The application provides a quality online detection device of a honeycomb board production line, and belongs to the technical field of visual detection, and comprises a gantry support, an electric sliding table, a visual detection camera, a monitoring camera, a light supplement lamp, a controller and a computer, wherein: the gantry support is arranged above a honeycomb board production conveying line, the electric sliding table is fixedly installed on the top of the gantry support, the visual detection camera is fixedly installed on the moving block of the electric sliding table, the monitoring camera is fixedly installed on the front part of the visual detection camera, the light supplement lamp is fixedly installed on the bottom of the inner top wall of the gantry support, the monitoring camera, the light supplement lamp, the visual detection camera and the electric sliding table are electrically connected with the controller, the controller is electrically connected with the computer, and the controller is also electrically connected with the honeycomb board production conveying line. The device can realize full-width distortion-free online detection of the honeycomb board, has the functions of stacking safety protection and efficient model switching adaptation, and guarantees continuous and stable operation of the production line.
