Method for extracting emodin and application thereof in renal ischemia-reperfusion injury

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of kidney treatment, and particularly discloses a method for extracting emodin and application of the emodin in renal ischemia-reperfusion injury. The method comprises the following steps: S1, crushing traditional Chinese medicine rhubarb raw materials to obtain traditional Chinese medicine rhubarb powder; S2, mixing the traditional Chinese medicine rhubarb powder with ethanol and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain a primary extraction solution; S3, adding cellulase to the primary extraction solution to obtain an enzymatic solution; S4, performing supercritical CO2 extraction on the enzymatic solution, and collecting an extraction phase; S5, adding ethyl acetate to the extraction phase for extraction, and then separating an organic phase; S6, crystallizing the organic phase, and filtering to obtain emodin crude products; and S7, recrystallizing the emodin crude products with methanol, and drying to obtain finished products. The method for extracting emodin can be used for preparing medicines for treating kidney diseases, in particular, renal ischemia-reperfusion injury, and has the advantages of high extraction efficiency, high product purity and a green and environment-friendly process.
