Synchronization method of active shutter type 3D glasses and active shutter type 3D glasses

Abstract

The application discloses a synchronization method of an active shutter type 3D glasses and the active shutter type 3D glasses. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an image sequence captured by an image sensor in an alternating opening process of a left lens and a right lens, wherein the image sequence comprises left eye frames and right eye frames; determining homologous similarity and heterologous similarity respectively, wherein the homologous similarity and the heterologous similarity are cosine similarities of a current frame and a target homologous frame and a target heterologous frame respectively, the target homologous frame is a historical image captured by the image sensor when an image corresponding to the current frame is in an opening state of the same lens, and the target heterologous frame is a historical image captured by the image sensor when an image corresponding to the current frame is in an opening state of a different lens; if the homologous similarity is less than the heterologous similarity, determining a phase compensation amount according to the homologous similarity and the heterologous similarity; and compensating switching phases of the left lens and the right lens according to the phase compensation amount. The method can realize accurate synchronization between a 3D display and 3D eyes, thereby improving customer experience.
