Abstract

The application discloses a firmware updating method, an electronic device, a firmware updating device and a firmware updating system, and relates to the technical field of firmware updating. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a firmware updating program; when the firmware updating device is connected with a storage device, executing the firmware updating program to enter a firmware updating file system; in the firmware updating file system, controlling the firmware updating device to acquire device information of the storage device through a function interface; when the device information is acquired in the firmware updating file system, judging whether the storage device meets firmware updating conditions according to the device information; and when it is judged according to the device information that the storage device meets the firmware updating conditions, updating the firmware of the storage device to firmware of a target version. According to the application, when the firmware updating device is connected with the storage device, the firmware updating device is controlled to acquire the device information of the storage device through the function interface, the storage device is connected with the electronic device through the firmware updating device, and the firmware updating operation on the storage device is facilitated.
