Abstract

Experiments prove that the monoclonal antibody not only has good binding activity with MPO, with a Kd of 0.0088 nM and an EC50 of 1.33 ng / mL, but also has good universality and stability, and can be used as MPO-ANCA quality control instead of a clinical positive sample, and then used for AAV diagnosis, activity evaluation and treatment effect monitoring.
