i) and O CSI (i) are all 0, if n HARQ-ACK (i) = 0, which will cause the existing formula for calculating power to take the logarithm of a negative number. SR (i) is the information bit of SR; CSI (i) is the information bit of CSI. It should be noted that n HARQ-ACK (i) The number of bits in the HARQ-ACK codebook may be different. For example, when the UE is configured to receive 3 activated SPS PDSCHs, and these 3 SPS PDSCHs are cancelled by the dynamic SFI, the HARQ-ACK codebook size is 3 bits and all are NACK. For SPS PDSCH, n HARQ-ACK(i) is the number of SPS PDSCHs received by the UE, which is 0 at this time. To solve this problem, the following method can be used.

[0373] Method 1: n HARQ-ACK (i) Set a minimum value N0, which can be greater than 0, for example, N0 = 1. Specifically,

[0374] n HARQ-ACK (i) = max{n HARQ-ACK (i), N0}

[0375] Among them, max{} means taking the maximum value of the parameters in {}. Or, if n HARQ-ACK (i)=0, then n HARQ-ACK (i) = N0.

[0376] Method 2: When O SR (i) and O CSI (i) When both are 0, or SR (i)+O CSI When (i) is 0, it is n HARQ-ACK (i) Set a minimum value N0, which can be greater than 0, for example, N0 = 1. Specifically,

[0377] n HARQ-ACK (i) = max{n HARQ-ACK (i), N0}

[0378] Or, if n HARQ-ACK (i) O SR (i) and O CSI (i) are all 0, then n HARQ-ACK (i) = N0.

[0379] Or, if n HARQ-ACK (i)+O SR (i)+O CSI (i) is 0, then n HARQ-ACK (i) = N0.

[0380] Method three: Δ TF,b,f,c (i) Set a minimum value M0, Δ TF,b,f,c (i) is the PUCCH transmission power adjustment element of the uplink activated BWP of the primary carrier c. Specifically,

[0381] Δ TF,b,f,c (i) = max{Δ TF,b,f,c (i), M0}

[0382] Or, if Δ TF,b,f,c (i)=0, then Δ TF,b,f,c (i)n HARQ-ACK (i) = M0.

[0383] Method 4: When n HARQ-ACK (i), O SR (i) and O CSI (i) are all 0, or n HARQ-ACK (i)+O SR (i)+O CSI When (i) is 0, PUCCH is not sent.

[0384] Method 5: Calculate n HARQ-ACK (i) Even if the SPS PDSCH is cancelled by the dynamic SFI or dynamic scheduling DCI, it is considered that the SPS PDSCH is received. Or calculate n HARQ-ACK When (i), N SPS,c Indicates the number of SPS PDSCH received, N SPS,c It can be redefined as the number of SPS PDSCHs configured by the UE in the serving cell c that are activated and that feedback HARQ-ACK information on the same PUCCH.

[0385] This embodiment provides a solution to n HARQ-ACK (i) There are multiple methods for power control when O is 0. Methods 1, 3, 4 and 5 are relatively simple to implement and have little impact on the protocol. Compared with method 1, method 2 further improves the efficiency of power control. SR (i) and O CSI (i) When not all are 0, n HARQ-ACK (i) can be 0, which can reduce the UE transmission power. The minimum value in this embodiment can be specified by the protocol or configured by high-level signaling.

[0386] In another embodiment, a certain DCI format may indicate secondary cell dormancy. If 3GPP TS 38.213 type-2 HARQ-ACK codebook is sent on PUCCH, PUCCH format 2, PUCCH format 3, or PUCCH format 4 is used for PUCCH transmission, for UCI less than or equal to 11 bits, that is, 0 ACK +O SR +O CSI £11, need to determine n HARQ-ACK , n HARQ-ACK is the number of information bits in the HARQ-ACK codebook related to PUCCH power control. ACK is the number of bits in the HARQ-ACK codebook, OSR(i) is the information bit of SR; CSI (i) is the information bit of CSI. When no CBG (Code Block Group) retransmission is configured in any serving cell, nHARQ-ACK Determined by the following formula.

[0387]

[0388] in is the number of bits of C-DAI.

[0389] -if but It is the C-DAI value in the last DCI format detected by the UE within M PDCCH monitoring moments. This DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicate secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c.

[0390] -if, but

[0391] - If the DCI format received by the UE at the last PDCCH monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring time does not contain the T-DAI field and at least one DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate the SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c, then It is the C-DAI in the DCI format received by the UE at the last monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring times.

[0392] - If the DCI format received by the UE at the last PDCCH monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring times contains the T-DAI field and at least one DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate the SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicate the secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c, then It is the T-DAI in the DCI received by the UE at the last monitoring time instant m among the M PDCCH monitoring time instants.

[0393] - If the UE does not receive a DCI format scheduling PDSCH reception or indicating SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicating secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c within M PDCCH monitoring moments, then

[0394] -U DAI,cis the number of DCI formats received by the UE on serving cell c within M PDCCH monitoring moments, and the DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicate the sleep of any secondary cell of serving cell c. If the UE does not receive any DCI format on serving cell c within M PDCCH monitoring moments to schedule PDSCH reception or indicate SPS PDSCH release or indicate the sleep of any secondary cell, then U DAI,c =0.

[0395] - If maxNrofCodeWordsScheduledByDCI is configured as 2 and the parameter harq-ACK-SpatialBundlingPUCCH is not configured, then otherwise

[0396] - If the parameter harq-ACK-SpatialBundlingPUCCH is not configured, then It can be the number of TBs scheduled by a DCI format received in the serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring time m; if the parameter harq-ACK-SpatialBundlingPUCCH is configured, then It can be the number of PDSCHs scheduled by one DCI format received in the serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring time m. It may be the number of DCI formats indicating SPS PDSCH release or the number of DCI formats indicating secondary cell dormancy received on the serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring time m.

[0397] -N SPS,c The number of SPSPD SCHs that feedback HARQ-ACK information on the same PUCCH received by the UE on the serving cell c.

[0398] If a serving cell is configured with CBG retransmission, for each PDSCH group,

[0399] n HARQ-ACK =n HARQ-ACK,TB +n HARQ-ACK,CBG

[0400]

[0401] in

[0402] -if but It is the value of C-DAI in the last DCI format detected by the UE within M PDCCH monitoring moments. This DCI format can schedule CBG-based PDSCH reception.

[0403] -if but It is the T-DAI value in the last DCI format detected by the UE within M PDCCH monitoring moments. This DCI format can schedule CBG-based PDSCH reception.

[0404] - If the UE does not receive a DCI format scheduling CBG-based PDSCH reception within M PDCCH monitoring moments, then

[0405] - is the number of DCI formats received by the UE on serving cell c during the M PDCCH monitoring moments, which DCI format can schedule CBG-based PDSCH reception. If the UE does not receive any DCI format scheduling CBG-based PDSCH reception on serving cell c during the M PDCCH monitoring moments, then

[0406] - The number of CBGs in the CBG-based PDSCH scheduled by a DCI format received on the serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring time m, and the scheduled PDSCH feeds back HARQ-ACK information on the same PUCCH.

[0407] In this embodiment, when calculating n HARQ-ACK When the secondary cell is in sleep mode, the DCI format indicating the sleep mode of the secondary cell is counted, the performance of PUCCH power control is improved, the consistency of the understanding of PUCCH transmit power between the base station and the UE is ensured, and the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook is improved.

[0408] It should be noted that is the number of configured downlink carriers. In this embodiment, the judgment condition "if " can be replaced by "if all downlink DCI formats do not contain the T-DAI domain"; the judgment condition "if " can be replaced by "if at least one downlink DCI format contains the T-DAI domain" or "otherwise". Alternatively, in this embodiment, the judgment condition "if " can be replaced by "if all downlink DCI formats do not contain the T-DAI field of the scheduled PDSCH group"; the judgment condition "if " can be replaced by "if at least one downlink DCI format contains the T-DAI field of the scheduled PDSCH group" or "otherwise". Alternatively, the judgment condition in this embodiment is "if " can be replaced by "if When NFI-TotalDAI-Included-r16 is not configured, the UE is not configured with CORESETPoolIndex, or the UE is configured with CORESETPoolIndex and the value of CORESETPoolIndex is the same for all CORESETs, or the UE is not configured with ACKNACKFeedbackMode=JointFeedback"; Judgment condition "If " can be replaced by "otherwise". It should be noted that the above judgment conditions are not only applicable to the TB HARQ-ACK subcodebook, but also, optionally, to the CBG HARQ-ACK subcodebook.

[0409] It can also be determined by the following methods:

[0410] - If the DCI format received by the UE at the last PDCCH monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring time does not contain the T-DAI field and at least one DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate the SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c, then It is the C-DAI in the DCI format received by the UE at the last monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring times.

[0411] - If the DCI format received by the UE at the last PDCCH monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring times contains the T-DAI field and at least one DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate the SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicate the secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c, then It is the T-DAI in the DCI received by the UE at the last monitoring time instant m among the M PDCCH monitoring time instants.

[0412] - If the UE does not receive a DCI format scheduling PDSCH reception or indicating SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicating secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c within M PDCCH monitoring moments, then

[0413] It can also be determined by the following methods:

[0414] - If the DCI format received by the UE at the last monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring times does not contain the T-DAI field of the scheduled PDSCH group and at least one DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate the SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c, then It is the C-DAI in the DCI format received by the UE at the last monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring times.

[0415] - If the DCI format received by the UE at the last monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring times contains the T-DAI field of the scheduled PDSCH group and at least one DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate the SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicate the secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c, then It is the T-DAI of the scheduled PDSCH group in the DCI received by the UE at the last monitoring time instant m among the M PDCCH monitoring time instants.

[0416] - If the UE does not receive a DCI format scheduling PDSCH reception or indicating SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicating secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c within M PDCCH monitoring moments, then

[0417] It can also be determined by the following methods:

[0418] -if ,but It is the C-DAI value in the last DCI format detected by the UE within M PDCCH monitoring moments. This DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicate secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c.

[0419] -if, but

[0420] - If the DCI format received by the UE at the last monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring times does not contain the T-DAI field of the scheduled PDSCH group and at least one DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate the SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c, then It is the C-DAI in the DCI format received by the UE at the last monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring times.

[0421] - If the DCI format received by the UE at the last monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring times contains the T-DAI field of the scheduled PDSCH group and at least one DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate the SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicate the secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c, then It is the T-DAI of the scheduled PDSCH group in the DCI received by the UE at the last monitoring time instant m among the M PDCCH monitoring time instants.

[0422] - If the UE does not receive a DCI format scheduling PDSCH reception or indicating SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicating secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c within M PDCCH monitoring moments, then

[0423] By modifying the judgment conditions, it can be guaranteed under different configurations The accuracy of the value improves the performance of PUCCH power control, ensures the consistency of the understanding of PUCCH transmit power between the base station and the UE, and improves the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook. If there are two PDSCH groups, DCI format 1_1 can only contain the T-DAI of the non-scheduled PDSCH group. This solution specifies that the T-DAI for calculating power is the T-DAI of the scheduled PDSCH group. If the T-DAI of the non-scheduled PDSCH group is used to calculate the power of the scheduled group, the actual transmitted power will be greater or less than the power that should be transmitted, thereby affecting PUCCH decoding or causing additional power consumption. When a UE monitors a PDCCH in a serving cell, it can also receive two DCIs. At this time, the DCI format can contain the T-DAI field, and the T-DAI is used to calculate n HARQ-ACK It can ensure that the base station and UE are HARQ-ACK The consistency of understanding avoids the situation where the UE transmit power is too low due to DCI missed detection, and improves the reliability of PUCCH.

[0424] In another embodiment, for an enhanced dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook, for example, 3GPP TS 38.213 type-2 HARQ-ACK group codebook, the HARQ-ACK codebook may contain HARQ-ACK information for two PDSCH groups.

[0425] If the UE configures pdsch-HARQ-ACK-Codebook = enhancedDynamic-r16, the UE determines the HARQ-ACK information multiplexed in one PUCCH transmission time unit according to the following process.

[0426] g is set to the value of the PDSCH Group Index field of the last DCI format that provides the g value and indicates one PUCCH transmission time unit.

[0427] Set i(g) to the PUCCH transmission time unit indicating the multiplexed HARQ-ACK information. Set k to the value of the PDSCH-to-HARQ Feedback Timing field, if present, and provide the value of g in a DCI format.

[0428] - If the DCI format does not include the PDSCH-to-HARQ feedback timing field, set k to the value provided by dl-DataToUL-ACK

[0429] Set h(g) to the value of the first new feedback indication field in the last DCI format that provides the value of g.

[0430] h (g+1)mod2 (g) is set to the value of the second new feedback indication field in the last DCI format that provides the g value.

[0431] Will Set to the value of T-DAI indicating group (g+1) mod 2 in the last DCI format that provides the value of g.

[0432] If g = 1 and the UE detects a DCI format that does not contain a PDSCH group index field during a PDCCH reception that is subsequent to the reception of a PDCCH carrying the last DCI format, the last DCI format provides a g value and the two DCI formats indicate the same PUCCH transmission time unit, set

[0433] Set q to the value of the field of the number of PDSCH groups triggered in the last DCI format that provides the value of g.

[0434] Generate the first HARQ-ACK information of the PUCCH transmission time unit i(g) according to the method of 3GPP TS 38.213 9.1.3.1, where:

[0435] -The first HARQ-ACK information only corresponds to the detected DCI format, and provides the same g value and h(g) value, and does not provide the g value and h(g) value corresponding to the detected DCI format, but associates a same g value and h(g) value, and at least one DCI format provides a k value to indicate the time slot. It should be noted that the time slot here can be the time slot where the PUCCH transmission time unit i(g) is located.

[0436] - At least one DCI format provides h(g) values.

[0437] -m=0 corresponds to a PDCCH monitoring time, wherein the UE detects a DCI format providing a g value or being associated with a g value, and the PDCCH monitoring time is the first PDCCH monitoring time after the UE detects a PDCCH monitoring time at which another DCI format providing a different h(g) value is located. Alternatively, m=0 corresponds to a PDCCH monitoring time, wherein the UE detects a DCI format providing a g value or being associated with a g value, and the PDCCH monitoring time is the first PDCCH monitoring time after the UE detects a PDCCH monitoring time at which another DCI format providing or being associated with a different h(g) value is located.

[0438] According to the method of 3GPP TS 38.213 9.1.3.1, the first HARQ-ACK information generated for the PUCCH transmission time unit i(g) in one time slot does not include the HARQ-ACK information generated for the SPS PDSCH reception.

[0439] if or h (g+1)mod2 (h)=h((g+1)mod2), generating the second HARQ-ACK information of the PUCCH transmission time unit i((g+1)mod2) according to the method of 3GPP TS 38.213 9.1.3.1, wherein,

[0440] - The second HARQ-ACK information only provides the same (g+1) mod2 value, h((g+1) mod2) value corresponding to the detected DCI format, and does not provide the (g+1) mod2 value and the h((g+1) mod2) value corresponding to the detected DCI format but is associated with the same (g+1) mod2 value, h((g+1) mod2) value,

[0441] - Optionally, at least one DCI format provides a value of h((g+1) mod 2) or

[0442] -m=0 corresponds to a PDCCH monitoring instant, wherein the UE detects a DCI format providing a (g+1) mod2 value or is associated with a (g+1) mod2 value, and the PDCCH monitoring instant is the first PDCCH monitoring instant after the UE detects a PDCCH monitoring instant at which another DCI format providing a different h((g+1) mod2) value is located. Alternatively, m=0 corresponds to a PDCCH monitoring instant, wherein the UE detects a DCI format providing a (g+1) mod2 value or is associated with a (g+1) mod2 value, and the PDCCH monitoring instant is the first PDCCH monitoring instant after the UE detects a PDCCH monitoring instant at which another DCI format providing or being associated with a different h((g+1) mod2) value is located.

[0443] -PUCCH transmission time unit i ((g+1) mod 2) is the last PUCCH transmission time unit for multiplexing the second HARQ-ACK information, and the PUCCH transmission time unit is no later than the PUCCH transmission time unit i (g)

[0444] -if After completing the c and m cycles of generating pseudocodes for the second HARQ-ACK codebook in 3GPP TS 38.2139.1.3.1, set the two HARQ-ACK subcodebooks (if any) Or for the currently scheduled HARQ-ACK subcodebook, set Set the two HARQ-ACK subcodebooks separately At this time, the two HARQ-ACK subcodebooks Can be different from each other.

[0445] if And h (g+1)mod2 (g)≠h((g+1)mod2), set M=0, generate the second HARQ-ACK information according to the method of 3GPP TS38.213 9.1.3.1, and after completing the c and m cycles of the second HARQ-ACK codebook generating pseudocode in 3GPP TS 38.2139.1.3.1, set

[0446] According to the method of 3GPP TS 38.213 9.1.3.1, the second HARQ-ACK information generated for the PUCCH transmission time unit i ((g+1) mod 2) in one time slot does not include the HARQ-ACK information generated for the SPS PDSCH reception.

[0447] If q=0, the PUCCH transmission time unit i(g) only contains the first HARQ-ACK information.

[0448] If q=1,

[0449] If g = 1,

[0450] The first HARQ-ACK information in the PUCCH transmission time unit i(g) is located after the second HARQ-ACK information.

[0451] otherwise

[0452] The second HARQ-ACK information in the PUCCH transmission time unit i(g) is located after the first HARQ-ACK information.

[0453] The UE receives the corresponding HARQ-ACK information (if any) by appending the SPS PDSCH generated according to the method of 3GPP TS38.213 9.1.3.1 after the first HARQ-ACK information and the second HARQ-ACK information (if any).

[0454] If a DCI format indicating the time slot of PUCCH transmission does not include the new feedback indication field, the PDSCH reception scheduled by the DCI format is associated with PDSCH group 0, and the h(g) setting of the DCI format needs to be satisfied only when h(g) is provided by another DCI format, which provides the value of h(g) for PDSCH group 0 and indicates the time slot of PUCCH transmission. It should be noted that the time slot of PUCCH transmission here can be the same time slot.

[0455] It should be noted that the condition "if or h (g+1)mod2 (g) = h ((g + 1) mod 2)" can be replaced by "if or h (g+1)mod2 (g) = h((g+1) mod 2), or g = 1 and the UE detects a DCI format that does not contain a PDSCH group index field during a PDCCH reception, the PDCCH reception is located after the PDCCH reception carrying the last DCI format, the last DCI format provides a g value and the two DCI formats indicate the same PUCCH transmission time unit.

[0456] In this solution, there are two methods for generating the second HARQ-ACK information according to different conditions. (g +1)mod2(g) Whether it is empty is used as a judgment condition. When g=1 and the UE detects a DCI format that does not contain the PDSCH group index field during a PDCCH reception, the PDCCH reception is located after the PDCCH reception carrying the last DCI format. The last DCI format provides a g value and the two DCI formats indicate the same PUCCH transmission time unit, so that the second HARQ-ACK information cannot be generated correctly. This problem is solved in this scheme, and the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook is improved. In addition, when the second HARQ-ACK information is generated, the PDCCH monitoring time of m=0 is determined by associating another DCI format with a different value of h((g+1)mod2), which can also improve the flexibility of scheduling. When the second HARQ-ACK information is generated, when g=1, In the case of scheduling PDSCH group 0, when the DCI format does not include a new feedback indication field, the h of the last DCI format can be used. (g+1)mod2 (g) Determine the new feedback indicator of PDSCH group 0 as h (g+1)mod2 (g) Improved scheduling flexibility.

[0457] It should be noted that in this embodiment, if the UE receives another DCI format that does not provide a PDSCH group index field to indicate the same PUCCH transmission after the PDCCH monitoring time carrying the last DCI format, the last DCI format can be used to monitor the PDCCH group index field. To determine the second HARQ-ACK information. For example, g = 1, is 4. After the PDCCH monitoring moment carrying the last DCI format, the UE receives other DCI formats that do not provide the PDSCH group index field, indicating that the C-DAI of the same PUCCH transmission is 1. At this time, the UE can determine that j=1, and the actual number of DCIs that should be fed back is 5.

[0458] In another embodiment, for an enhanced dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook, for example, 3GPP TS 38.213 type-2 HARQ-ACK group codebook, the HARQ-ACK codebook may contain HARQ-ACK information for two PDSCH groups.

[0459] For PUCCH transmission using PUCCH format 2, PUCCH format 3, or PUCCH format 4, for UCI less than or equal to 11 bits, that is, ACK +O SR +O CSI £11, need to determine n HARQ-ACK , n HARQ-ACK is the number of information bits in the HARQ-ACK codebook related to PUCCH power control.ACK is the number of bits in the HARQ-ACK codebook, OSR(i) is the information bit of SR; CSI (i) is the information bit of CSI.

[0460]

[0461] N SPS,c is the number of SPS PDSCHs that feedback HARQ-ACK information on the same PUCCH received by the UE in the serving cell c.

[0462] When no CBG (Code Block Group) retransmission is configured in any serving cell, n HARQ-ACK,g and n HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod2 It can be determined by the following formula.

[0463]

[0464] in is the number of bits of C-DAI.

[0465] For n HARQ-ACK,g ,

[0466] -if but It is the C-DAI value in the last DCI format detected by the UE within M PDCCH monitoring moments. This DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicate secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c.

[0467] -if but

[0468] - If the DCI format received by the UE at the last PDCCH monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring time does not contain the T-DAI field and at least one DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate the SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c, then It is the C-DAI in the DCI format received by the UE at the last monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring times.

[0469] - If the DCI format received by the UE at the last PDCCH monitoring time within M PDCCH monitoring times contains the T-DAI field and at least one DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate the SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicate the secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c, then It is the T-DAI in the DCI received by the UE at the last monitoring time instant m among the M PDCCH monitoring time instants.

[0470] - If the UE does not receive a DCI format scheduling PDSCH reception or indicating SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicating secondary cell sleep of any serving cell c within M PDCCH monitoring moments, then

[0471] -U DAI,c is the number of DCI formats received by the UE on serving cell c within M PDCCH monitoring moments, and the DCI format can schedule PDSCH reception or indicate SPS PDSCH release of any serving cell c or indicate the sleep of any secondary cell of serving cell c. If the UE does not receive any DCI format on serving cell c within M PDCCH monitoring moments to schedule PDSCH reception or indicate SPS PDSCH release or indicate the sleep of any secondary cell, then U DAI,c =0.

[0472] - If maxNrofCodeWordsScheduledByDCI is configured as 2 and the parameter harq-ACK-SpatialBundlingPUCCH is not configured, then otherwise

[0473] - If the parameter harq-ACK-SpatialBundlingPUCCH is not configured, then It can be the number of TBs scheduled by a DCI format received in the serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring time m; if the parameter harq-ACK-SpatialBundlingPUCCH is configured, then It can be the number of PDSCHs scheduled by one DCI format received in the serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring time m. It may be the number of DCI formats indicating SPS PDSCH release or the number of DCI formats indicating secondary cell dormancy received on the serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring time m.

[0474] It should be noted that, unless otherwise specified, the C-DAI and T-DAI in the above formulas correspond to the C-DAI and T-DAI of the calculated PDSCH group. HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod2 With n HARQ-ACK,g The difference is that for n HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod2 ,if but if but Determination and calculation of n HARQ-ACK,g It should be noted that if g = 1 and the UE detects a DCI format that does not contain the PDSCH group index field during a PDCCH reception, and the PDCCH reception is located after the PDCCH reception carrying the last DCI format, then the last DCI format provides a g value and the two DCI formats indicate the same PUCCH transmission time unit, setting if The last DCI format can indicate T-DAI of (g+1) mod 2 groups, It can be determined by the last DCI format which can indicate the T-DAI of (g+1) mod 2 groups. It can be determined by the T-DAI (if present) or C-DAI (if T-DAI does not exist) of the scheduled (g+1) mod 2 group.

[0475] If a serving cell is configured with CBG retransmission, for each PDSCH group,

[0476] n HARQ-ACK =n HARQ-ACK,TB +n HARQ-ACK,CBG Right now

[0477] n HARQ-ACK,g =n HARQ-ACK,g,TB +n HARQ-ACK,g,CBG

[0478] n HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod2 =n HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod 2,TB +n HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod2,CBG

[0479]

[0480] in

[0481] -if ,but It is the value of C-DAI in the last DCI format detected by the UE within M PDCCH monitoring moments. This DCI format can schedule CBG-based PDSCH reception.

[0482] -if but It is the T-DAI value in the last DCI format detected by the UE within M PDCCH monitoring moments. This DCI format can schedule CBG-based PDSCH reception.

[0483] - If the UE does not receive a DCI format scheduling CBG-based PDSCH reception within M PDCCH monitoring moments, then

[0484] - is the number of DCI formats received by the UE on serving cell c within M PDCCH monitoring moments, and the DCI format can schedule CBG-based PDSCH reception. If the UE does not receive any DCI format scheduled for CBG PDSCH reception on serving cell c within M PDCCH monitoring moments,

[0485] - The number of CBGs in the CBG-based PDSCH scheduled by a DCI format received on the serving cell c at the PDCCH monitoring time m, and the scheduled PDSCH feeds back HARQ-ACK information on the same PUCCH.

[0486] It should be noted that, unless otherwise specified, the DAI in the above formula corresponds to the calculated PDSCH group. HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod2,CBG With n HARQ-ACK,g,CBG The difference is that for n HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod2,CBG ,if but if but Determination and calculation of n HARQ-ACK,CBG,g Same. Here T-DAI indicating the CBG HARQ-ACK subcodebook. The T-DAI indicating the CBG HARQ-ACK subcodebook may be the same as the T-DAI indicating the TB HARQ-ACK subcodebook, or the T-DAI indicating the CBG HARQ-ACK subcodebook may be different from the T-DAI indicating the TB HARQ-ACK subcodebook.

[0487] This embodiment designs a method for scheduling two PDSCH groups, using PUCCH format 2, PUCCH format 3, or PUCCH format 4 for PUCCH transmission, and determining the number of information bits n of the HARQ-ACK codebook related to PUCCH power control for UCI less than or equal to 11 bits. HARQ-ACK The difference between the two improves the performance of PUCCH power control, ensures the consistency of the understanding of PUCCH transmit power between the base station and the UE, and improves the reliability of the HARQ-ACK codebook.

[0488] In another embodiment, for an enhanced dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook, for example, 3GPP TS 38.213 type-2 HARQ-ACK group codebook, the HARQ-ACK codebook may contain HARQ-ACK information for two PDSCH groups.

[0489] For PUCCH transmission using PUCCH format 2, PUCCH format 3, or PUCCH format 4, for UCI less than or equal to 11 bits, that is, ACK +O SR +O CSI £11, need to determine n HARQ-ACK , n HARQ-ACK is the number of information bits in the HARQ-ACK codebook related to PUCCH power control. ACK is the number of bits in the HARQ-ACK codebook, O SR(i) is the information bit of SR; CSI (i) is the information bit of CSI.

[0490] n HARQ-ACK =n HARQ-ACK,g +n HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod2

[0491] Among them, calculate n HARQ-ACK,g and n HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod2 The method of 3GPP TS 38.213 9.1.3.1 may be followed, where for n HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod2 , N SPS,c = 0 and if but

[0492] Or, where n is calculated HARQ-ACK,g and n HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod2 The method of 3GPP TS 38.2139.1.3.1 may be followed, where for n HARQ-ACK,g , N SPS,c = 0. For n HARQ-ACK,(g+1)mod2 ,if but

[0493] This embodiment can achieve the same technical effect as the previous embodiment. This embodiment makes the most of the existing protocol and reduces the modification of the protocol. When calculating, the number of SPS PDSCH receptions is classified into group g, and for group (g+1) mod 2, N is set. SPS,c = 0. Alternatively, the number of SPS PDSCH receptions is classified into (g+1) mod 2 groups, and for group g, N is set. SPS,c =0.
