Abstract
This invention belongs to the field of polymer adhesive materials technology, specifically relating to a reflective solvent-based acrylate adhesive material, its preparation method, and its application. It introduces indium powder, a metallic material with high intrinsic reflectivity, as a functional filler. Through molecular design, utilizing the methacryloyloxy group contained in the methacryloyloxysilane molecule, the indium powder becomes part of the polymer network through chemical bonding, resulting in a reflective solvent-based acrylate adhesive material with both high light reflectivity and excellent adhesion properties. In the preparation method, the surface of the indium powder is first functionalized, grafting double bonds that can participate in polymerization, followed by in-situ polymerization bonding. The modified indium powder directly participates in the reaction during the polymerization of the acrylate monomer, forming strong covalent bonds. This method fundamentally solves the technical problems of weak interfacial bonding between fillers and the matrix, easy sedimentation and migration, and performance degradation caused by traditional physical blending methods.
