Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: (1) distributed temperature acquisition: by setting multiple temperature monitoring points in the column-tube fixed bed reactor, real-time temperature data of each temperature monitoring point in the reactor is collected; (2) temperature field reconstruction: based on the axial and radial coupled heat transfer equation in the column-tube fixed bed reactor, the three-dimensional temperature distribution in the whole reactor is reconstructed by using the real-time temperature data collected in step (1); (3) multi-level regulation: according to the temperature field reconstruction result, a differentiated regulation mechanism is triggered for different risk types. Through the method of the present application, economic and effective global monitoring of the temperature field can be realized on a scale of ten thousand column tubes, thereby ensuring the safe operation of the production process, reducing the column tube damage rate, improving the catalyst life, increasing the formaldehyde yield, etc.
