The topcoat, by weight percentage, comprises: 50%-65% high-gloss hydroxyl acrylic emulsion, 5%-10% silicone-modified acrylic resin, 2%-5% flake-shaped nano-aluminum powder treated with a silane coupling agent, 2%-8% pH-responsive microcapsule crosslinking agent, 0.5%-1.5% anti-flash rust agent, 0.1%-0.5% hydrophobic leveling agent, 0.5%-1.5% thixotropic polyurethane thickener, 0.2%-0.8% pH adjuster, and 0.5%-1.5% wetting and dispersing agent, etc. This invention, by introducing a pH-responsive microcapsule crosslinking agent and flake-shaped nano-aluminum powder, achieves stability of the single-component coating during storage and deep crosslinking after application. The resulting paint film has excellent gloss (60°≥90), high hardness (≥H) and outstanding corrosion resistance (salt spray resistance ≥400h), which solves the contradiction between the insufficient protective performance of existing water-based single-component acrylic topcoats and the poor decorative properties of high-performance anti-corrosion coatings.
