Multifunctional wound dressing and preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a multifunctional wound dressing and a preparation method and application thereof. The multifunctional wound dressing comprises a first fiber layer, a second fiber layer and a third fiber layer which are sequentially stacked, and the porosity and fiber diameter of each layer satisfy the following relationship: the first fiber layer < the second fiber layer < the third fiber layer. The first fiber layer comprises chitosan, gelatin and modified nano-hydroxyapatite. The second fiber layer comprises a first high polymer material, temperature-sensitive phase change nano-microcapsules, nano-silver, radiation refrigeration particles and an emulsifier. The third fiber layer comprises a second high polymer material and hydrophobically modified nanocellulose. The multifunctional wound dressing is prepared by using a multi-nozzle electrostatic spinning device for partitioned temperature and humidity control. Under the synergistic effect of the above-mentioned material selection, structure design and process optimization, the multifunctional wound dressing can realize rapid hemostasis, bidirectional temperature control and protection, and has a good application prospect in wound repair of burn wounds, surgical wounds and the like.
