A control method and device of a charging gun plug-in terminal production equipment and a medium

Abstract

This application discloses a control method, equipment, and medium for a charging gun connector production equipment. The method includes: acquiring finished product modeling data of the connector; obtaining cutting depth parameters and rotation angle parameters based on the finished product modeling data; adjusting the distance between the clamping device and the grooving device according to the cutting depth parameters, controlling the clamping device to reciprocate relative to the grooving device to form two symmetrically distributed constriction grooves at the mounting section of the connector; and controlling the clamping device to rotate the connector after each cut according to the rotation angle parameters until all constriction grooves are cut; transferring the cut connector to a trimming device, controlling the trimming device to perform burr trimming and hole diameter trimming on the connector; and transferring the trimmed connector to a quality inspection device, controlling the quality inspection device to perform appearance inspection and insertion / removal inspection on the connector and unloading it. This application can improve production efficiency and production accuracy.
