Abstract

This invention relates to the field of steel pipe cleaning devices, specifically a device for simultaneously cleaning the inner and outer walls of stainless steel pipes. The device includes an operating table, an outer cleaning structure, a support structure, a conveying structure, a feeding structure, and an inner cleaning structure. The support structure works in conjunction with the conveying structure. The support structure allows for quick adjustment of the distance between two idler rollers, and simultaneously adjusts the distance of the conveying mechanism, facilitating adaptation to steel pipes of different sizes and offering high flexibility. The feeding structure facilitates the individual conveying of stainless steel pipes to their designated processing positions, simplifying operation and increasing conveying efficiency. The outer cleaning structure, used in conjunction with the inner cleaning structure, enables simultaneous cleaning of the inner and outer circumferences of the stainless steel pipes, resulting in high operational efficiency.
