Abstract

The present application relates to the technical fields of hydraulic valve, and discloses a high water-based large-flow digital proportional valve, which comprises a valve seat unit.The present application adjusts the pressure of control cavities K1 and K2, so that the high water-based hydraulic medium in the control cavities K1 and K2 forms a certain pressure difference, so that the high water-based hydraulic medium can push the low-pressure side push block or the high-pressure side push block to move, so that it can drive the push rod to move, so that it can drive the high-pressure side spool or the low-pressure side spool to move synchronously, and then when the high-pressure side spool moves, it can be pressed against the low-pressure side spool in cooperation with the return spring, and when the low-pressure side spool moves, it can be pressed against the high-pressure side spool in cooperation with the return spring.Because the push rod and the high-pressure side spool and the low-pressure side spool are separately driven, a three-position three-way O-type mid-position function full proportional control valve is realized, the accuracy of flow control is ensured, and hydraulic impact is avoided.
