Abstract

The application discloses a composite material maintenance consumable performance evaluation method and system, a storage medium and a computer device. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining multiple preset characteristics, preparing a differentiated test piece integrated with the multiple preset characteristics; identifying multiple process factors that affect the maintenance performance of the composite material maintenance consumable, setting multiple process levels for each process factor, and determining a parameter combination set through orthogonal combination; for each composite material maintenance consumable to be evaluated, performing maintenance tests on the differentiated test piece according to a preset maintenance operation procedure according to each parameter combination in the parameter combination set, obtaining a maintenance test piece after each maintenance test, and recording the performance indicators of the target areas corresponding to each preset characteristic on each maintenance test piece; based on the performance indicators of the target areas, calculating the total performance score of the composite material maintenance consumable; and obtaining the performance evaluation results of the multiple composite material maintenance consumables according to the total performance scores.
