The invention relates to a session-based live broadcast interaction method and device, computer equipment, a computer readable storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the following steps: displaying a session page of a target group session; and when the video content live-broadcast through the target account is set as the page background of the session page, a session message in the target group session and the video content live-broadcast through the target account are displayed in the session page, and the session message covers the live-broadcast video content as the page background as a foreground. In this way, the interaction effect is improved.
