TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of child car seats, and in particular, to a child car seat harness guide. BACKGROUND

[0002] In the United States, laws require and recommend the use of child car seats for children of certain ages or sizes. There are many types of car seats available for purchase. Infant car seats, which are recommended for use by children under one year of age, are typically rear-facing. Many infant car seats include a base that secures to a vehicle with a harness or tether and a seat that locks to the base. Some car seats, including convertible car seats, have a seat shell that accommodates a child occupant and a base that supports the seat shell. SUMMARY

This rotation of the seat relative to the base allows the seat to face forward, backward, or in an intermediate position.

In this configuration, the occupant of the child car seat (a child) faces the seat back of the car seat to which the child car seat is secured.
