Abstract

The invention provides an operating system memory protection method, system and device of an AUTOSAR architecture and a medium, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle ECU memory protection.The method comprises the steps that static attributes of tasks are collected to establish a memory access range experience table, and a memory allocation interval table of a minimum memory occupation version and a memory allocation interval table of a maximum memory occupation version are established; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a static attribute and a memory adjustment flag bit of a historical task before a system is started, obtaining a required memory access range in combination with a memory access range empirical table, and adjusting a current memory access range according to the memory adjustment flag bit; in the system power-on initialization process, memory protection setting is dynamically adjusted according to the current memory access range, meanwhile, the memory access behavior of a task is monitored in real time, a memory adjustment flag bit is generated during overrun, and the static attribute of the task is stored during power-off. By introducing the experience table of the memory access range, the memory protection strategy can be adjusted based on historical task behaviors.
