Abstract
Description
Battery support mechanism and battery heating device Technical Field
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of battery manufacturing equipment, and more specifically, to a battery support mechanism and a battery heating device. Background Art
[0002] As people become more aware of environmental protection, electric vehicles are rapidly gaining popularity in the automotive industry due to their energy-saving and environmentally friendly advantages. Electric vehicles use batteries as their power source. During the battery manufacturing process, side panels are fixed to the sides of the battery cells using a gel, and then heated to solidify the gel.
[0003] During the operation of heating the side plates of the battery, the battery is placed on a supporting mechanism that matches the battery for a certain degree of limited support, and then the side plates are heated by the heating mechanism. However, the supporting mechanism in the related art is only applicable to a single type of battery and has poor compatibility.
[0004] Summary of the Invention
[0005] The purpose of the embodiments of the present application is to provide a battery support mechanism and a battery heating device, which can improve the compatibility of the battery support mechanism and enhance the heating efficiency for batteries of various sizes.
[0006] To achieve the above objectives, the technical solution adopted in this application is:
[0007] In a first aspect, a battery support mechanism is provided, comprising: a base, a drive structure and two end plate support structures, wherein the two end plate support structures are arranged on the base at intervals along a first direction, and at least one of the two end plate support structures is transmission-connected to the drive structure so as to move along the first direction under the drive of the drive structure.
[0008] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the end plate support structure is used to support the bottom of the end plate of the battery. The two end plate support structures are respectively supported at the bottom of the end plates on both sides of the battery. Because the driving structure can drive at least one of the two end plate support structures to move, the distance between the two end plate support structures can be changed. With this arrangement, when heating batteries of different sizes, the distance between the two end plate support structures can be changed by the driving structure, so that the two end plate support structures can support the bottom of the end plates of batteries of different sizes, thereby improving the compatibility of the battery support mechanism. In other words, the battery support mechanism can support batteries of multiple different sizes. During the process of continuously heating batteries of different sizes, there is no need to replace the entire heating device or the entire battery support mechanism, thereby improving the processing efficiency of batteries of different sizes.
[0009] In some embodiments, the battery support mechanism also includes a bottom support structure, which is installed on the base. Each end plate support structure has a first support surface on the side facing away from the base, and the bottom support structure has a second support surface on the side facing away from the base. The distance between the first support surface and the base is greater than the distance between the second support surface and the base.
[0010] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the bottom support structure supports the bottom plate of the battery. Because there is a height difference between the bottom plate of the battery and the bottom of the end plate of the battery, and there is a height difference between the first support surface of the end plate support structure and the second support surface of the bottom support structure, when the end plate support structure supports the end plate of the battery, the bottom support structure can also support the bottom plate of the battery. In other words, the battery support mechanism supports a wider range of batteries and has a better support effect.
[0011] In some embodiments, the bottom support structure is detachably connected to the base.
[0012] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, since the bottom support structure is detachably connected to the base, the height difference between the first support surface and the second support surface can be changed by replacing the bottom support structure with different heights, thereby adapting to batteries of different sizes.
[0013] In some embodiments, the battery support mechanism further includes a first spacer, which is located between the bottom support structure and the base. The first spacer and the bottom support structure are both detachably connected to the base.
[0014] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the height of the bottom support structure can be changed by adding or reducing the first spacer, thereby changing the height difference between the first support surface and the second support surface, thereby adapting to batteries of different sizes.
[0015] In some embodiments, there are multiple first spacers, and the multiple first spacers are spaced apart and arranged on the base along the first direction.
[0016] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, when the bottom support structure is large in size in the first direction, different areas of the bottom support structure can be supported by multiple first spacers arranged at intervals to improve the support stability of the first spacers for the larger bottom support structure.
[0017] In some embodiments, the end plate support structure includes a support member and a first adapter member, and the support member is detachably mounted on a side of the first adapter member away from the base.
[0018] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the height difference between the first supporting surface and the second supporting surface can be changed by replacing supporting members of different heights, thereby adapting to batteries of different sizes.
[0019] In some embodiments, the battery support mechanism further includes a second spacer, the second spacer is located between the support member and the first adapter, and the second spacer, the support member and the first adapter are detachably connected.
[0020] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the height of the bottom support structure can be changed by adding or reducing the second spacer, thereby changing the height difference between the first support surface and the second support surface, thereby adapting to batteries of different sizes.
[0021] In some embodiments, the battery support mechanism further includes a position sensor configured to detect a position of the end plate support structure in the first direction.
[0022] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, in this setting method, the position of the end plate support structure can be detected by a position sensor, thereby facilitating the determination of whether the end plate support structure has moved into place.
[0023] In some embodiments, the position sensor is electrically connected to the drive structure.
[0024] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the position information detected by the position sensor is transmitted to the driving structure, and the driving structure controls whether the end plate supporting structure moves according to the position information of the end plate supporting structure, which has a high degree of intelligence.
[0025] In some embodiments, there are multiple position sensors, which are installed on the base at intervals along the first direction. A trigger is provided on the end plate support structure that is transmission-connected to the drive structure, and the trigger can trigger any position sensor.
[0026] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the moving position of the end plate support structure can be determined based on the position of the triggered position sensor, and the cost of this position sensor is relatively low.
[0027] In some embodiments, the position sensor is installed on the side of the base away from the end plate support structure. The base is provided with a first through hole, and the trigger member passes through the first through hole. One end of the trigger member is connected to the end plate support structure, and the other end is the trigger end. The trigger end and the position sensor are located on the same side of the base, and the trigger member can move along the first direction relative to the first through hole.
[0028] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the position sensor and the end plate support structure are respectively located on opposite sides of the base, which is convenient for layout and installation.
[0029] In some embodiments, the battery support mechanism further includes a limiting structure, and in the first direction, the limiting structure is installed on at least one side of the end plate support structure that is transmission-connected to the driving structure.
[0030] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the setting of the limiting structure can limit the maximum moving distance of the end plate support structure in at least one direction to a certain extent.
[0031] In some embodiments, there are two limiting structures. In the first direction, limiting structures are respectively provided on both sides of the end plate support structure transmission-connected to the driving structure.
[0032] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the two limiting structures can limit the movement range of the end plate support structure in the first direction.
[0033] In some embodiments, the limiting structure includes a first structural member and a second structural member, the first structural member is installed on the base, the second structural member is located between the first structural member and the end plate support structure, and the second structural member is detachably connected to the first structural member.
[0034] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the maximum movement distance of the end plate support structure in the direction toward the limiting structure can be changed by replacing the second structural members of different sizes.
[0035] In some embodiments, the battery support mechanism further includes a third spacer, which is located between the first structural member and the second structural member. The third spacer and the first structural member are both detachably connected to the second structural member.
[0036] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the maximum movement distance of the end plate support structure in the direction toward the limiting structure can be changed by adding or reducing the third spacer.
[0037] In some embodiments, the driving structure includes a driving assembly that is drivingly connected to one of the end plate support structures to drive the end plate support structure to move along a first direction to approach or move away from the other end plate support structure.
[0038] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, after changing the model of the battery to be supported, the drive assembly drives one end plate support structure to move closer to or away from the other end plate support structure, thereby changing the distance between the two end plate support structures. In this movement method, only one drive assembly needs to be activated, and the adjustment process is simple.
[0039] In some embodiments, the drive structure includes two drive components, which are respectively connected to the two end plate support structures in a one-to-one transmission manner. The drive components can drive the corresponding end plate support structure to move along the first direction to approach or move away from the other end plate support structure.
[0040] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, both end plate support structures can move toward or away from each other, so that batteries of different sizes can be supported in a relatively more central position in the battery support mechanism.
[0041] In a second aspect, the present application provides a battery heating device, which includes the battery support mechanism in the above embodiment.
[0042] Since the battery heating device includes the above-mentioned support mechanism, it has at least all the beneficial effects of the above-mentioned support mechanism, which will not be described in detail here.

[0067] In the description of the present application, “plurality” means two or more, unless otherwise clearly defined.
[0068] As environmental pollution worsens, people's environmental awareness is growing. The rapid rise of the new energy industry, meanwhile, has provided ample room for the application and development of lithium-ion batteries. Lithium-ion batteries, with their high energy density, long cycle life, and excellent charge and discharge rate performance, have gained widespread application. An increasing number of electrical devices, such as mobile phones, laptops, power tools, and electric vehicles, are choosing lithium-ion batteries as their power source. These batteries are generally referred to as power batteries, hereinafter referred to as batteries.
[0069] During the manufacturing process of the battery 50, the battery 50 needs to be limited and supported in some operations. As shown in Figure 1, taking the battery 50 as a battery module 50 as an example, the battery 50 has a length direction, a width direction, and a height direction that are arranged perpendicularly in pairs. The battery 50 includes an end plate 51, a side plate 52, and a battery cell 53. The battery 50 includes a battery cell 53. The end plate 51 and the side plate 52 are arranged to form a storage area, and the battery cell 53 is located in the storage area. There are two end plates 51 and two side plates 52. The two end plates 51 are spaced apart along the length direction, and the two side plates 52 are spaced apart along the width direction. The storage area can accommodate one or more battery cells 53. When there are multiple battery cells 53, the multiple battery cells 53 can be connected in series, in parallel, or in mixed connection. Mixed connection means that the multiple battery cells 53 are both connected in series and in parallel. The multiple battery cells 53 can be directly connected in series, in parallel, or in mixed connection, and then the whole composed of the multiple battery cells 53 is accommodated in the storage area. The battery 50 may further include a bottom plate. When the battery 50 includes the bottom plate, the bottom plate, the end plate 51 and the side plate 52 are jointly arranged to form a receiving area, and the battery 50 is located on one side in the height direction.
[0070] It is worth noting that when the battery 50 includes a bottom plate, the bottom surface of the battery 50 is defined as the side of the bottom plate facing away from the battery cell 53. When the battery 50 does not include a bottom plate, the bottom surface of the battery 50 is defined as one of the two sides on which the battery cells 53 are spaced apart in the height direction of the battery 50.
[0071] In some batteries 50, there is a height difference between the bottom surface of the end plate 51 and the bottom surface of the battery 50, that is, a step surface is formed between the end plate 51 and the battery cell 53 or the bottom plate. When the battery 50 is placed on a table and the bottom surface of the battery 50 is in contact with the table, there is a certain gap between the bottom surface of the end plate 51 and the table. When the battery 50 is supported by the battery 50 support mechanism, the battery 50 support mechanism includes a base and two structural members fixedly mounted on the base for supporting the bottom surface of the end plate 51. Due to the height difference between the bottom surface of the end plate 51 and the bottom surface of the battery 50, that is, the two structural members are respectively located on both sides of the battery 50 in the longitudinal direction, the two structural members also play a role in limiting the length of the battery 50.
[0072] In some cases, the same equipment will be used to process different types of batteries 50, and different types of batteries 50 will have different sizes. When different types of batteries 50 are different in the length direction, the distance between the two end plates 51 is different, and these two different types of batteries 50 cannot be supported by the same battery 50 support mechanism. The battery 50 with a larger distance between the two end plates 51 is called a large-size battery 50, and the battery 50 with a smaller distance between the two end plates 51 is called a small-size battery 50. If a battery 50 support structure suitable for limiting support of large-size batteries 50 is used to support small-size batteries 50, the two structural members cannot contact the end plates 51 on both sides of the small-size battery 50 at the same time, and can only contact one side of the end plate 51 at most, which cannot play a good supporting role and cannot play a limiting role. If a battery 50 support structure adapted for limiting the support of a small-size battery 50 is used to support a large-size battery 50, the two structural members cannot contact the two side end plates 51 of the large-size battery 50 at the same time. When one structural member is supported under one side end plate 51, the other structural member contacts the bottom plate of the large-size battery 50, that is, the large-size battery 50 is supported in an inclined state, which is not conducive to subsequent operations.
[0073] Research has found that since the same battery 50 support mechanism cannot be adapted to batteries 50 of different sizes, in the process of continuously heating batteries 50 of different models and sizes, when the model of the battery 50 to be processed is changed, the battery 50 support mechanism that has been fixed in the battery 50 heating device needs to be removed and replaced with a battery 50 support mechanism that is adapted to the battery 50 model to be replaced. On the one hand, the time required to replace the battery 50 support mechanism is relatively long, resulting in a long pause in the battery 50 heating program, affecting the battery 50 processing efficiency; on the other hand, in order to adapt to batteries 50 of different models and sizes, a variety of different battery 50 support mechanisms need to be manufactured and stored, and the production cost and storage cost of the battery 50 support mechanism are relatively high.
[0074] Based on the above considerations, in order to solve the problem of poor compatibility of the battery support mechanism with batteries of different sizes, the embodiments of the present application provide a battery support mechanism and a battery heating device. The distance between the two end plate support structures in the battery support mechanism can be adjusted to adapt to batteries of different sizes, thereby improving the compatibility of the battery support mechanism. The battery heating device includes the above-mentioned battery support mechanism, so when heating batteries of different sizes, it is only necessary to adjust the distance between the two end plate support structures without replacing the entire battery support mechanism. This shortens the battery replacement process time and improves efficiency. In addition, there is no need to produce and store multiple battery support mechanisms, which reduces storage costs.
[0075] The battery support mechanism provided in this embodiment can be applied not only to a battery heating device, but also to other devices that process batteries, so as to support the battery and limit the battery in its length direction.
[0076] For ease of description, the following text will take the application of the battery support mechanism in the battery heating device as an example for further explanation.
[0077] In this embodiment, the length direction of the battery is defined as the X direction, the width direction of the battery is defined as the Y direction, and the height direction of the battery is defined as the Z direction.
[0078] As shown in FIG2 , the battery heating device 1 provided in this embodiment includes a frame 10, a battery support mechanism 30, a heating mechanism 20, and a terminal post pressurizing mechanism 40. The battery support mechanism 30, the heating mechanism 20, and the terminal post pressurizing mechanism 40 are all mounted on the frame 10, which provides mounting space for the battery support mechanism 30, the heating mechanism 20, and the terminal post pressurizing mechanism 40. Along the Y direction, the heating mechanism 20 and the terminal post pressurizing mechanism 40 are respectively disposed on either side of the battery support mechanism 30. The heating mechanisms 20 located on either side of the battery support mechanism 30 can move relative to the frame 10 in the Y direction, moving closer to or further away from each other. This allows the heating mechanisms 20 to contact the side plates 52 of the battery 50 to heat the side plates 52. The heating mechanisms 20 can also pressurize the side plates 52 of the battery 50. The terminal post pressurizing mechanism 40 can move relative to the frame 10 in the Y direction and in the Z direction. Optionally, the terminal post pressing mechanism 40 may be mounted on the heating mechanism 20 and may move relative to the heating mechanism 20 in the Z direction. In the Y direction, the terminal post pressing mechanism 40 moves synchronously with the heating mechanism 20. The terminal post pressing mechanism 40 is used to press against the terminal post of the battery 50.
[0079] As shown in Figure 2, the heating mechanism 20 includes a heating element and a heat-conducting element. The heat-conducting element is in contact with the heating element. The heat of the heating element can be transferred to the battery 50 via the heat-conducting element, and the heat-conducting element can be in contact with the battery 50. The heat-conducting element is provided with an avoidance hole 21, and the avoidance hole 21 is used to avoid the protruding structure on the side plate 52 of the battery 50. A plurality of avoidance holes 21 can be provided on the heat-conducting element, and the shapes and sizes of different avoidance holes 21 can be the same or different. The position, number, shape and size of the avoidance holes 21 on the heat-conducting element can be set according to the side plates 52 of the various batteries 50 to be heated to improve the compatibility of the heating mechanism 20.
[0080] In one feasible embodiment, the heat conducting element comprises a heat conducting plate and a gasket that fit together. The heat conducting plate is positioned between the heating element and the gasket, and the gasket is made of a thermally conductive soft material. There are multiple avoidance holes, each comprising at least one avoidance through hole and at least one avoidance blind hole. In the Y direction, the avoidance through hole penetrates the gasket and at least a portion of the heat conducting plate, while the avoidance blind hole is provided in the gasket. The provision of the avoidance through hole and the avoidance blind hole allows for avoidance of protrusions of varying sizes on the side panel 52 in the Y direction.
[0081] As shown in Figure 3, the battery support mechanism 30 includes: a base 100, a driving structure 200 and two end plate support structures 300. The two end plate support structures 300 are arranged on the base 100 at intervals along the first direction. At least one of the two end plate support structures 300 is transmission-connected to the driving structure 200 so as to move along the first direction under the drive of the driving structure 200.
[0082] The first direction is a direction arranged at a certain angle with the width direction of the battery 50 and is relatively perpendicular to the height direction of the battery 50. With this arrangement, when the battery 50 is located between the two end plate support structures 300, as the two end plate support structures 300 move along the first direction, the two end plate support structures 300 may move closer to or farther away from the battery 50 in the X direction, while their positions in the Z direction remain unchanged. For example, the first direction may be the length direction of the battery 50, that is, the first direction is the X direction. As the two end plate support structures 300 move along the first direction, the two end plate support structures 300 move closer to or farther away from the battery 50 in the X direction.
[0083] The base 100 is used to mount the end plate support structure 300, which is movable relative to the base 100 in the X-direction. The base 100 can be a plate-like structure, a frame structure, or other structural forms. The base 100 is connected to the frame 10. The connection between the base 100 and the frame 10 can be fixed or removable. Fixed connections can be achieved through bonding or welding, while removable connections can be achieved through screwing or clamping.
[0084] The drive structure 200 is used to provide power for movement of at least one end plate support structure 300 along the X-direction. That is, the drive structure 200 can be in driving connection with one of the end plate support structures 300, and by driving the end plate support structure 300 to move along the X-direction, the end plate support structure 300 can be moved closer to or farther from the other end plate support structure 300, thereby changing the distance between the two end plate support structures 300. Alternatively, the drive structure 200 can be in driving connection with both end plate support structures 300, and can drive only one of the end plate support structures 300 to move along the X-direction to move the end plate support structure 300 closer to or farther from the other end plate support structure 300, or can drive both end plate support structures 300 to move along the X-direction to change the distance between the two end plate support structures 300.
[0085] The end plate support structure 300 is used to support the end plate 51 of the battery 50. The end plate support structure 300 can have various structural forms, such as block, mesh, or frame. An end plate support structure 300 can be a single-piece structure or composed of multiple connected parts. The shape and size of the end plate support structure 300 can be determined based on the shape and size of the bottom surface of the end plate 51 of the battery 50 it supports. The shapes of the two end plate support structures 300 can be the same or different. The sizes of the two end plate support structures 300 can be the same or different.
[0086] As shown in Figures 3 and 4 , the end plate support structures 300 are used to support the bottom of the end plates 51 of the battery 50. Two end plate support structures 300 are supported on the bottom of the end plates 51 on either side of the battery 50. Because the driving structure 200 can drive at least one of the two end plate support structures 300 to move, the distance between the two end plate support structures 300 can be changed. With this arrangement, when heating batteries 50 of different sizes, the driving structure 200 can change the distance between the two end plate support structures 300, allowing the two end plate support structures 300 to support the bottom of the end plates 51 of batteries 50 of different sizes. This improves the compatibility of the battery support mechanism 30. Specifically, the battery support mechanism 30 can support multiple batteries 50 of different sizes. During the continuous heating process of batteries 50 of different sizes, there is no need to replace the entire heating device or the entire battery support mechanism 30, thereby improving the processing efficiency of batteries 50 of different sizes. As shown in Figures 4 and 5 , the end plate support structure 300 supports two batteries 50 of different lengths. In FIG4 , the battery 50 is longer, and the distance between the two end plate support structures 300 is larger. The two end plate support structures 300 are respectively located below the two end plates 51 of the battery 50, thereby supporting the two end plates 51. In FIG5 , the battery 50 is shorter. During the battery replacement process, the driving structure 200 moves at least one of the two end plate support structures 300 relative to the base 100 to shorten the distance between the two end plate support structures 300. This allows the two end plate support structures 300 to support the end plates 51 on both sides of the shorter battery 50, thereby adapting to the replaced battery 50. It is worth noting that battery remodeling refers to the subsequent processing of batteries 50 to another model of batteries 50. For example, the batteries 50 originally processed are batteries 50 of a larger model, and after the processing of this batch of batteries 50 is completed, the batteries 50 to be processed subsequently are batteries 50 of a smaller model. The process of adjusting the equipment from being suitable for the previous model of batteries 50 to being suitable for other models of batteries 50 to be processed subsequently is battery remodeling.
[0087] As shown in Figures 5 to 8, in some embodiments, the battery support mechanism 30 further includes a bottom support structure 400, which is mounted on the base 100. As shown in Figure 5, each end plate support structure 300 has a first support surface 340 on the side facing away from the base 100, and a second support surface 410 on the side facing away from the base 100. The distance between the first support surface 340 and the base 100 is greater than the distance between the second support surface 410 and the base 100. It is worth noting that the distance between the first support surface 340 and the base 100 and the distance between the second support surface 410 and the base 100 are both distances in the Z direction. In other words, there is a height difference H between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410, or in other words, there is a spacing in the Z direction between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410, which is the height difference H.
[0088] The bottom support structure 400 is used to support the bottom surface of the battery 50. The bottom support structure 400 is installed on the base 100. The bottom support structure 400 and the base 100 can be fixedly connected or detachably connected. The bottom support structure 400 and the base 100 can also be an integral structure. The number of bottom support structures 400 can be one or more. When the number of bottom support structures 400 is multiple, the multiple bottom support structures 400 are spaced apart on the base 100. For example, in Figure 3, the number of bottom support structures 400 is two, and the two bottom support structures 400 are spaced apart along the Y direction. The length direction of the bottom support structure 400 is the X direction, so as to increase the support area for the bottom surface of the battery. In one configuration, a portion of the end plate support structure 300 is located above the bottom support structure 400. The projection of the end plate support structure 300 on the base 100 partially covers the bottom support structure 400, and the length of the bottom support structure 400 is greater than the maximum distance between the two end plate support structures 300. In this configuration, when a battery 50 is placed on the battery support mechanism 30, both end plates 51 of the battery 50 are supported on the two end plate support structures 300, and at least a portion of the battery bottom surface along the X direction contacts the bottom support structure 400. This means that the bottom support structure 400 can accommodate the bottom plates of batteries 50 of various sizes.
[0089] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the bottom surface support structure 400 supports the bottom surface of the battery. Because there is a height difference between the bottom surface of the battery and the bottom of the end plate 51 of the battery 50, and there is a height difference H between the first support surface 340 of the end plate support structure 300 and the second support surface 410 of the bottom surface support structure 400, when the end plate support structure 300 supports the end plate 51 of the battery 50, the bottom surface support structure 400 can also support the bottom surface of the battery. In other words, the battery support mechanism 30 provides a wider range of support for the battery 50, and the support effect is better.
[0090] In some embodiments, the bottom support structure 400 is detachably connected to the base 100. Because the bottom support structure 400 is detachably connected to the base 100, the height difference between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410 can be changed by replacing bottom support structures 400 of different heights, thereby accommodating batteries 50 of different sizes. Different battery models 50 may have different height differences between the end plates 51 and the bottom plate. This configuration allows for the replacement of bottom support structures 400 of different heights to accommodate batteries 50 with different height differences. For example, when the height difference between the end plates 51 and the bottom surface of the battery 50 is small, a taller bottom support structure 400 is used; when the height difference between the end plates 51 and the bottom surface of the battery 50 is large, a shorter bottom support structure 400 is used.
[0091] In an optional embodiment, the bottom support structure 400 includes a transverse plate and a longitudinal plate. The longitudinal plate is arranged on the transverse plate, and an installation area is provided on the transverse plate. That is, the transverse plate is in direct contact with and connected to the base 100, and the longitudinal plate is used to contact the bottom surface of the battery to support the battery 50. The longitudinal plate and the transverse plate can be an integral structure, manufactured by an integral molding process. The provision of the transverse plate, on the one hand, facilitates the layout of the installation area, and on the other hand, increases the contact area between the bottom support structure 400 and the base 100, improves the connection stability, and enhances the support stability of the bottom support structure 400 for the battery 50. The longitudinal plate and the transverse plate can be connected to form a T-shaped structure, an L-shaped structure, etc.
[0092] In a specific embodiment, the mounting area is provided with a through hole, which penetrates the transverse plate along the Z direction, and is used for a locking member to pass through to connect the transverse plate to the base 100. The locking member can be a bolt, a locking pin, a spline or the like.
[0093] As shown in FIG6 , in some embodiments, the battery support mechanism 30 further includes a first spacer 110 , which is located between the bottom support structure 400 and the base 100 . The first spacer 110 and the bottom support structure 400 are both detachably connected to the base 100 .
[0094] The first spacer 110 is used to change the distance between the second support surface 410 on the bottom support structure 400 and the base 100, so as to change the height difference H between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410. The first spacer 110 is a sheet-like rigid structure, such as a metal sheet. In the Z direction, one or more first spacers 110 may be provided between the bottom support structure 400 and the base 100, or no first spacer 110 may be provided. That is to say, during the battery replacement process, the height of the bottom support structure 400 can be changed by adding or reducing the first spacer 110, thereby changing the height difference between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410, so as to adapt to different models of batteries 50.
[0095] In an optional configuration, a through-hole may be provided on the first spacer 110. A locking member for mounting the bottom support structure 400 passes through the through-hole in the bottom support structure 400, then passes through the through-hole in the first spacer 110, and then locks onto the base 100, thereby connecting the bottom support structure 400, the first spacer 110, and the base 100. During disassembly, the locking member is removed to remove the first spacer 110 from between the base 100 and the bottom support structure 400, or to add more first spacers 110.
[0096] In the first direction, one or more first spacers 110 may be disposed between a bottom support structure 400 and the base 100. When there are multiple first spacers 110, the multiple first spacers 110 are spaced apart on the base 100 along the first direction. When the bottom support structure 400 is large in the first direction, the multiple spacers 110 can be spaced apart to support different areas of the bottom support structure 400, thereby improving the support stability of the first spacers 110 for the larger bottom support structure 400. By disposing the first spacers 110 in different areas of the bottom support structure 400 in the first direction, the multiple first spacers 110 can elevate the entire bottom support structure 400 by a certain distance. Compared to placing the first spacers 110 in contact with the entire bottom surface of the bottom support structure 400, this arrangement achieves nearly the same support effect, while requiring relatively less material to produce the first spacers 110, thus saving costs.
[0097] As shown in Figure 7, when no first spacer 110 is provided between the bottom support structure 400 and the base 100, the height difference between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410 is H1. As shown in Figure 8, in the Z direction, when a first spacer 110 is added between the bottom support structure 400 and the base 100, the height difference between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410 is H2. H2 is less than H1, and H2 is smaller than H1 by approximately the height of one first spacer 110. If more first spacers 110 are added between the bottom support structure 400 and the base 100 in the Z direction, the distance between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410 is further reduced. When the first spacer 110 is provided, within the adjustable range of the first spacer 110, the bottom support structure 400 does not need to be replaced, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the battery support mechanism 30.
[0098] As shown in FIG. 9 , in some embodiments, the end plate support structure 300 includes a support member 310 and a first adapter member 320 . The support member 310 is detachably mounted on a side of the first adapter member 320 away from the base 100 .
[0099] If one of the two end plate support structures 300 is in transmission connection with the drive structure 200 and the other is fixedly connected to the base 100, then in the end plate support structure 300 in transmission connection with the drive structure 200, the first adapter 320 is slidably assembled on the base 100, and the support member 310 is detachably mounted on the first adapter 320. The drive structure 200 is in transmission connection with at least one of the first adapter 320 and the support member 310 to drive the first adapter 320 and the support member 310 to move synchronously. In the end plate support structure 300 in fixed connection with the base 100, the first adapter 320 is fixedly mounted on the base 100, and the support member 310 is detachably mounted on the first adapter 320. If both end plate support structures 300 are transmission-connected to the drive structure 200, then in both end plate support structures 300, the first adapter 320 is slidably assembled on the base 100, and the support member 310 is detachably mounted on the first adapter 320. The drive structure 200 is transmission-connected to at least one of the first adapter 320 and the support member 310 in the same end plate support structure 300 to drive the first adapter 320 and the support member 310 in the same end plate support structure 300 to move synchronously. As can be seen from the above, in the end plate support structure 300, the first adapter 320 is used to be mounted on the base 100, and the support member 310 is used to contact the end plate 51 of the battery 50 to support the end plate 51. Since the support member 310 is detachably mounted on the first adapter 320, the height difference between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410 can be changed by replacing the support member 310 with a different height, thereby adapting to batteries 50 of different sizes. The higher the height of the support member 310 is, the greater the height difference between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410 is.
[0100] Please continue to refer to Figure 9. In some embodiments, the battery support mechanism 30 further includes a second spacer 120. The second spacer 120 is located between the support member 310 and the first adapter 320. The second spacer 120, the support member 310 and the first adapter 320 are detachably connected.
[0101] The second spacer 120 is used to change the distance between the first support surface 340 and the base 100, so as to change the height difference between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410. The second spacer 120 is a sheet-like rigid structure, such as a metal sheet. In the Z direction, one or more second spacers 120 may be provided between the support member 310 and the first adapter 320, or no second spacer 120 may be provided. In other words, during the battery replacement process, the height of the end plate support structure 300 can be changed by adding or reducing the second spacers 120, thereby changing the height difference H between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410, so as to adapt to different models of batteries 50. When the second spacer 120 is provided, within the adjustable range of the second spacer 120, there is no need to replace the support member 310, thereby saving the manufacturing cost of the battery support mechanism 30.
[0102] Only one of the first spacer 110 and the second spacer 120 can be set, or both can be set. That is, the distance between the second support surface 410 and the base 100 can be changed by increasing or decreasing the number of the first spacer 110 in the Z direction, thereby changing the distance between the second support surface 410 and the first support surface 340; the distance between the first support surface 340 and the base 100 can be changed by increasing or decreasing the number of the second spacer 120 in the Z direction, thereby changing the distance between the second support surface 410 and the first support surface 340; or, the number of the first spacer 110 and the second spacer 120 in the Z direction can be increased or decreased respectively to change the distance between the second support surface 410 and the first support surface 340. When the number of first spacers 110 decreases and the number of second spacers 120 increases, the distance between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410 increases more. When the number of first spacers 110 increases and the number of second spacers 120 decreases, the distance between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410 decreases more. Providing both the first spacers 110 and the second spacers 120 allows for a wider range of adjustment for the distance between the first support surface 340 and the second support surface 410.
[0103] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG10 , the battery support mechanism 30 further includes a position sensor 140 for detecting the position of the end plate support structure 300 in the first direction. The position sensor 140 can detect the position of the end plate support structure 300, thereby facilitating determination of whether the end plate support structure 300 has moved into position. For example, a position in the X direction can be used as the initial position of the end plate support structure 300. After the end plate support structure 300 has moved, the distance moved by the end plate support structure 300 is detected to determine the position of the end plate support structure 300 in the X direction. Alternatively, the position sensor 140 can directly detect the distance between two end plate support structures 300 to determine whether the positions of the two end plate support structures 300 meet the requirements. For example, an infrared ranging sensor can be used to detect the distance between the two end plate support structures 300. Alternatively, multiple trigger positions can be set along the X direction. The movable end plate support structure 300 can trigger the position sensor 140 at the trigger position, and the triggered position sensor 140 can be used to determine the movement position of the end plate support structure 300 in the first direction.
[0104] In some embodiments, the position sensor 140 is electrically connected to the drive structure 200. The position information detected by the position sensor 140 is transmitted to the drive structure 200, and the drive structure 200 controls whether the end plate support structure 300 moves according to the position information of the end plate support structure 300, which has a high degree of intelligence. The position sensor 140 can be directly electrically connected to the drive structure 200 to send the position information directly to the drive structure 200, and the drive structure 200 performs the operation of controlling the end plate support structure 300 to move or stop moving according to the received position information. Exemplarily, when the drive structure 200 needs to control the end plate support structure 300 to move to position X1 so that the distance between the two end plate support structures 300 is L1, if the position information feedback by the position sensor 140 represents that the end plate support structure 300 has moved to position X1, or represents that the distance between the two end plate support structures 300 is L1, the drive structure 200 stops driving the end plate support structure 300 to move so that the two end plate support structures 300 remain at a position L1 apart.
[0105] In some embodiments, there are multiple position sensors 140, each of which is installed on the base 100 at intervals along the first direction. A trigger member 330 is provided on the end plate support structure 300, which is transmission-connected to the drive structure 200. The trigger member 330 can trigger any of the position sensors 140. The position sensor 140 can be a photoelectric sensor, such as a slot-type photoelectric sensor. For example, as shown in FIG10 , within the range of movement of the end plate support structure 300 that is movable relative to the base 100, three position sensors 140 are spaced apart along the X direction. These three position sensors 140 can identify at least three different types of batteries 50. When supporting the first type of battery 50, the movable end plate support structure 300 is located in position one. When the end plate support structure 300 is in position one, the trigger member 330 causes one of the position sensors 140 to be in a triggered state, while the other two position sensors 140 are in a non-triggered state. When supporting the second type of battery 50, the movable end plate support structure 300 is located in position 2. When the end plate support structure 300 is in position 2, the trigger member 330 causes another position sensor 140 to be in a triggered state, while the other two position sensors 140 are in a non-triggered state. When supporting the third type of battery 50, the movable end plate support structure 300 is located in position 3. When the end plate support structure 300 is in position 3, the trigger member 330 causes the third position sensor 140 to be in a triggered state, while the remaining two position sensors 140 are in a non-triggered state. When the battery 50 is switched from the first model to the second model, the drive mechanism 200 drives the end plate support structure 300 from position 1 to position 2. Before the movement is complete, the position sensors 140 corresponding to position 2 are all in a non-triggered state. When the trigger member 330 triggers the position sensor 140 corresponding to position 2, the drive mechanism 200 stops driving the end plate support structure 300, causing the end plate support structure 300 to remain in position 2. In this design, the position of the end plate support structure 300 can be determined based on the location of the triggered position sensor 140. Therefore, a slot-type photoelectric sensor can be used as the position sensor 140, which is relatively low-cost.
[0106] In some embodiments, the position sensor 140 can be installed on the same side of the base 100 as the end plate support structure 300, so that the top surface height of the position sensor 140 is lower than the height of the second support surface 410, that is, when the battery support mechanism 30 is used to support the battery 50, the position sensor 140 is located below the battery 50.
[0107] Alternatively, in other embodiments, as shown in Figure 10, the position sensor 140 is installed on the side of the base 100 away from the end plate support structure 300, the base 100 is provided with a first through hole 150, the trigger member 330 passes through the first through hole 150, one end of the trigger member 330 is connected to the end plate support structure 300, and the other end is the trigger end, the trigger end and the position sensor 140 are located on the same side of the base 100, and the trigger member 330 can move along the first direction relative to the first through hole 150.
[0108] The trigger member 330 is used to switch the position sensor 140 from a non-trigger state to a trigger state. When the position sensor 140 is a slot-type photoelectric sensor, the position sensor 140 has a groove, and the two sides of the groove are respectively a transmitting end and a receiving end. When the trigger member 330 moves into the groove, it blocks the light emitted from the transmitting end to the receiving end. When the receiving end does not receive the light, the position sensor 140 switches to the trigger state. As shown in Figure 11, in an optional embodiment, the trigger member 330 includes a main body 332 and a trigger part 331. One end of the main body 332 is connected to the end plate support structure 300, and the other end passes through the first through hole 150 along the Z direction and is connected to the trigger part 331. The trigger part 331 can extend into the groove of the position sensor 140 to trigger the position sensor 140. The structural shape of the main body 332 needs to be set according to the relative position of the end plate support structure 300 and the trigger part 331.
[0109] The position sensor 140 and the end plate support structure 300 are respectively located on opposite sides of the base 100. On the one hand, there is no need to avoid the bottom structure of the battery 50, which facilitates layout design. On the other hand, there is a larger installation space on the other side of the base 100, which facilitates the installation or maintenance of the position sensor 140.
[0110] As shown in FIG12 , in some embodiments, the battery support mechanism 30 further includes a limiting structure 500. In a first direction, the limiting structure 500 is mounted on at least one side of the end plate support structure 300, which is in transmission connection with the drive structure 200. In the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the provision of the limiting structure 500 can, to a certain extent, limit the maximum travel distance of the end plate support structure 300 in at least one direction.
[0111] For example, a limiting structure 500 may be provided on a side of an end plate support structure 300 that is transmission-connected to the drive structure 200 and close to the other end plate support structure 300, while no limiting structure 500 is provided on the other side of the end plate support structure 300. In this arrangement, the limiting structure 500 may limit the maximum distance that the end plate support structure 300 can move in a direction close to the other end plate support structure 300, that is, it is used to define the shortest distance between the two end plate support structures 300. Alternatively, a limiting structure 500 may be provided on a side of an end plate support structure 300 that is transmission-connected to the drive structure 200 and away from the other end plate support structure 300, while no limiting structure 500 is provided on the other side of the end plate support structure 300. In this arrangement, the limiting structure 500 may limit the maximum distance that the end plate support structure 300 can move in a direction away from the other end plate support structure 300, that is, it is used to define the longest distance between the two end plate support structures 300.
[0112] Alternatively, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG12 , there are two limiting structures 500 . In the first direction, a limiting structure 500 is provided on either side of the end plate support structure 300 that is transmission-connected to the drive structure 200 . The two limiting structures 500 can limit the range of movement of the end plate support structure 300 located between them in the first direction. Alternatively, the limiting structures 500 can also limit the position of the end plate support structure 300 . That is, when the end plate support structure 300 contacts the limiting structure 500 on one side, it is in position three. When the end plate support structure 300 is in position three, the battery support mechanism 30 can be used to support a certain type of battery 50 . When the end plate support structure 300 moves to contact the limiting structure 500 on the other side, it is in position four. When the end plate support structure 300 is in position four, the battery support mechanism 30 can be used to support a different type of battery 50 .
[0113] The limiting structure 500 can be an integrally formed structure or a structure formed by connecting multiple structural parts. When there are two limiting structures 500, the two limiting structures 500 can be of the same structure or different structures.
[0114] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 12, the limiting structure 500 includes a first structural member 510 and a second structural member 520. The first structural member 510 is installed on the base 100, and the second structural member 520 is located between the first structural member 510 and the end plate support structure 300. The second structural member 520 is detachably connected to the first structural member 510.
[0115] In the X-direction, the second structural member 520 is mounted on a side of the first structural member 510 that is close to the end plate support structure 300, and the end plate support structure 300 can contact the second structural member 520. Because the first structural member 510 and the second structural member 520 are detachably connected, different second structural members 520 can be replaced. Different second structural members 520 have different sizes in the X-direction, so that when contacting second structural members 520 of different sizes, the position of the end plate support structure 300 is different. In other words, by replacing second structural members 520 of different sizes, the maximum movement distance of the end plate support structure 300 toward the limiting structure 500 can be changed.
[0116] For example, if the limiting structure 500 is located on the side of the end plate support structure 300 away from the other end plate support structure 300, and if the position of the other end plate support structure 300 remains unchanged, then when the end plate support structure 300 adjacent to the limiting structure 500 contacts the second structural member 520, the distance between the two end plate support structures 300 is L2. If the second structural member 520 is replaced with a second structural member 520 with a larger size in the X direction, when the end plate support structure 300 adjacent to the limiting structure 500 contacts the second structural member 520, the distance between the two end plate support structures 300 is L3, where L3 is smaller than L2. If the second structural member 520 is replaced with a second structural member 520 with a smaller size in the X direction, when the end plate support structure 300 adjacent to the limiting structure 500 contacts the second structural member 520, the distance between the two end plate support structures 300 is L4, where L4 is larger than L2.
[0117] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG12 , the battery support mechanism 30 further includes a third spacer 130 , which is located between the first structural member 510 and the second structural member 520 . The third spacer 130 and the first structural member 510 are both detachably connected to the second structural member 520 . The third spacer 130 and the first structural member 510 are both connected to the second structural member 520 by bolts. In the X direction, one third spacer 130 , a plurality of third spacers 130 , or no third spacer 130 may be installed between the first structural member 510 and the second structural member 520 . In the X direction, the more third spacers 130 there are between the first structural member 510 and the second structural member 520 , the smaller the movable range of the adjacent end plate support structure 300 .
[0118] In this setting, within the adjustment range of the third spacer 130, there is no need to replace the second structural member 520 of other sizes. The maximum movement distance of the end plate support structure 300 toward the limiting structure 500 can be changed by simply adding or reducing the third spacer 130.
[0119] When limiting structures 500 are respectively provided on both sides of the same end plate support structure 300, one of the limiting structures 500 can be an integrated structure, and the other limiting structure 500 can include a first structural member 510 and a second structural member 520 that are detachably connected, or the two limiting structures 500 can respectively include a first structural member 510 and a second structural member 520 that are detachably connected.
[0120] The first spacer 110 , the second spacer 120 and the third spacer 130 may be made of the same material, such as metal.
[0121] In some embodiments, the driving structure 200 includes a driving assembly 210 , which is in driving connection with one of the end plate support structures 300 to drive the end plate support structure 300 to move along a first direction to approach or move away from the other end plate support structure 300 .
[0122] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, after the model of the battery 50 to be supported is changed, the drive assembly 210 drives one end plate support structure 300 to move closer to or away from the other end plate support structure 300, thereby changing the distance between the two end plate support structures 300. In this movement method, only one drive assembly 210 needs to be activated, and the adjustment process is simple.
[0123] The drive assembly 210 includes a driver, which drives the end plate support structure 300 to move through a transmission structure. The driver can be an electric driver, a hydraulic driver or a pneumatic driver, for example, it can include a motor, a hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder and other devices for providing power. The transmission structure is used to realize the transmission of power. The drive assembly 210 can also include a transmission structure. For example, when the driver includes a motor, the transmission structure can include a screw 212 and a slider. The screw 212 is connected to the slider in a transmission manner so as to convert the rotational driving force of the motor into a linear driving force along the X direction through the cooperation between the screw 212 and the slider. Exemplarily, as shown in Figure 5, the drive assembly 210 includes a servo motor 211 and a screw 212. The axial direction of the screw 212 is parallel to the X direction. The output shaft of the servo motor 211 is connected to the screw 212 in a transmission manner, for example, they can be connected by a coupling. As shown in FIG10 , a threaded hole is provided on the first slider 213, and the lead screw 212 is threadedly engaged with the first slider 213. When the output shaft of the servo motor 211 rotates, the output shaft drives the lead screw 212 to rotate, which in turn drives the first slider 213 to move in the X-direction, thereby driving the end plate support structure 300 mounted on the first slider 213 to move in the X-direction. As shown in FIG5 , a bearing 180 may be mounted on the lead screw 212, which is mounted on a bearing seat 170, which is mounted on the base 100. Two bearings 180 may be spaced apart on the lead screw 212, and the first slider 213 moves in the area between the two bearings 180. Alternatively, as shown in FIG11 and FIG13 , the drive assembly 210 includes a hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder, which includes a cylinder body 215 and a cylinder rod. The cylinder rod is drivingly connected to the end plate support structure 300 to drive the end plate support structure 300 to move in the X-direction.
[0124] In some embodiments, the drive structure 200 includes two drive assemblies 210, which are respectively connected to the two end plate support structures 300 in a one-to-one transmission manner. The drive assemblies 210 can drive the corresponding end plate support structure 300 to move along the first direction to approach or move away from the other end plate support structure 300.
[0125] The two drive assemblies 210 may have the same or different structures. For example, both drive assemblies 210 may include a servo motor 211 and a lead screw 212; alternatively, both drive assemblies 210 may include a hydraulic cylinder; alternatively, both drive assemblies 210 may include a pneumatic cylinder. Alternatively, one of the two drive assemblies 210 may include a servo motor 211 and a lead screw 212, while the other may include a hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder. Alternatively, one of the two drive assemblies 210 may include a hydraulic cylinder while the other may include a pneumatic cylinder.
[0126] In the above embodiment, since the two end plate support structures 300 are respectively connected to the drive assembly 210, the two end plate support structures 300 can move toward or away from each other, so that batteries 50 of different sizes can be supported in a relatively more central position in the battery support mechanism 30.

[0128] The two bottom support structures 400 are spaced apart and distributed along the Y direction on the base 100 . The bottom support structure 400 and the base 100 are detachably connected. A first spacer 110 may be provided between the bottom support structure 400 and the base 100 .
[0129] As shown in Figures 3 and 10, the drive structure 200 includes two drive assemblies 210, one of which is in driving connection with one of the end plate support structures 300, and the other drive assembly 210 is in driving connection with the other end plate support structure 300. A second spacer member 120 may be installed between the support member 310 and the first adapter member 320 .
[0130] As shown in Figures 6, 9, and 13, one of the two drive assemblies 210 includes a servo motor 211 and a lead screw 212. The lead screw 212's axial direction is parallel to the X-direction. The output shaft of the servo motor 211 is connected to the lead screw 212 in a transmission manner, for example, via a coupling. A threaded hole is provided on the first slider 213, and the lead screw 212 is threadedly engaged with the first slider 213. When the output shaft of the servo motor 211 rotates, the output shaft drives the lead screw 212 to rotate, which in turn drives the first slider 213 to move in the X-direction, thereby driving the end plate support structure 300 mounted on the first slider 213 to move in the X-direction. A bearing 180 may be mounted on the lead screw 212. The bearing 180 is mounted on a bearing seat 170, which is mounted on the base 100. Two bearings 180 may be spaced apart on the lead screw 212, and the first slider 213 moves in the area between the two bearings 180. As shown in Figure 15, another drive assembly 210 includes a hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder includes a cylinder body 215 and a cylinder rod. The cylinder rod is drivingly connected to the end plate support structure 300 to drive the end plate support structure 300 to move in the X direction. The end plate support structure 300 also includes a second adapter 321. The base 100 is provided with a second through hole 160. The first adapter 320 is mounted on the second slider 216. One end of the second adapter 321 is connected to the first adapter 320, and the other end passes through the second through hole 160 in the Z direction and is drivingly connected to the cylinder rod. The second adapter 321 can move in the second through hole 160 in the X direction. In this arrangement, the hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder can be placed on the side of the base 100 facing away from the battery 50, reducing the number of structures placed on the side of the base 100 facing the battery 50. The trigger 330 on the end plate support structure 300 can be placed on the second adapter 321.
[0131] As shown in Figures 10 and 15, a plurality of position sensors 140 are respectively provided corresponding to each end plate support structure 300, and a trigger member 330 is respectively provided for each end plate support structure 300. The trigger member 330 can trigger one of the plurality of position sensors 140 corresponding thereto, and the plurality of position sensors 140 corresponding to an end plate support structure 300 are all electrically connected to the transmission assembly that is transmission-connected to the end plate support structure 300.
[0132] In the X direction, as shown in Figure 12, a limiting structure 500 is set on both sides of at least one end plate support structure 300. The limiting structure 500 includes a first structural member 510 and a second structural member 520 distributed along the X direction. The first structural member 510 is installed on the base 100, and the second structural member 520 is installed on the first structural member 510. The first structural member 510 and the second structural member 520 are detachably connected, and a third spacer member 130 may be set between the first structural member 510 and the second structural member 520.
[0133] As shown in Figures 3 and 10, a proximity sensor 190 is provided on the base 100. The proximity sensor 190 is used to detect whether a battery is supported by the battery support mechanism 30. The proximity sensor 190 is triggered when the battery contacts the detection end of the proximity sensor 190 or the distance between the battery and the proximity sensor 190 is less than a threshold.
