Abstract

The application provides a molecular marker related to an immune trait of a Xiangmao semi-fine wool sheep and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of molecular marker application, wherein the nucleotide sequence of the molecular marker is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1; the molecular marker comprises a SNP site, the SNP site is located at the 363th position of the molecular marker, the base of the SNP site is T or C, and the immunoglobulin content of a Xiangmao semi-fine wool sheep individual with the SNP site genotype of TC or CC is significantly higher than that of an individual with the genotype of TT. By detecting the genotype of the immune trait related molecular marker SNP site in the Xiangmao semi-fine wool sheep, the immune trait of the Xiangmao semi-fine wool sheep can be quickly and accurately evaluated, and the early assisted breeding of the Xiangmao semi-fine wool sheep has important significance.
