Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and particularly discloses a pre-buried connecting structure for I-beam hoisting and a construction method, which comprises U-shaped steel strands and a positioning mechanism for assisting the U-shaped steel strands in positioning and pre-burial, the positioning mechanism comprises a base, fixing pieces rotatably installed at two ends of the base and positioning plates hingedly connected to two sides of the base, a limiting groove is arranged at the top of the base to support a bent section of the U-shaped steel strand, the fixing piece has a working state of being overlapped on two steel bars and a retreat-avoiding state of being accommodated and withdrawn, the positioning plate has a positioning state of being unfolded outward and an accommodating state of being folded downward, and a containing groove with a clamping piece is arranged on the positioning plate; the application provides physical isolation and stable clamping for each U-shaped steel strand, solves the problem of adhesion of adjacent steel strands caused by stress extrusion in the traditional binding process, effectively prevents displacement of the U-shaped steel strand caused by impact during concrete pouring, and guarantees pre-burial quality.
