Multifunctional wound dressing and preparation method and application thereof

By using a multi-layered gradient structure and material selection, a multifunctional wound dressing integrating hemostasis, temperature control, and protection was prepared using electrospinning technology. This solved the problems of single function and poor synergy of existing dressings, and achieved the effects of rapid hemostasis, precise temperature control, and effective protection.

Abstract

The application discloses a multifunctional wound dressing and a preparation method and application thereof. The multifunctional wound dressing comprises a first fiber layer, a second fiber layer and a third fiber layer which are sequentially stacked, and the porosity and fiber diameter of each layer satisfy the following relationship: the first fiber layer < the second fiber layer < the third fiber layer. The first fiber layer comprises chitosan, gelatin and modified nano-hydroxyapatite. The second fiber layer comprises a first high polymer material, temperature-sensitive phase change nano-microcapsules, nano-silver, radiation refrigeration particles and an emulsifier. The third fiber layer comprises a second high polymer material and hydrophobically modified nanocellulose. The multifunctional wound dressing is prepared by using a multi-nozzle electrostatic spinning device for partitioned temperature and humidity control. Under the synergistic effect of the above-mentioned material selection, structure design and process optimization, the multifunctional wound dressing can realize rapid hemostasis, bidirectional temperature control and protection, and has a good application prospect in wound repair of burn wounds, surgical wounds and the like.
