The present application relates to the technical field of printing plate, and particularly relates to a kind of printing plate with fiber reinforced tough flexible resin and its preparation method;For solving the problem of insufficient impact resistance, low bending strength and tensile strength of existing flexible resin for printing plate;The flexible resin is prepared from POSS grafted polyurethane and polyimide grafted aramid fiber, and is synthesized against hydroxybenzoyl amino-POSS, and is polymerized with polyethylene glycol, 2,2-bis (4-isocyanate phenyl) hexafluoropropane and diethylene glycol to obtain POSS grafted polyurethane, POSS can be used as physical crosslinking point, hinder the molecular chain sliding, significantly improve the tensile strength of resin, graft polyimide on the surface of aramid fiber, improve the tensile strength and bending modulus of flexible resin, the stability and durability of the flexible resin in printing production are significantly improved, and the stability and consistency of product quality are ensured.
