Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of locknut processing, and discloses a tapping device for locknut processing, which comprises a processing table, a rotating disc is rotatably connected to the processing table, a placing groove is formed in the rotating disc, a locknut is placed in the placing groove, an annular groove is formed in the locknut, a lifting mounting plate and a nylon pad pressing head are arranged above the rotating disc, a rotatable tapping tap and a circular cleaning seat are arranged below the mounting plate, a rotatable hollow rod is slidably connected to the circular cleaning seat, and a circular mounting seat is fixed to the lower end of the hollow rod, the locknut is tapped, and the locknuts at the other workstations are cleaned and assembled simultaneously, so that the complexity of the production process and the labor cost are reduced, the annular groove and the inner hole of the locknut are cleaned by the brush block and the air blowing nozzle, and the quality of the locknut processing is improved.
