Top and bottom synchronous construction method and top and bottom synchronous construction pedestal for precast beam by first tensioning method

Abstract

This invention provides a method for simultaneous construction of pre-tensioned precast beams and a simultaneous construction platform for both upper and lower sections. The method includes: binding the reinforcing steel skeleton and installing the formwork for the bottom beam segment on the bottom construction layer between two construction frames within the construction site, and pouring concrete for the bottom beam segment; erecting an upper working platform above the bottom beam segment, utilizing the upper space of the construction frames; binding the reinforcing steel skeleton and installing the formwork for the upper beam segment on the upper working platform, and pouring, curing, and releasing the prestressing of the upper beam segment concrete; hoisting out the upper beam segment; dismantling the upper working platform; releasing the prestressing of the bottom beam segment; and hoisting out the bottom beam segment. This invention utilizes a rapidly assembling and disassembling upper working platform for the construction of the upper beam segment during the curing period of the lower beam segment, achieving "synchronous construction and three-dimensional circulation," thereby producing two beams simultaneously within a single platform space, nearly doubling the platform utilization rate and increasing production efficiency by more than 50%.
