A box transformer rapid deployment device and method suitable for complex terrain

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of prefabricated substation technology and discloses a rapid deployment device and method for prefabricated substations suitable for complex terrain. The device includes a base and a substation body. Two docking plates are fixedly installed at the bottom of the substation body, and these plates are inserted into the substation body. Four support legs are fixedly arranged in a matrix at the bottom of the base, and a calibration component is fixedly installed at the center of the bottom of the base. Each docking plate has clamping components on its front and rear sides, a limit component is provided between the docking plate and the base, and an unlocking component is provided inside the docking plate. When the suspension rope is at the center of the cross-shaped gap, the base is horizontal. The substation body is suspended by a lifting ring and placed on top of the base, allowing the docking plates to insert into the U-shaped plates. When the substation body is not aligned in the left-right direction, rollers adhere to the inclined plate, causing the docking plates to insert into the U-shaped plates. This facilitates the deployment of the prefabricated substation in complex terrain.
