A core shooter with uniform sand shooting function

Abstract

This invention belongs to the technical field of core shooting machines, and specifically discloses a core shooting machine with uniform sand shooting function, comprising: a machine body for mounting all mechanisms, electrical control, and pneumatic components; a mold frame mounted on the machine body, with a moving mold and a fixed mold sequentially mounted vertically on the mold frame; and a sand shooting device symmetrically distributed on both sides of the mold frame. The sand shooting device includes a sand hopper, an air pump, a nozzle assembly, and a power assembly. The power assembly is mounted on the machine body, and the sand hopper is mounted on top of the power assembly for holding and storing the coated sand to be shot. The sand hopper can move towards the mold frame under the drive of the power assembly. This invention, through the cooperation of a sealing ball, a gear rack, and a reset component, achieves automatic opening of the channel during sand shooting and automatic sealing during non-sand shooting, effectively preventing water vapor from entering the sand hopper, avoiding the clumping of coated sand, and ensuring smooth sand shooting.
