Tray positioning and locking device

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical fields of logistics and storage, and discloses a tray positioning and locking device, which comprises a tray rack positioning structure, and further comprises a storage rack arranged at the upper end of the tray rack positioning structure, a middle damping structure arranged in the storage rack, and rack locking structures arranged at the two sides of the storage rack; the tray rack positioning structure comprises a damping structure and a locking structure; the damping structure comprises a U-shaped bottom plate; in the present application, the horizontal damping system is formed by the transverse guide rod, the sliding seat and the first spring in the tray rack positioning structure, which can effectively absorb the transverse shaking energy of the storage rack caused by external vibration; at the same time, the movable tray plate, the longitudinal guide rod and the second spring form the vertical buffer system; when the tray carries goods, the pressure is transmitted to the friction block at the bottom, so that the friction block is tightly attached to the ground, and the overall stability is increased; the bidirectional damping design significantly reduces the risk of displacement or falling of the goods caused by vibration.
