An ultraviolet resistant and wrinkle resistant finishing agent for cotton fabric and a preparation method thereof

Abstract

The application provides a cotton fabric anti-ultraviolet and anti-wrinkle finishing agent and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of textile auxiliaries. The cotton fabric anti-ultraviolet and anti-wrinkle finishing agent comprises a first finishing agent and a second finishing agent; the first finishing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: modified 2D resin 16-22 parts, hydroxyethyl chitosan-polylactic acid copolymer 3-8 parts, magnesium chloride hexahydrate 2.5-3.5 parts and water 100 parts; the second finishing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester 8-15 parts, bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethyl silane 5-10 parts and water 100 parts. The finishing agent can not only improve the ultraviolet protection factor and wrinkle resistance of the cotton fabric, but also has good washing resistance, still maintains good anti-ultraviolet and anti-wrinkle performance after multiple washes, and reduces the influence on the strength and hand feeling of the cotton fabric.
