Abstract

Through a series-parallel flowchart, the generated submission process is clearer and more orderly, and through the incompleteness configuration, the materials can be accepted in advance in the case that the materials are incomplete, and the materials can be supplemented subsequently, so that the delay of handling caused by incomplete materials can be reduced, the consistency and completeness of data are ensured, and the efficiency is improved.

TECHNICAL FIELD
