An easy-to-disassemble spline connection kit and its usage method

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of mechanical transmission design, specifically relating to an easily detachable spline connection kit and its usage method. The invention proposes an easily detachable spline connection kit, including a spline connection structure and a disassembly fixture. The spline connection structure includes an inner spline shaft, a retaining ring, and an outer spline shaft. The inner spline shaft has an outer retaining ring groove in its shaft hole and an inner retaining ring groove in its shaft portion. Axial positioning is achieved by embedding a retaining ring in the outer and inner retaining ring grooves. The inner spline shaft has several axial retaining ring disassembly grooves spaced apart at the shaft hole opening, extending inward beyond the outer retaining ring groove. The disassembly fixture includes a sleeve and a screw. The sleeve has a clearance fit with the inner spline shaft and a threaded hole aligned with the retaining ring disassembly groove for screwing in the screw. Compared to existing structures, this significantly improves connection strength and reliability while also making disassembly easier.
